My name is Thomas from California, USA. I am the owner and CEO of GarminShop(reliablegarminshop.com). I enrolled in Udacity 2019 so that I can be able to Increase my SEO skills in order to make my website visible on google because I was very frustrated in studying and searching things online about SEO alone without direction. The Udacity course was very enticing, straight to the point, and easy to understand. I am very grateful for joining Udacity. -

Not even halfway through the program and it is teaching me a lot already, made me more confident in starting my own smaller automations. The topics are covered in a nice structured manner and I look forward to also getting some pro learnings on how to set myself up for faster and more professional projects. I've taken one other Udacity course, the Intro to Programming and that had a radically different teaching style which I miss in this course. Often times the topic text is repeated in the videos almost word for word and I miss the variations of a playful teacher that reviews things from various angles to match different learning styles. -

Project Reviews
The project was a lot of fun and a little bit challenging. The main purpose of the project was clear to me. I learn a lot of new things while trying to meet the specifications. I learn most from running into errors and debugging. The reviewer's comments were a big help! -

Hello everyone. My name is jean.
I'm here to tell you about my experience with udacity. I've been using online learning platforms for the last 4 years. learning things like software development with python, data analysis (also with python), backend development with node and Django (yep this is python again), react native for web and mobile development. I'd reach udacity by a friend's recommendation and they had exactly what I was looking for. Job assistance, very good instructors, and very good learning content. If you are looking for something to move your career and growth as a professional this is your place -

This Nanodegree is awesome, literally. The program takes me through the first steps of learning and applying what I learn practically through quizzes as well as the complete projects where you apply what you've learnt and other programming-related skills like problem solving and reading through documentation. Projects are also helpful because after finishing, you will get review that helps you improve your code and also improve your mind while thinking about them. I believe that they wanted us to learn and succeed amazing lesson, challenging projects and quizzes, and helpful support. Again, the Nanodegree is AWESOME -

The program has exceded my expectations, since I have learn many applied things I didn't know before. Learning many concepts and assess the learning via quizes throughout the process is quite usefull, nonetheless I would reccomend you to grant a little more access time for very interested users, in order to review and refresh concepts already seen in the first time. Udacity platform would be the most relevant and competitive to my taste if it granted access for an unlimited period of time even if it meant to pay an extra fee for a membership after finishing a course. -

Waste of money

I started the data engineering nano degree and did not complete more than a couple videos before deciding to focus my time on other skills. I tried to return the degree for a refund since less than an hour of material was viewed, none of it useful. Udacity said they could not issue a refund because it was more than 48 hour and it was 7 days since I apparently bought it. They did not issue a refund on unconsumed INTANGIBLE product??! I learned my lesson and will not be giving my money to udacity any time soon. Good thing I have not encountered a company using udacity as someone else paying me to take udacity courses is the only way I will be spending time on their platform. Again, no refund for unconsumed intangible product. I cannot waste time shaking my head at this. -
