I learned a whole lot from TECH I.S. in a matter of 6 months, which I consider the best investments I have ever made. Why do I say this? Well, 6 months can go by with you doing nothing new, sometimes! However, when I enrolled I started learning new skills will many people who were there to help me with every little doubt I had. TECH I.S.'s friendly tutors, curriculum, extraordinary payment plan, and other factors make learning fun and we actually feel the benefits through our projects and getting incredible offers with job support, etc., I learned a whole lot of skills like data analyzing, Python, NumPy, Pandas, Model Optimization, Matplotlib, etc., all of which seemed complex before I started my journey with TECH I.S.

I can’t believe that I have completed my Data Science course at TECH I.S.! The boot camp and the course were a great choice for me. TECH. I.S has helped me gain new skills like Python, SQL, NLP, Data Visualization, Analysis, and so many incredible and important skills, to expand both my knowledge and my opportunities.
Their technical team of tutors is simply superb and is always available to help and take you through understanding everything and ensuring that you can start working individually. Their Job Support team is also very useful and valuable, making the entire journey of starting a new career much easier than doing it on your own. All this and no stress of making an upfront payment, is really awesome, thank you, guys!
It’s definitely the best route to take when you want to quickly start your career in the IT sector, and you have very little time and money to invest. I was skeptical about coding until I came across TECH I.S. It is an excellent institution for learning to code. The lessons are broken down into bite-size chunks and are easy to process. There is a 24-hour support team that is acquainted with diverse knowledge of web development and data science. I liked the boot camp because it was flexible with the daily routine of an 8-hour workday. TECH I.S. offers great networking opportunities and helped me attend my interview with IT companies. There is a good amount of self-study and independent learning involved, so to do the program virtually I would recommend having strong self-discipline to complete coursework at home. Their networking connections made it an excellent platform for me to start attending interviews and shortlist my best options.
I also really enjoyed the community TECH I.S. has built with its entire team and students. I attribute the success of so their students to the highly qualified and approachable instructors, organized curriculum, quick response to your queries, and support throughout the project handling. Learning Python, HTML, and CSS at the very beginning of my course was awesome because I felt that it was going to be far more difficult! But the incredible tutors at TECH I.S. who were always available to help me every step of the way made it possible to achieve my goals and build a strong foundation of programming languages. I highly recommend this boot camp for the following reasons; TECH I.S. tutors are not only qualified engineers but also excellent teachers who understand how to guide beginners with no background in coding, are available 24/7 to clarify our doubts, their study plan, and a post-hire payment plan is a dream opportunity for thousands of people who cannot afford to invest high tuition fees or time to attend college, their job support system prepares you and ensures that you land a job and the overall experience is very encouraging and life-changing. I'm not exactly sure what's going on with this so-called boot camp, hopefully my experience will help prevent someone else from wasting their time. Brief back story I've worked in the financial industry many years and thought it would be a good idea to move into tech. I did a search and came across this "school". I went to the site and it seemed legit so I scheduled a booking to meet with a counselor. Afterwards, I received a message that I would get a call and zoom link sent 30 minutes before the meeting. Although, in spite of receiving a couple of automated remainders via email a few days before the meeting, neither the link or call ever came.
I tried sending a message for the link 15 minutes before said meeting to their "customer support" but never heard back and the meeting time came and went. I actually went against my better judgement as this was the second time trying to schedule with this place, since I thought not hearing back the first time may have only been a fluke. However, it is not. This is standard operating procedure for TECH I.S. and I'm not wasting my time again with this joke of a company and I advise you not to waste yours either! -

To begin with, I had a great time here and learned a lot related to programming. Techis is giving me a lot of support throughout my study and has started my interview training along the main course. Their mock interviews have trained me to handle real-time problems. The curriculum is well-structured, and the course duration is comparatively shorter than that of other schools. -

Tech IS is by far the best choice that I have taken to go deeper and build an excellent web development foundation. The training provided is sure to help you achieve success in the bootcamp. The tutors are always available throughout the day to provide support with any doubts, and the peer group, in general, is also supportive. I have chosen the full-time bootcamp and spend around 2 - 3 hours per day, and yet I can cover most of the essential topics necessary for working in a tech company. I recommend applicants who wish to study at Tech IS to brush up on at least the basics of fundamental programming to gain the most out of the bootcamp. -

I have been job hunting for a while. I used to work in a large shipment company as blue-collared labor. I heard that coding jobs provide a good salary with a better work-life balance. I checked out with a couple of friends and attended Tech IS interview. After clearing the interview, I started attending personalized sessions and also was able to clear my doubts 24/7. I am on the verge of completing it and feel fully confident that I can attend any tech job interview. I am excited to start my career in coding. -

I started Tech is’ web development course with very little knowledge about HTML and CSS. The course was challenging for me but an overall success because it is teaching me what I wanted.
If I had to point out a negative, the remote class can be difficult if you are easily distracted. But, if you are someone who can learn from the comfort of their house, I would highly recommend it. The exhaustive course content is doing wonders for me as well as the option to do the ISA agreement. -

I recently got laid off in the pandemic and wanted to restart my career. After considering all the options I had, I decided to learn to code and took up Tech is’s class from September 2020 as per my friend’s suggestion.
Their course takes anywhere from 3 to 6 months. Since I had some previous coding experience during my schooling, I am likely going to complete my course in another 1 or 2 months. The tutors are well experienced and the rapport between them is effective.
I would recommend Tech is to my friends and family. -

Pros:-Excellent class structure and accountability to help students be on track.-Good pacing and balance between learning material and practical project work. -I was happy to be connected with the teachers and career counselors who constantly monitored my progress-Great study material that was focused on what companies are currently looking for in an applicant.
Cons: I felt that certain subjects are still a little rough and need refining. Specifically, how I was taught Node during my session was rough and kind of backward. They are actively working on restructuring the curriculum. Hopefully, new students shouldn’t be facing a problem. -

Is Tech IS perfect? Well no. No education institute is. However, do I believe that Tech IS can get you where you want to be in terms of a tech career if you put in the efforts? Yes
I joined the Tech IS data science program with just 1 simple goal. To give me enough experience to get access to jobs that I previously had no access to. All things said and done; Tech IS has helped me get a job that’s significantly above my previous pay grade.

Tech IS an overall great experience for me. I enjoyed the curriculum and met amazing people in the process. The web dev program requires focus and dedication. I've had classmates with no background in codings, like myself, and those who have engineering degrees. If you have little to no background in coding, the 1on1 tutor sessions would be beneficial. The mentors are knowledgeable & patient with you.
PROS - you can learn so much within 6 months with effort and dedication
CONS - I felt like there was no culture fit with the tutors, but that’s okay. I was there to learn from them, not become buddies with them :)

Tech IS was a perfect fit for me. I work a full-time job as a business analyst. I only have the option to study part time. The part time courses of other bootcamps are too long, some even take longer than a year. The fact that I have access to mentors after I got done with work is a BIG advantage for me. I’m 8 weeks into the course and I’ve gotten started building my portfolio already. Not just that, I’ve been able to use Python for some automation & scripting at work. I’m excited to have my portfolio finished and get it reviewed by the technical recruiter they’ve partnered with. Tech IS the best option for people looking to upskill and switch careers while still working another job. -

I started the tech is a web development program in August. I had a fair understanding of programming that I’d picked up from freeCodeCamp & Code academy but was not confident enough to build something on my own from scratch, which is why I decided to enroll.
Now, after going through one of their capstone projects of building a twitter clone from scratch, while having the mentors keep me accountable, I’m confident & feel competent.
The tutors and other students at Tech IS helped give me direction, structure & accountability. Would recommend tech is for sure.

After a long haul, I successfully completed my web development course with TECH IS. I wanted a career change very badly. My previous job was pretty monotonous and had no significance attached to it. I wanted to get into a worthwhile job. I googled top jobs that pay high salaries, and it showed data science. Since I am a working woman, I can spend only a few hours upgrading other skills.
This led me to choose TECH IS as they have the best courses tailored to suit the working population. I spoke with their career counselor and realized that I needed a math or statistics background to enroll in the data science program. I was disheartened, but the counselor advised me to take their web development course that paid equally well once a person graduated. I was pleasantly surprised and took up the web dev course.
TECH IS school has some of the best tutors who are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They would quickly clear my doubts whenever I asked them in the slack channel. They hold cohort meetings every now and then that are nothing but daily standup meetings. The pair programming didn’t work out for me as I didn’t find a suitable teammate who matched my wavelength.
Overall, I had a good experience with TECH IS school. I was able to have a more in-depth understanding of how code worked and how to develop useful stuff on the web.
I completed my course one week ago, and the counselors are working on setting up interviews with as many companies as possible. Yesterday, I attended an interview with a company called wayfair and awaiting my results. -

What I liked- Industry-standard curriculum. The technology I learned here is used in almost all startups
- 1 on 1 access to developers at any point, easy to learn on my own time.
- Career development skills along with tech skills - github, linkedin and resume optimization with mock interviews
- Great slack community with people on similar journeys
- Accountability with daily standup meetings
What I didn’t like- I would have liked to recordings of the tutoring sessions for later reference, but it’s not a big deal, cos I could have got in touch with a tutor easily anyway.

I have been searching for a lot of jobs since my graduation. But, I haven’t landed any job as of now. During my job search, the one thing that I learned was technical knowledge such as coding and programming can take you far in the right direction than any other employable skill. This realization led me to search for coding schools that offer the best bang for the buck. Many of my college friends who started learning to code from tech i.s. recommended me to take up their classes as the staff provided in-depth knowledge along with an assignment of tasks frequently to upgrade our skills with frequent exposure to the industry requirements. I am in the second month of the Web Development course and I feel that I have already learned a lot of necessary stuff that can get me a job in the tech industry. Kudos to the tutor team for their constant guidance and student-friendly approach that is building the student community. -

My overall experience with tech is has been wonderful. I am a non-technical person and didn’t have coding experience whatsoever. I am currently working in an IT Firm as a graphic designer and I planned to venture into front-end. I had no clue where to start since most coding schools don’t have part time courses to choose from. My options were very limited and I had to do a thorough research on it. I have a 4 year old child and a student loan to cover. I was recommended by one of my friends to look up tech is. She was pursuing her web development course with tech is back then. I wanted to give it a shot and contacted tech is. The career counsellor there guided me through the curriculum and the ISA option. I was excited and decided to join their course. I am 2 months into the program now and I feel capable of coding with certain tools like HTML and CSS. They certainly do have a con that I would like to mention.
Pros:Very flexible schedules1-on-1 sessions with personalized attentionStaff with good expertise
Cons:This is not much of a con, but I felt pressurized when they forced me to join cohorts twice a week. With my hectic schedule, attending one cohort per week feels like a big task. Hope I could get it solved with their team
But on the whole, i feel good after attending their classes. They have promised me with interviews in tech companies once my course is complete. Looking forward to start my career in the tech industry. Wish me luck! -

I am pretty new to this forum. I was actually looking for a review forum to share my experiences with a code school called tech is. I am working as a cashier at walmart and some 4 months ago, one of my managers advised me to learn a coding language. obviously, I was not ready to join a college and go full time since I ain't got the time or the money to do so. I was looking up on google for coding schools that has part-time classes. I ended up landing on tech is's site. The website looked pretty legit. I was like, ok, let's take a shot and pinged them guys. the counselor on the other end set me up with a 1-on-1 sesh after my work hours. and after attending it... I felt confident and happy that I too can code. my tutor Raghu guided me throughout my web dev classes and I would slack em whenever I get doubts and they would respond pretty quickly. I would say techis is a great code school you could try out in case you have a super busy life and would like to learn a new programming language in your spare time. -

Although they seem legit, I disliked the fact that they would keep emailing and calling me after I already asked them several times to STOP and delete me from their database.
Also, they don't seem to be the most affordable course out there if the cost is an issue.
As much as I dislike leaving negative reviews, I believe they should create a better call center communication and systems. If their call center CAN'T take note on my disinterest and annoyance with their disregard to my time and interests, I can't see how they can teach me to create a good experience for others upon graduation. -

I enrolled into their Web development Program in July, 2022’, and I believe it was the best decision I have ever made. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning about learning a plethora of skills in such a short time, however, when I was introduced to their curriculum, I realised the way you learn a subject is very important to accnetuating your understanding. I was able to retain what I learned because it was a “learn-by-doing” model, and this I believe is the only way to learn coding. All my fears and doubts were put at ease because the program offered tutors who were available to me 24/7, and very welcoming without being condescending or irritable. If only every learning experience was this good, I believe we would all be in a better position in terms of education and student debts etc.,

I am very grateful to TECH I.S. for teaching me skills that double my income, and pursuing the field I’ve always wanted to and left me with a profound sense of accomplishment! I love TECH I.S. and their tutors were very friendly, helpful, and patient, which greatly helped me achieve my goal. One thing I appreciated the most was that there was always someone available 24/7 if I needed help and I cannot tell you that it would have been both a frustrating and stressful experience to do it on my own. There's no one great thing about TECH I.S., they have many plus points as one of the best coding boot camps. It has been a good experience to start, with great nervousness, however, it soon vanished. The tutors are super qualified, friendly, helpful, and supported me along the way. They absolutely want to see you succeed in your course and also land a great job! A special mention to Adarsh Shetty, who was a great tutor for me! His knowledge and patience were great for me, it is exactly what I needed. Now I am more confident in my ability to code and do well as a programmer. Program Age Requirements
Sadly, if you are 40 or older they will deny entry to an individual.
I understand they want young minds to get taught and trained but the age requirements should be somewhat on the form to avoid waiting for an interview and then getting denied. Seems as if the customer service personnel aren't based on the US therefore they have these age limits. -

At TECH I.S. I was able to learn at my own pace which was very helpful since I had to juggle both my school assignments and my work. I highly recommend TECH I.S. coding boot camp, their curriculum is designed to make anyone understand coding, and I loved the idea of their project-based teaching system. Even if one is not familiar with coding, all they need is just six months! As a Web Development program student of TECH I.S., I had a great experience learning from my tutors who were available 24/7 and responded to my queries within 5 mins as promised throughout my journey as a student! They always made sure to answer any questions that I had, and this gave me the confidence to do well. TECH I.S. provided me with continued assistance in applying for jobs after my graduation, and I think anyone interested but apprehensive about learning to code should give TECH I.S. a try!
