When I first found CourseCareers, I was very skeptical about its validity. I was also nervous about breaking into tech sales. I had some bad experiences with doing MLMs like Herbalife and Amway in the past. Once I took the introduction course I WAS SOLD. I invested in myself. I am still in the middle of the program, almost at my final exam. I can say that everything I am learning with CourseCareers I can take into my everyday life. I am very happy with the results that I am receiving and I have already begun applying for jobs. -

This course has been amazing thus far! From being able to login and complete the modules at my own pace, to the Discord group. The group will definitely keep you inspired to keep going. Whether its your local peers requesting to meet up and study or celebrate. Or seeing students enroll or post their certificate of completion! I enrolled right before the new year, and I have learned so much already! There are many resources, including coaching to help any student! If you have been thinking about enrolling, do it now! I love design and digital marketing so I decided to try course careers. At first I was skeptical, but eventually after learning so much in three weeks, I became a pro and is on the way to launch my own company. If you pass this opportunity you are definitely missing out. This course really gives you the tools necessary to start a career in tech sales. It has plenty of info from people who have walked the talk. My favorite part is that it has a linear progression path. You get to learn about what the SDR/BDR role is all about. You also have to study three crucial books which improve your sales skills. And there is a project you must complete to graduate so that you can be more attractive to the careers you are applying to. -

When it comes to boot camps I think of bad things such as a place where people go to change bad behaviors, but this boot camp is extraordinary at its best. The way Course Careers tells the exact truth and is very upfront about their positive motives, I have yet to find any cons in this camp. Worthy of becoming international if you'd ask me. this to be the biggest bang for your buck when it comes to an SDR training program. The course has some kinks it needs to work out before it really maximizes its potential but I believe with the solid leadership and community it has built around it it is only bound to get better.
You are given enough education that you can have a very intelligent conversation with hiring managers that demonstrate your working knowledge, which is beyond important.
Some of the coursework could be more concise. In the Sales Skills section, the videos are long and feel and don't seem to be the most organized way of delivering information. The course is about to be updated though, so perhaps this won't be an issue in the future.

The course is self-paced, I work a full-time job and do not have much freetime and I like that I can get a lot of learning in with just 30 minutes. Troy does a great job of explaining things.
This is a great alternative to a traditional learning route. There is no fluff and you will learn what you need to get a job in tech sales. If you use the Discord and the CourseCareers community it would be hard to not find success. -

I've spent 22 years in banking and felt like I needed a change. I've always wanted to break into the technology industry but ran into roadblocks.
I didn't want to go back to college and incur a huge cost and time to attend. The other option was going to a boot camp that requires full time study with the cost up to $20k with no guarantee of a job.
Here comes CourseCareers with a possibility of a entry level tech job for a fraction of the cost of a boot camp.
The training is good and easy to understand. You can complete this training quickly or slow as you want because it's self paced.
I'm still in training but I'm excited to know I have a shot into the technology industry without incurring a huge cost or investing 4+ years to do it. -
