I recently completed the MIT No-Code AI and Machine Learning program through Great Learning, and the overall experience was excellent. The online content was well-structured and easy to understand, with clear explanations supported by global case studies that made the concepts practical and relevant. The weekly mentored learning sessions were extremely helpful, covering both theoretical and practical aspects in a way that made even complex topics easy to grasp. All doubts were addressed patiently, and the mentors explained everything from the basics, which really strengthened my understanding.
I also want to acknowledge my program manager, Etiva, who was very cooperative throughout the program. Whenever any adjustments or help were needed, she responded quickly and ensured everything was handled smoothly.

The curriculum is very logically designed , the pace of the course is very apt and then the noteworthy thing is you get ample of support from everyone ! Apart from the recorded classes , you get live mentored session on the weekend which covers both theory and hands on. There are weekly scheduled assessments and three projects which help you get a grip on the subject. And last but not the least, the program manager Ruchika Jain, goes above & beyond to help you, motivate and encourage you through your journey.
She gives such a personal touch by being there for you as a manager, mentor and sometimes just as a genuine being trying to understand your concerns and help you out . I could not have finished my course without her help.

I missed a couple of assignments due to a business trip, and it was challenging to catch up, so make sure you balance work, life, and course assignments.
In terms of content, the material and terminology are impressively well curated. However, if you’re not comfortable with math, some concepts may be harder to follow. The assignments and tests are manageable, but they require extra attention—especially during video lectures and mentored learning sessions—to fully grasp the terminology and key ideas.
The faculty are industry experts. Please note that multiple instructors deliver the lectures, so teaching styles vary; it’s helpful to rely on your assigned mentor for consistency and guidance.
Regarding price, I believe the course offers strong value. It is comprehensive and thoughtfully designed. The no‑code tools used are completely free, so there are no extra licensing costs. You are also assigned a Program Manager who can assist with any issues, including platform support. The platform itself is clean, minimalistic, and straightforward to use.

I recently completed the Data Science and Machine Learning: Making Data-Driven Decisions program offered by MIT IDSS through Great Learning, and I found it to be a genuinely enriching and well-supported learning experience. The course is rigorous and demands more than the suggested 8 hours per week if you want to fully absorb the material, but that’s part of what makes it so rewarding.
The teaching model is one of the program’s strongest points: short videos followed by immediate questions, then a set of practical exercises. This format really helps solidify concepts and makes the learning journey engaging and effective. It’s a key differentiator that sets this course apart from many others.
In terms of support, the Great Learning team is exceptional. They are always attentive, quick to help, and flexible whenever you need extra time or assistance. This level of personalized attention makes a big difference and justifies the premium pricing, creating a warm and supportive learning environment.
As an honest piece of feedback, there are a couple of areas that could be refined. For instance, while most modules use the short-video format effectively, some modules still have longer videos that could be broken down further to maintain the same dynamic flow. Shorter segments with quick questions in between are incredibly effective, and applying this approach more consistently would make the experience even better.
In addition, while I personally found the hands-on projects to be the highlight of the course—allowing me to explore data and build models in a deeply satisfying way—I did notice that some projects had more rigid guidelines that limited a bit of creative freedom. It might be nice to balance structure with a bit more flexibility in those assignments.
Overall, I highly recommend the program. It’s a top-notch experience with a strong support system and a teaching approach that truly helps students learn. I began the program in August 2023 and, due to the demands of my prior profession, had to take a hiatus. Thanks to the understanding and flexibility of the program staff, I was able to resume my studies and complete the course in October 2025.
This program exceeded expectations from start to finish. The lectures were engaging and well-designed, and the practical assignments translated academic learning into real-world application. The projects were challenging yet rewarding, helping me build a strong professional portfolio.
The mentorship was outstanding. My mentor provided clear, constructive feedback, real industry insight, and ongoing encouragement. The program managers were proactive and genuinely invested in student success.
The curriculum offered comprehensive coverage. Individual course modules started with basics in Python and business statistics, followed by a thorough progression of machine learning topics (regression and classification models, ensemble techniques and model tuning, unsupervised learning), and concluded with introductory generative AI and SQL. While I’d love to see the AI section expanded with a project component, it still provided useful exposure.

This course is designed for learners interested in a basic but hands-on introduction to AI and applications in every day business practices. While it does teach statistical modeling it does not require a math heavy or tech background. Understanding basic statistics and business decision modeling is helpful though.
