i don't want to say this is a course for data Scientists alone to partake. Yes all the technical resources are about data science but I believe the true power of this course is in guiding us on how to reshape our thinking , our limitations we set in achieving our goal.
It has tools and techniques on how to make our self image into what we want to become, how to change our mindset from any failing experience into a learning one, how to cope up with your ambitious goals by working little every day, keeping yourself positive and maintaining that same environment around you.
If you are trying to do a career shift like me, and need an understanding how to break into this new field then get on. If you have a friend who wants to get into data science tag him/her along. You both would get benefit out of this.
I feel this course had opened up a channel of unlocked potential in me, to be resilient and continue pursuing my dream. -

This is one of the best investment that you can do fo your career if you want to break into data science. The full course teaches you not only technical skills to crush interviews, but helps develop your mindset so that when you go to the interviews you are confident that you are going to crush every touvh question asked at you. It teaches the whole process from the early stage interviews, what to expect and how to prep for technical interviews, take home assignments, hackerrank challenges till the onsite interviews. Being direct as I am: I've made five of the most TOP non-free Data Science courses online and I really can't compare DSDJ with any of them. I would be dishonest with the comparison. The fulfillment of its purpose, the followup, the mentoring program, the community (the community deserves a dedicated post - it's awesome), the support from the tutors and the portfolio drive-through exceeds (a lot) the original objective.

I’ve been in the marketing industry for over 10 years now but I wanted to get more into digital marketing. The problem was I was having a hard time transitioning as most of my work experience was in field marketing and events. What drew me to JobPrepped was the fact that I could get marketing work experience in the areas I wasn’t able to get at my company doing my job. I loved the work experience assignments they gave me as this has made it so much easier to transition into a digital marketing role now that I have this experience through JobPrepped. If only I knew about this program right after college I’d probably be so much further along in my career by now. Super cool program and definitely worth the cost - 10/10 very highly recommend! -

I chose DSDJ after reading the reviews right here on this site. This is not a "read this article and become a Data Scientist" course. You have to put in a lot of work, many long hours and learn a lot of new stuff - which in my case - I had no clue about before. The DSDJ is balanced out in modules and you simply have to follow these modules in the right order, to a T, and trust the process. It starts all nice and sweet but when you get to the core skills that you need to be a Data Scientist, that's when you have to motivate yourself and keep going because at first the list of things to learn may feel never-ending but again, the modules are divided well with feasible categories so you can be successful. There's also a nice, highly-engaging community with all students and many instructors that will literally respond to your questions within a few hours. Many times when I got stuck, they were there to help me.
I recommend DSDJ if you're serious about reshaping your career through your own hard work - this wasn't easy but it was so worth it! -

I'm fortunate that I came across this in my last semester in college. I think a good thing I did after buying this is I trusted Kyle completely (Kyle is the Founder). Although I didn't follow this as the only guide for getting a data scientist job, I utilized each and every resource of it and applied my thought process thoroughly. I applied for jobs and got interviews eventually and I did watch all the interview-related videos in the course and followed the tricks and tips. After a few months into the course, I got a Data Scientist job with a very good salary, also my kind of dream project to work on. My advice who are having this course on the lookout is to take it. You might find an affordable price after taking to the team. Hope this helps. Last but not the least, they have excellent data science mentors and community to support any job interviews. -

I picked up this course in Jan 2021, when I was struggling to transition into a data analytics career. I was physically and emotionally exhausted from job searching. This course provided comprehensive content - it prepared me with the appropriate technical skills, mindset and guidance to prepare my job package for the data analytics industry. The office hours helped me prepare for my interviews. the mentors were always ready to help and kept me motivated by keeping their feedback real. Despite being an online course, the camaraderie I developed by hearing the learning path of other students helped me realize that I was not alone and achieving my goals was totally possible. So glad I have been a part of the Data Science Dream Job community for a little over a year now. The mentors are great in providing timely and helpful strategies on how to approach the soft skills of job hunting as well as answering technical questions. If they are not able to answer the technical questions off the top of their head, they will make it a point to go and help you find an answer. Office hours have also been a wonderful way to listen in and learn from conversations with other community members who are in the same boat of being successful data professionals across industries. -

I got this course long time ago. I am having fun working towards Data Science Journey. Reading a lot than I have ever done in 36 Years. This course is incredible if you want to land a job in the field of data science. It starts off by teaching you about mindset and then moves onto technical skills before teaching you how to get the job.
For full transparency, this course does not teach you how to code although it does give you access to online courses or books to learn this yourself. I had previously done a couple of courses in both Python and SQL before taking this course but some people come in with no experience at all and still get a great job at the end of it!
The thing that made this course so helpful to me was the AMAZING resume template, the LinkedIn email templates and the mentors and Slack community. The resume template and the email templates made me stand out from from the crowd which meant I was fast-tracked for interviews.
The mentors are super helpful on Slack and they also hold office hours almost everyday. Whenever I was stuck on something, I would post a question on Slack and I received a response in less than 24 hours - I can’t even get an appointment to see my doctor that quickly!
I haven’t even mentioned yet that this course enabled me to secure a job as a Lead Data Analyst and this happens to other course participants almost every other day. It’s so motivating to hear everyone’s success stories and even after finding a job, it feels like a huge privilege to be part of such a fantastic community, I’m so grateful that I found this course! -

This course is very focused on helping you get your dream job. Their approach and philosophy is that you shouldn't wait until you've accumulated all the technical skills you want, but that you should focus on a core set of skills and then start interviewing while you continue to improve your technical skills and job seeking skills.
They provide you with a curated list of books, articles, and courses to help you get the essential skills needed for any data-science related job. They also have a supportive community on Slack, office hours with mentors every day, and lots of really good content. They do not provide all the content. You are directed towards other resources, and some of them cost money. This could be considered a negative, but I think it's a good exercise in lifelong learning.
I was a little frustrated when I started the program that there was so much focus on vision and goals in the first modules, but I know it's the kind of stuff that will keep me going towards my goal. -

DSDJ offers all the defused advice available over the internet at one place, concise, precise, and structured to serve students. It helps if you have technical skills, but they have a ton of material to help if you don't. The lectures around job seeking in particular are invaluable, and teach you the importance of 'the ask'.
I would recommend this course to anyone looking for a job in this field. After my graduation with MS, this course helped me navigate the jungles of online applications and securing job as an AI Engineer at a Startup! -

I joined DSDJ a while back. The thing I love the most is the mentoring calls and super interactive slack community. The course provide pathways and guidance on how to get into the field of data science, what you need to become a data scientist, do you see yourself as a data scientist, and the resources is super AWESOME! Books materials, YouTube videos and various links to different aspects of data sciences is PRICELESS! With that said, there are also technical workshops, introducing concepts and steps and understandings by topic. Those workshops gave me an idea on my interest level. Workshops as such is what I used to gauge my interests. In conclusion, there are plenty of resources and support for one to be a great data scientist. -
