Certification Scam....Opened a ticket and it has more than 172hrs since they haven't resolved it. They said they were having technical difficulties....to give me my certification? wow, I cannot Imagine my University telling me I cannot get my bachelors diploma due to technical issues. I enrolled in Simplilearn's Digital Marketing Job Guaranteed Program with high hopes. They assured me a job in Delhi NCR, which made me feel confident about the course. However, things didn't turn out as expected.
After completing the program, they delayed the job placement by six months. To make matters worse, they insisted that I should be open to jobs all over India, not just in Delhi NCR. They also imposed a strict and time-consuming Google form requirement with a one-day deadline. If you missed filling it out, they threatened that you'd lose out on career opportunities and your chance for a refund.
Simplilearn charged an additional 45 thousand rupees for this Job Guaranteed Program, which seemed like a money-making scheme to me. Throughout the course, they didn't provide enough information or feedback. In my opinion, it's not worth taking any courses from Simplilearn. You can learn more from YouTube, and you'll save a lot of money. If you're considering a career change, I strongly advise against learning from Simplilearn.

Total scam. Don't take their 100% job guarantee program. I have applied to all their jobs but still they created something on their own and didn't give me the refund. I have all the email with me, whatever they have sent me. How is this possible that I didn't apply some job. They are literally don't care about your career+your hard earned money. worst people.

I was fooled by SimpliLearn learning consultant, Nikhill. I have repeatedly reached out to him long time ago, expressing my desire for a refund due to the poor quality of the program. He kept convincing me to remain patient and gave me false hope that if I wasn't satisfied, a full refund could be issued. However, now he said that he can not issue the refund due to the policy. Because I did take action accordingly to his advice and promise, so it does not make sense if he said I violated the policy. If he says so, I must understand that he tried to fool me to take my money. It is an act of fraud. When I demanded to escalate this issue to the upper management for a fair and timely resolution, everyone tried to avoid the responsibility and no one gave me the contact. When I called the phone number on their website, a guy picked up the phone and pretended to say that this is not the number of SimpliLearn. This experience has been deeply disappointing and has completely destroyed my trust in Simplilearn. I expect urgent action to address this situation and fulfill the promised refund.

This company is very low standard and not professional at all. They just have a system and some outdated self learning materials to cheat people. They are just thieves. I was enrolled for Cyber Security and Mr. Yogesh (simplilearn executive) promised me to land my job with 30-40% of hike. Till my payment done, he was continuously in my contacts by E-mail, Phone, SMS and Whatsapp even if missed my call he use to call me back/SMS/Whatsapp also. He promised me that he will always listen my queries till my job successfully lands. Because, I told him clearly that I don't want to be advised to call customer care or any helpline for my concern. I must have a dedicated person so that no need to explain everything every time. My online session were started and course completed with all assignments done. I tried to contact him but he was not picking up my call and also even didn't call be if he would have busy. No response/answer even no reply on Whatsapp/Email from his side. I was suggested to raise request ticket on their portal but my every tickets were closed without resolution in order to maintain their standard; the reason behind that they wanted to prove how fast resolution and serving their students. I raised tickets periodically so that they can aware about my issue but they closed without solutions. After some time, I found that there is no ticket system exist as they upgraded their system and older one not exists. I wrote e-mails and ask why they are not taking care my thing seriously but no one cared to answer back. They just following their process that's all and doing a business in the name of education and certifications those in-fact cheating for money. If any details required, I can share on e-mail. PEOPLE should understand and GOOGLE should stop simplilearn advertisements. TILL NOW I AM FEELING THAT SIMPLILEARN TEAM DID"T EVEN THINKING ABOUT MY PROFILE and JOB -IT"S more than an year of my certificate completion. This program is awful and the entire experience is run by people in India. I put in a ticket for someone to reach out to me 4 days ago and have received no response. There is no communication after you sign up for this course. Save your money and get a US based course. Simplilearn is awful. I never considered needing a refund while I was getting ready to enrol in their course.
I had done my research properly before signing up for their training.
But because I had to take on other responsibilities and efforts, I had to stop taking the course and request a refund within the allotted time (7 days).
When I had to submit a request within the allotted period, they were thoughtful enough to ask whether I had any unfavourable experiences.
I'm sure I'll come back to the course when I'm ready.
Simplilearn's refund policy is transparent, and I had no problems at all. -

I strongly advise staying away from this company for your learning needs. I attended the TOGAF certification and the instructor was so bad and there is no way to open a ticket (website broken) and no help provided whatsoever to report my issues. On top of that they have to audacity to call me to sell the same course again because this time I get some account manager assigned so I can report problems. I could have signed up for the same course for less than 20 bucks on Udemy for better teaching. I regret wasting close to 1000USD with this company. The only thing Simplilearn cares about is making you signup for their courses. Once you've signed up, they will never help you with your concerns and needs. Also, they try to sell you on their programs no matter your skill level. They say they have Prerequisites that can help any beginner understand cyber security but those are LIES. If you've never worked an IT job or you're a complete novice to Information Systems the prerequisite will be of no use. You won't be able to keep up with their cookie-cutter program. But that's not the worst part of it. These guys have a 7-day policy whereby once you signup, you have only seven days to cancel your account and leave the program. But the Fraudulent part of it is the course begins a month after signing up so there's no way of knowing if you can cope or not. In addition, the 7-day policy is never stated prior to signing up. They never ever mention anything about a seven-day policy and as a result, if you fill you're not able to keep up with their course and need to withdraw, they pull out the seven-day policy and tell you leaving is not an option. Also, if you can't pay for the course they have you apply for a loan in order to pay the fee. However, If your income is not worthy of loan approval, they INFLATE the numbers on your loan application and LIE that you will be able to pay it back once you're done with the course and get a high-paying job.
But this isn't true.
Most companies just don't higher based on CERTIFICATION but on EXPERIENCE. Meaning if you have all the certifications but don't have3 -5 years of experience in the field you won't get a single job... not to mention a high-paying one.
This means that this program isn't meant for beginners but for Experts and IT professionals who want to improve their knowledge and advance their IT careers.
But as I stated earlier, Simplilearn will sell you a lie just to get you to signup and once the 7 days have passed, you are on your own!!
I've been calling and emailing Customer Service in order to remove myself from their program but they ignore me and won't respond to my emails or answer my calls.
Because of this, my credit has been affected and lowered because I don't have the funds to repay the loan but when I mention this to them, they say "It is a sole responsibility of a learner to raise funds, and hence you have purchased this course".
If you're a Beginner or a novice in the IT field do not signup with this program. They will never help resolve your issues or concerns. And if you request to leave, due to very very poor customer service, they hit you with the seven-day policy which is never mentioned when signing up with the course.Arjun ES of Simplilearn
