Before I joined preHIRED, I was an amazon associate and health care worker. However, I was not content with these occupations and truly wanted a change in my career. I realized that I needed to reinvest in a career opportunity that matches the fulfilments I desired.
I came across preHIRED's program during my targeted career research. I was impressed with the reviews. The comments gave me reassurance in what qualities in a career I was looking for. Even though I had doubts about being a good fit in tech sales due to lack of experience, I pushed myself and reached out to an admissions counselor for more clarity. After our conversation, I began to feel a sense of confidence and comfort in my decision of joining this program.
My favorite part of the preHIRED program was the access to all the tools and methodologies that go into a streamlined and successful approach to sales. There actually is a science to it all! As a newcomer to this field, this has tremendously added to my confidence in being able to "hit the ground running" as an SDR. I also found all the support and guidance from my mentor invaluable throughout my certification.

Before I joined preHIRED, I was in the collision industry for 8 years. Although I loved what I did, it did not offer enough time flexibility to be with my family and to do a lot of the things I enjoy when I am not working. I felt a career in sales would give me the time flexibility I was looking for. And then a friend reached out to me out of the blue about the preHIRED program… Prayers answered!!
But the thought of starting a new career in an industry I knew NOTHING about was frightening to me… and the thought of paying someone back if I failed was even more frightening. But seeing the success rate of the students as well as my friend landing a job she loves helped to relieve those fears.
My favorite part of preHIRED was having mentors to help offer feedback about your coursework and outreach to companies. They definitely offered some emotional support as well during the career search process (I needed it at times). It showed me the importance of perseverance in spite of how many “no’s” I will receive during the career search process and while working in my current role.
I am very satisfied about my decision to go through preHIRED. I would not have been able to make the transition (let alone as fast) by myself.

Before I joined PreHired, I was an uber driver for about a year and a REALTOR for just over a year... and it was tough not having a consistent income. I was looking for consistent pay, but with an opportunity to be compensated for performance and also to grow in a company.
I was tired of working hard but not able to make more than $50,000 a year. I wanted to find a company where I could grow and eventually make six-figures a year in sales so that I could begin to build my life and consistently invest.
When I first found PreHired, I was intrigued but definitely skeptical because it sounded like similar “too good to be true” programs I’ve come across. But after doing research on the company and the employees, I realized this is a real opportunity and I went for it!
My favorite part of PreHired was learning about the psychology of sales and the various sales tools that are out there. It really made me an expert in the sales process and lead generation. And, using my pH sales system I reached out to 11(I only had to contact 11!) companies and 38% responded and booked meetings... AND got a job offer in less than 10 days! Now I'm working as an SDR at an awesome tech company remotely!

During the lockdown, I decided I wanted to make a career pivot into tech sales. The sales environment had become more sophisticated, therefore I knew I needed to update my skill set. When I found preHIRED I was a bit skeptical especially due to the price point being much higher than the alternate programs available.
However, I say went through the program and engaged with my mentors like Josh, I quickly understood why preHIRED is the standard for tech sales boot camp training. The training I have received over the past month with preHIRED has put me on a path towards building a successful career in tech sales. The Science-Based Sales® methodologies I have learned as well as putting together an effective sales tech stack has given me the tools to bring value to any tech/saas company in the market. Before I joined preHIRED I had 7 years in the sales industry I started selling door to door for AT&T after 6 months became a market manager then eventually had my own contract with At&t. The reason I was interested in preHIRED was mostly that there is always something to learn in the sales industry and being only 23 I knew I didn't know everything even with all of my experience so when I was told I would go through an amazing training program where I can learn so many more things and a totally new industry I could not say no! I thought it was too good to be true at first. I didn't want to do it, of course that was before any research I had done. I received another email from them and I decided to do my research when I did couldn't believe what I was reading but I decided to move forward anyway and it was the best thing I could have done for my career. The honest best of preHIRED was the fact that I learned so many things I absolutely didn't know at all! Learned about CRM's, sales automation I mean so much! It helped my career even if I didn't get an opportunity in the tech industry. I can make opportunities elsewhere with this training I received. I would definitely tell others DO IT! You won't regret it! Sometimes too good to be true situations are REAL!

Thank you for bringing on mentors and members that care and will make a change in our lives. This is the best investment I made for my career, myself, and my family. The tools you are trained on are industry current and in some cases, ahead of the game.
When I was just searching for any jobs, as usual, I came across preHired. It looked like the skills I possessed. So I applied like I had done with all the other positions that day.
I did not realize there was, and that, this was a training program for sales. After 10 years of sales background, my skills were all over the place and I had been hoping to find a mentor. Even though, I had gone through several small workshops I still knew there was more information to receive and skills to refine. I am a continual learner.
As a continual learner, I know, I need mentorship now and as I grow. In most cases, that is hard to receive. Until preHired. Here I started off with a dedicated Mentor. It doesn't stop there, the whole Member Community (Josh Jordan, Bobby Powers, Thomas Janssen, John Ly, and other members) are there from the moment you say yes till you give up on them. My sales background prior to joining preHIRED was working at a call center doing 70+ cold-call per days, recruiting for a University, and doing nonprofit fundraising and education sales. Even though I found the work to be very fulfilling, after 4 years I felt I peaked in the education/nonprofit sector and was hungry for the next challenge.
I learned about preHIRED after seeing a Facebook ad one day from preHired, and thought it was too good to be true at first. My skepticism was nullified when I learned about all the incredible success stories and testimonials from past members.
My favorite part about the program is the community in preHIRED. Everyone, from the staff, to the members, and the alumni from the program, are incredibly helpful and supportive. They WANT to see you succeed. Because when you succeed, everyone succeeds. Because of the tough job market right now as a result of COVID-19, I thought it was going to be months before I got hired...but after finishing the program, I got a job offer from my top company within 4 weeks of starting the job search!

I worked in event technology sales for over five years mainly working at large hotel and convention center properties. The hours were long with weekends and holidays often sacrificed. The travel was also brutal and I was tired of not making more than $55,000 a year, considering the long hours.
I wanted to find a company with more growth opportunities, where I could eventually make six-figures a year in sales. SaaS technology sales would present so many more opportunities as the industry growth is truly remarkable. I have worked retail for ten years and moved on to being a technician. I was constantly worrying about money and financial security with the hand my life was dealt I thought of making any more than 45K was a pipe-dream.
After Covid-19 struck I was on the search for another career and came across preHIRED, I was VERY skeptical at first and spent 4 days of researching it before I even decided to respond to an email from them. After taking the leap into the program I can say without a doubt that I am more confident and realized than before I started! I've learned a lot of up-to-date sales methods that will help me excel in the coming job search process.
I've only just sent my final coursework and will be beginning my CSP starting most likely Monday! My favorite part of the program was being matched up with an amazing mentor and a great cohort to bounce ideas off of and climb the ropes together! I could not be on the verge of success without this AMAZING program. If you are looking to make a change or are even skeptical yourself about this program we have been there, and now we're here! I highly recommend preHired to anyone on the fence or just looking for a new career that pays well. I joined preHired after running two separate businesses. I was at the point in my life in which I was not happy with what I was doing anymore and wanted a career change. After doing tons of research on what to do next I came across preHired and decided to join. It took me about 60 days to complete the course and finish my job hunt before accepting an offer with an OTE between 90-100K. Best part is I get to work from home. That is not bad for 60 days worth of work. I have taken multiple training and sales courses and performed sales in both of my previous businesses. I thought I knew it all. What preHired trains is no fluff and straight to meat and potatoes. For anyone looking to have massive success quickly, stop reading and join already. -

preHIRED has been an absolutely amazing experience for me! For about 16 years I was in IT. I held many roles, most recently in IT software development and infrastructure. I was laid off during a merger and then decided to be an entrepreneur for the past 5 yrs. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed each profession, then I literally “just stumbled upon” preHIRED and knew it was for me. After seeing the information on social media for the 3rd time, I felt that the Universe was sending this opportunity directly to me, so I began some research. During my due diligence on who preHIRED is, and what they do, it seemed like “perfect timing” for me and my professional situation.
Of course, when I first saw the program, I was skeptical. That seems to be basic human nature! The opportunity seemed almost “too-good-to-be-true”, but I felt a strong desire to move forward, a spiritual nudge, and a sense of calm...if you will. After vetting the business model and the founder…and spending a whole weekend (literally), watching/reading 50+ testimonials, I decided this was an awesome opportunity for me, and I was ready to take that next step into this new industry. Then I saw that they only accept 5% of their applicants! Only a “select few” actually get accepted into the program! I knew it may be a long shot, but I was also very optimistic that I had the soft skills to get approved! And I did!
I personally love how the content is presented. It spoke to my learning style, spelling it all out in the best formats. Then, the lead generation and sales automation tools that were introduced (or expounded on), made me see that finding quality leads really is a “science”! It's not called "Science-Based Sales" for nothing! That part also made me aware that even tho I have always said, "I'm not a good salesperson" throughout my entire life, I've always pictured the "cheesy used car salesman", in a cheap polyester suit from back in the day. Well, this training could even help "that guy"! There's also the actual “measurable” skill set behind the results that bring you success. The training showcases and teaches productive, calculating tools and apps! I'm now an expert on over 15 robust lead generation, outreach, and sales tools and I’m very confident in my abilities to bring value to any sales team, on so many levels!
The company's mission and vision statements definitely spoke to my learning personality. The founder, Joshua Jordan maintains high business ethics and acumen...and the positive assistance of everyone I've encountered shows that he has surrounded himself with like-minded trainers, coaches, and mentors. The proverbial nail in the coffin is how confident they are in their abilities to help you land that next-level salary.
I am so grateful for (and feel truly blessed with) my decision and acceptance into the preHIRED training, and excited to become a Certified Sales Analyst. If you’ve found and/or been introduced to this program, apply “NOW”! The integrity of the program and mentors are...simply put...“MBA” status! My mentor (Bobby Powers) and my connector (Devan Williams) are rock-star performers in their respective roles, and every single person I've connected with have been so positive, and encouraging! If you need a career change, if you're looking to increase your marketability, and if you want to position yourself in the top 5% of the nation's SDRs...then you "should" be willing to invest in yourself and get trained to be that person! I have absolutely no sales background yet here I am. I was very interested in preHIRED partially because of the promise of a salary I would love to attain but the bigger reason I decided on doing the program is the chance at fulfillment. Helping people is a passion of mine and I feel as an SDR I will be able to help more people than I ever thought I could. (Literally considering how many people I will be talking to each and every day).
When I saw preHIRED at first I wasn’t as sure of it then as I am now. Everyone knows how many scams there are in the world now so of course I did extensive research on them and I am convinced that preHIRED is legit. I got to this conclusion from a variety of reasons but the main one being that it’s hard! It makes sense though it shouldn’t be too easy to move up in the world to a more prestigious job without some grit otherwise everyone would do it.
The people at preHIRED are honestly and truly some of the best people I’ve met, not just with training but they are good people too and for me that is a very important trait to have, to be able to build trust each other is key (it doesn’t hurt that they are always around to answer questions I or any other preHIRED students have). The way Josh Jordan set up this course is masterful, in that he teaches all of his “students” the skills we need, then shows us how to use the tools for the job and finally he teaches us the workflows at the end so everyone can put it all together which helps us become great SDR’s once we’ve found our dream company.
I believe preHIRED has helped me tremendously in being hopeful of the future again and that all it takes is some time out of your day everyday to study and attempt to master something that can help you trudge a path forward in life. I highly recommend this course to anyone but especially people who feel like they are at a dead end in their career or even their life because preHIRED will make you work for it but if you learn and apply all they have to teach you, you can't fail. There are no handouts in life and this certainly isn't it, you have to have grit to push through and learn as much as you can. This is a huge change in my life and I welcome it with open arms. Before preHIRED, I was never in sales. Only thought of it as a "pick up the phone and dial random numbers" kind of job.
I Came across an ad that talked about preHIRED and how it would pay for my course after I got a job and I was just blown away!
It just sounded too good to be true, I mean... Who in the right mind these days offers to educate and train someone at their own expense first and later say that it can be paid when they actually get the job?
Hours and hours of learning that I did within the program and course materials. From past experiences to actual people that share their thoughts to funny stories thrown at random.
I can't stress it enough... Do your research before doing anything, I know it sounds tempting but don't just take a leap of faith!

I had stumbled... into sales, pretty standard right lol. I'd had been plugging away for a few years, doing well meeting my quotas, I just wasn't getting anywhere. I began to get frustrated, what was it? I love sales, the ability to be paid to solve people's problems. I felt like I wasn't be challenged mentally, not to mention not making the money I needed to make to live the way I wanted in the bay area. I begin to pay closer attention to my friend's lifestyles who were in Software Sales and the projects they got to work on. I had always shrugged the idea of selling software off mostly because of the schooling I didn't have but, seemed to be a requirement anytime I looked into it. Things were different this time, I had to change something.
I came across preHired during a podcast, at the time I was listening to anything I could find to get more informed on the industry. The podcast was geared toward sales development reps, on that particular episode, they were interviewing a guy who had no sales background but landed an incredible job at a great company with at the time I thought crazy metrics to meet. He spoke as if he had years of experience in the role already and performed like it too. When asked how he was able to achieve all this he talked about preHired, the skills that they taught you, using them on the job search. He spoke of all the tools that they walked you through that a company might use, if not, probably should adopt. It came down to the realization that he, in his time with preHired had more experience doing the right thing then the majority of people already in the role.
I had to look into it and found out that it was better than I had imagined not only do they vet who gets in, but it was at your own pace, which was crucial with my fulltime and parttime jobs. By far, my favorite aspect of the program was their scientific approach to sales methodologies, which allowed me to start to systematically understand how to best engage with a prospect, rather than rely on talent.
My advice to anyone who is considering the program... do your research. Talk with the people who are killing it at the companies they got hired at... if that's what you intend on doing. It's an excellent investment for anyone who'd bet on themselves. Thank you to Josh and the preHired team! -

These guys are crooked don’t sign up with them. This scheme they run is offering a student loan through Meratas which is suppose to be a 3rd partY company the thing is people from Prehired work for Meratas lol slick ain’t it? It’s a shell game ... create your own educational finance company to keep all the money . I’m seeking legal advice since I’ve been through two litigations prior to dealing with them. If you want more details you can email me jterrado1@gmail.com and I’ll be happy to show you everything I have because these so called “Christian” folk are just in it for the money lol
They kicked me from the program because they said I violated code of conduct lol which was confusing because they made it clear in the beginning during your time of getting certified you need to respond to your mentor in a timely manner plus a few other things to not receive a strike.. so I got certified With no strikes and during the job search part some personal things came up which delayed my job hunt..during that time and also during my initial onboarding I started to receive emails claiming they will take off $5k off the program if I started paying monthly which blew my mind because why would a company take less money UNLESS the program didn’t work????!!! No confidence in their own program .. the thing is I already completed to course and received my certificate... why am I receiving strikes??? Then it dawned on me ... they lie to you stating Meratas loaned the money to cover the course which is $30k ... but it’s a smoke screen the money is not loaned they use this shell company Meratas as a front and hope and pray you get a job So you can pay them back...smart ain’t it but it’s unethical. if you don’t get a job which in my city of San Diego you would think it would be easy ... he’ll no The tech companies out here are minimal to hit your numbers every week and if you don’t you get a strike... these tech companies are bombarded with emails and outreach from Prehired members it’s SATURATED....so towards the end I was told I either need to land a job start paying $250 a month to stay in the program? But why I thought Meratas was the company I’m suppose to pay? You see the complete zig zag these guys run? Now I still don’t have a job or income and Meratas just pulled $750 from my checking ...with student loans there is no payback until you generate income until then your payments are suppose to be deferred... but nope they pulled money out during this Covid 19 quarantine we are in and it’s done harm to my family. There’s nothing positive about this company you can easily get free sales tech experience through a paid internship with another company I don’t know their name anymore but they are on LinkedIn and indeed.
I’m on the phone right now with my bank trying to get this money back as I’m typing this.

Hi, I’m Andrew, and I was Jordan's Prehired Mentor from 12/12/2019 to 3/4/2020. I enjoyed getting to know Jordan early on in the program because he came to me excited to get into a tech career. Which makes me disappointed (and a little hurt, honestly) to see Jordan posting false statements here, after all the things I did to help him.
Among those false statements are his claim about student loans, which we don’t offer, nor does our Income Share Agreement (ISA) servicing partner, Meratas. We also did not start Meratas. We have a couple of members who work there because it’s a software-based company they were qualified for and interviewed for after our program.
We have every member sign a Member Success Agreement, which clearly defines what it takes to be successful in our program and what time/inputs it will take from a member and our staff. You can see the Member Success Guarantee here on our website.
Now, specifically for Jordan, here are the records and data from his Prehired member file to show what happened in each stage of the program:
* Jordan joined on 10/5/2019, when he signed our written Prehired Member Success Agreement, agreeing to complete the program by 12/2/2019 and to reply to emails and phone calls from our team.
The timeline and communication both matter since we’re investing time, money and resources in each member we accept. We need to budget well to help them get the results they want while honoring our commitments (which we also put in writing) to them.
* Jordan completed the coursework on 12/2/2019 and was approved. That is when we began to work together.
* During the Career Search Process part of the program, Jordan was required to prospect 25 decision makers at companies each week, for a 12-week period. San Diego is one of the cities we support (along with the cities listed at www.prehired.io/match) because it has enough tech companies for that volume of prospecting.
* In week 1, from 12/16/2019 - 12/22/2019, Jordan reached out to 0 contacts and applied to 0 jobs.
* In week 2, from 12/23/2019 - 12/30/2019, Jordan reached out to 0 contacts and applied to 0 jobs again.
* Jordan and I connected about this and Jordan agreed he could hit his numbers January 1, 2020.
* In week 3 (from 12/31/2019 - 1/5/2020), though, Jordan still reached out to 0 contacts and applied to 0 jobs, breaking the commitment he made the previous week.
* In week 4 (from 1/6/2020 - 1/12/2020), Jordan again reached out to 0 contacts and applied to 0 jobs.
* On 1/8/2020, Jordan and I spoke to clarify what was stopping him from doing outreach to find a job. Because of the holidays and family obligations, we agreed to give Jordan a fresh start.
* In week 5 (from 1/13/2020 - 1/19/2020), Jordan reached out to 9 contacts, below the minimum of 25 we look for each week.
* On 1/22/2020, we spoke on Jordan starting his outreach, but not hitting his minimum requirements. He apologized and agreed he could do better to hit those numbers.
* From 1/20/2020 - 1/26/2020, Jordan prospected 18 total hiring manager contacts. Again, this is still below his minimum requirement of 25.
* In week 7 (from 1/27/2020 - 2/2/2020) Jordan prospected only 11 contacts.
* In week 8 (from 2/3/2020 - 2/9/2020) Jordan prospected only 18 contacts.
* In week 9 (from 2/10/2020 - 2/16/2020) Jordan prospected 0 contacts.
* In the 9+ weeks of working together, Jordan and I met at least once a week, usually on Mondays or Wednesdays, to review his previous outreach (which included clear conversations about missing his agreed-on goals each week), to prep for interviews and to answer other questions.
* Jordan was withdrawn from Prehired and is no longer a member from 2/20/2020 because he violated our Code of Conduct after multiple warnings and he also did not keep his Membership Commitments from the contract after the repeated attempts mentioned above to help him.
* As you can see, he posted the review above on 4/3/2020, clearly in an attempt to damage our reputation when he did not do the work.
Yes, this takes WORK -- usually between 60-120 hours over a 12-week period between starting Prehired and starting your new software sales career at a company of your choosing.

I come from an arts background -- culinary arts, winemaking and a bit of acting. While acting classes teach a lot of the same principles (actors are salespeople and they are the product) I had no B2B sales experience whatsoever before starting preHIRED!
PreHIRED interested me because of the people involved--everything about the program was presented with such openness and honesty that I was convinced that they were doing good, and I wanted to join in on the goodness. I also recognize that the old form of paying and going to college is on its way out, and I really respect that these guys are looking forward.
My greatest doubts were regarding my lack of B2B sales experience.
My favorite part of preHIRED is the thoroughness and kindness within the teachings. Everything is looked at from multiple perspectives--sales methods are defined and illustrated using different scenarios, and there are a good few sections featuring previous preHIRED members talking about their process, or role-playing these scenarios.
The course is taught mostly by Josh with a good variety of special guests as well. Every teacher is humble, respectful, and good-humored--and through this nicety there shines an unmistakable confidence that is very encouraging.
If you are considering the preHIRED program, I recommend you take the time to do a good bit of research--not only on the program but also the life of a salesperson--really make sure it's something you want to go through with, because once you're in it, it's a one way ticket to salestown and you won't be stopping along the way for any pretzels or pee breaks! preHIRED is an amazingly put together course, it goes very in-depth with the tools and skills you need to know to be an expert in software sales. The coursework is very easy to understand that anyone can do it if they put in the effort. I learned more than I thought possible by taking the PreHIRED program. I was a bit skeptical which I am sure others might feel the same way, but after researching a bit more on the company, it seemed legit and I took a chance on it. The chance paid off since Josh and other mentors have helped me through the entire process and also learned a great deal on how to be a great SDR.

There are a lot of great things that can be said so I'll be as concise as I can. I had little to no sales experience coming into the program but I was tired of working long hours without getting compensated for what I felt I was worth. The training I received from Josh and through PreHired has been amazing. I had some doubts at first about the program and if it could really help me achieve my goals of landing a 6 figure career. Not only that, I had doubts in myself as well. But, after doing some research, I decided to invest in me and in PreHired. Through his Science-Based Sales training and mentoring program, I am confident in moving forward with my career in tech sales and have gotten clarity on, not only, the skill, tools, and workflows that are essential to crushing it at any B2B sales position, but on how I define my own value and personal goals as well. Before I joined preHIRED, I did not have any sales experience. I have been wanting to get into a sales position for a while, just had no idea where to start or how to start.
I came across an ad on Facebook for preHIRED. When I first saw the ad on Facebook, I had my doubts, I have seen this ad in the past. The third time I came across the ad, I said let’s look into it more. I did my research and found that this, in fact, was a legit deal.
My favorite part of preHIRED is, the motivation you feel when watching the videos. They definitely get you to actually want to finish the videos to keep moving forward. The owner certainly makes everything personable and enjoyable (you will laugh at him because I did).
I would suggest anyone to just do it. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain. You have a mentor throughout the program (which are great!) and you also get to ask all sorts of questions and they have all of the answers for you!

Technically I joined without having a sales experience (I deal with 100% inbound as a PM and 100% inbound as an account manager in the past) Content is easy to understand and covers tools and skills. Examples from people that are currently doing the job. Mentoring and Slack group helps me a lot. It prepares you to perform at the position. Recommended to people that are interested in taking this career path. I like the mentality and the approach, where I could see myself on the receiving end having a constructive conversation instead of being force-fed to a sale. Confidence to walk out knowing it's not a fit rather than having a sole priority to close a deal. The ongoing support is what I needed and will continue to work with my mentor to make progress in my career.
