Refactory offers a 12-week, full-time, online mobile development coding bootcamp. Refactory wants to help students learn programming regardless of their background, gender, or religion. In order to be eligible for Refactory's bootcamp, one must be an Indonesian citizen, have a strong will to become a programmer, and have basic knowledge of programming which will be tested through an online skills test. Sudents will undergo mobile programming training co-operated by professional mentors to ensure every graduate is ready to work in an international setting.
Throughout the program, Refactory has adopted an internship system as part of their learning methodology. Students will learn modern technologies and have a chance to earn a real salary by working on real tasks and projects from partner companies. Also, by utilizing Hack Reactor's Standard Student Outcomes Methodology (SSOM), Refactory focuses on transparency around compiling student graduate data.

Honest review, while I joined at this company, I got a lot of experiences and lessons in this company. Technical lessons, communication and collaboration lessons, and life lessons. Before entering this company, I had a background as an IT graduate from a campus in Indonesia, and after entering this company there were a lot of lessons that I didn't get at all while I was in college.
The use of technology is diverse, so if you are really looking for knowledge, this is the right place. In fact, breakfast, lunch and evening are always provided every day. Not only that, here for intensive pairing there are mess for you to live in.
So, if you are looking for a company with full of IT knowledge, this is the right company for you. -

In Refactory, you get to learn while also working with real life project. Many different project that is available in here with multiple stack that have their own unique challenge. For those who are up for the challenge for not only learning what you want to learn but also learning other stack that is not your focus, this is your best place for it considering what I mention above. the course must learn to be independent, every day has a target. if you don't have a task, you have to look for any task. it makes me unfocused, imagine today BE, tomorrow FE, the day after tomorrow mobile.

My experience during +- 7 Months at Refactory, has many challenges and lessons that can process me to know more about software engineering. At the beginning of joining the Intensive Pairing program, the programming bootcamp program from Refactory is given sufficient facilities to support the bootcamp process at Refactory, such as being provided with a bedroom, 3 meals a day, monthly allowance, and most importantly given a mentor who has experience in the software field engineering. -

The core goal I expect from a boot camp is the experiences. But what kind of experience we could get from a 3 months length boot camp? Surprisingly in Refactory I got more than my standard. I never Imagine that in just three months I have a GitHub account with more than 500 points contribution, from almost inactive before. I'm involved in 4 real projects, not just real, they were all big project from an international client. I'm also can make several contributions to open source project, which is just so fun.
How is that possible? well, the main reason is that indeed I have a passion in programming. And refactory somehow can drive that passion into something real. I didn't learn just a single aspect from refactory. Yes there is a lecture session but not just that, a real teamwork environment with all challenge in it, a real stress, a real estimation, scrum methodology, agility, just almost all aspect that you can meet in the modern software industry. In the end, i didn't just learn about mobile programming, but i can proudly say that i am now a software engineer.

I am student in refactory and have been joined this bootcamp in two months and still in process as student here. Alot of cool stuff i have learning here, in good curriculum and adaptive with project I did . Learning experiences, instructional approaches, and academic-support strategies that are intended to address the distinct learning needs based on our project. Therefore Curriculum must be adaptive with backgrounds of individual students( i have graduate in math ) . We can explore more about programming in here. But we not just learn, we also do the real project. There is pairing, but the pairing didnt fully can help when there is problem cause the pairing has own task to finish.
