Amazing Experience
Nucamp was an amazing experience to allow me to further understand my passions. The course is very well paced and you have many resources to help you out along the way. Can not wait to take the final course in backend. -

Nucamp is Awesome!!!
I chose Nucamp because of the depth of what content was covered as well as the pricing and payment plan options. I am already working a 9-5 job and the ability to take these courses online throughout the week was invaluable! I have learned so much, and am already seeing the benefits in the projects I am working on. For the price you can't beat it, I recommend it to all of my friends! -

I chose Nucamp at the time because it was local and it was what I considered to be a reasonable price. I think the course is nicely done, and was able to use what I was learning during course work. We wound up being completely on line. The weekly meeting was easy and the instructor was friendly and did his best to answer our questions. I think the four week course could be a little longer, but I say that this was a great introductory course. Thank you. -

Fundamentals Course Review
I enrolled in nucamp because is affordable and flexible. It allowed me to work during the week at my own pace. I have not taken an online workshop before, and I was afraid. Fortunately, the instructor was very helpful. Even when some of us fell behind, the instructor dedicated extra time to help us out. I am glad I took this bootcamp. -

Intro -HTML and CSS class
This was a very good class and the instructor Jad was amazing. Extremely knowledge and most important, he has the ability to break complex concepts into easy blocks that people that can understand. I hope he is the instructor for my next class and I highly recommend this course to anyone who is interested in learning how to code. -

Nucamp Review
I chose Nucamp because of the price. Nucamp is a tenth of the cost of most bootcamps, and it teaches the same curriculum of full stack JavaScript (react and node.js). Overall, i was very pleased with Nucamp. Our instructor was very helpful, and I learned a lot. -

4 week fundamentals course
After completing the 4 week fundamentals course of HTML, CSS, and Javascript, I am really glad I made the decision to join Nucamp. My main reason at first to join was because its affordable but after joining I saw how easy the course material is to understand. I am now moving towards the full stack program. Highly recommended to those who want to pursue a career in programming! -

Although it might be tough to learn while working, I have yet to hear of or find a coding bootcamp as affordable and accomodating as NuCamp to such circumstances. -

Very satisfied with the Web Development Fundamentals program. It put me right where I want to be to take the next steps in becoming a web developer. The price point was excellent, and I feel like I learned a lot in just a 4 week period. I would absolutely recommend the Web Development Fundamentals course to anyone who is brand new to coding or anyone who is still unsure if coding is something they want to pursue. Again, great experience for me. -

My experience with Nucamp's Web-development Bootcamp was GREAT! I have attended another bootcamp in the past, and the learning experience is night and day, with Nucamp taking 1st place by a mile! This was my test run to see if I wanted to take anymore of their courses. I signed up for their Frontend Development. I meant to sign up for Full-Stack, but I was a bit sick and signed up on the wrong section, will see if they can fix this lol. Let's not forget the price, it's pretty affordable. To bad they were not around at the very least a decade ago... I would have been on a different career path much sooner. But late is better than never. **I learned more here in the 1st 2 weeks, than I did after attending 6-weeks at the other "Bootcamp" (Quotes used as designated by English standards ;-p !) The instructor was great! Someone that enjoys teaching and listens makes the entire difference when it comes to learning... Thank you Narek for all your extra help, it made all the difference in my experience on my 1st course with Nucamp. I'm looking forward to my BootStrap course; it starts tomorrow! -

Weekly Workshop Helps A Lot
I've enrolled in other online courses before, but I find it hard to finish them. I needed front-end web knowledge to add to my skills so I can re-enter the workforce. With Nucamp you have weekly teacher led workshops that push you to finish what you started. -

This ad came up while I was on Duolingo (great place to cross advertise too). I checked it out, the class seemed warm, upbeat, the price seemed more than reasonable for what the content was. I am at the end of the class and I am so glad I did it. I feel like I am on my way and have some solid foundation to get going with. I feel like I got my monies worth. My instructor was knowledgeable and patient. I am a 50 year old female. Don't wait to start---do it now. This class will get you on track. -

I have a full time job and the part time + Saturday workshop was the best thing about this program. This, the cost to Intro to Web Development sealed it for me. They take their time and are very patient with you. Now that I finished the one month course, I can say I have the fundamentals down and i'm ready for more. I've already enrolled for their Full Stack program and looking forward to it. -

Review of Web Fundamentals Nucamp
I just finished the course of HTML, CSS and javaScript and I think it is an excellent and affordable way to get prepared for the Web Development fundamentals and if you want to take the Front End Web or Full Stack Web + Mobile Development courses offered by Nucamp it will be a great and solid base for it. -

Web Fundamental Bootcamp
I love the course structure, and its flexibility, I was able to keep my day job, and have my classes online during the week, and attend to a live online workshop only on Saturday.
The price for the course is a lot cheaper than others bootcamp. I am very happy that I joined the NuCamp coding bootcamp. -

Great course
I think the instructor does an excellent job of explaining. I learned so much in 4 weeks, step by step detail of HTML, CSS ,javascript. The exercise and assignment is very helpful to measure what we learned. I started to understand what is about and how it work. highly recommend this course. -

Front-End Dev. (Bootstrap)
I learned a lot through this course about Front-End dev. Teacher was knowledgeable and open to communicate on a regular basis. The course was challenging in content and amount of knowledge but everyone in the class was able to complete assignments. It's unreal how far everyone can come in a short period of time. -

Great for any beginners, I do suggest learning a little bit about HTML, CSS and Javascript before beginning so that you are more prepared. I really liked the pricing compared to other bootcamps and the content. The instructors were great and very helpful! We really learned alot for a beginners course and they were very helpful through the whole course. It was also fun working with other people in the class and helping eachother learn! -

Great fundamentals Bootcamp. The instructor was great and took her time to help. Would highly recommend as a starting point. Very flexible hours and meet times. You can get help outside of class from fellow classmates and others in the group chats. Price was primarily what made me choose Nucamp over other companies. Great experience and I will be continuing on to the Full Stack module.

Nucamp is an excellent way to learn coding. There is total flexibility during the week on when you learn the material, and the required Saturday sessions keep you on track by having a deadline, which is why I chose Nucamp over other online go-at-your-own-pace courses. As someone with no prior coding experience, the 4 week Web Development course was appropriately challenging but very doable. Each lesson has video instructions and demonstration, downloadable slides, and links to many outside references for each topic. The instructors are very helpful and responsive as well. -

I throughly enjoyed my NuCamp experience. I've learned a lot. And I do think I learned so much because my instructor was sooo good. If you get Juan, you'll be in good hands. He is very knowledgeable and very patient. Would recommend. Looking forward to the full stack. This was exactly the course I needed to determine if I'd like coding and Juan helped me feel like everyone can understand it. -

I chose NuCamp primarily for the cost, but more specifically, for the cost in comparison for what was being offered...in other words, it seemed to offer the most bang for my buck. The ability to just pay for and take the first intraductory class was also a big factor - that allowed me to see what they had to offer without making a big commitment of either time or money.
I'm pretty amazed at what I was able to learn in just the four week introductory class. The way each week of the course is structured really breaks down a very good foundation, and also keeps you motivated to move forward and continue learning. Another thing I liked about the way it was structured is that you had video lessons presented by one person, and then a bit of a review at the end of the week in your sessions wityh your individual instructor. This allowed you to see the material presented from two different perspectives, which helped to clear up any areas you were having trouble understanding.
After 4 weeks, do I feel as though I have an understanding of HTML, CSS, and Java Script? No, not at all, but what I've gained from the class ios a strong enough foundation to become proficient - even good - at all of them though more self practice and self learning. It would've taken me many months to learn on my own through free internet resources, what I've learned in just 4 weeks through NuCamp. What was taught was just the basics of each of the three languages, so there's still lots for me to go and learn, but because of the way the course was structured - with everything taught being a foundation for the next thing - it gave me all the basics I need to be able to understand the rest with self study.
From the time I began looking into coding bootcamps to the day I started this course was about 9 months; if I could start over, knowing what iIknow now about NuCamp, not only would I take this introductory course again, but i would've taken it as soon as I started looking into bootcamps. The price of this course compared to what i was able to learn is amazing! If they charged twice as much, it would still be worht the knowledge it's provided. I should say also, that the support system that comes with NuCamp, is amazing (and I've only just begun to scratch the surface of that support system)!!! I'm looking forward to my next step with NuCamp, and would even be thrilled if they had more offerings to take - the way the curriculum is set up seems to work very, very well. I would absolutely reccommend their introductory course to anyone setting out to learn coding, and even to anyone that just wants to find out if coding is something they're really interested in; for the price, it would even be worth it if you took the course and decided it wasn't for you. -

Joining Nucamp was on of the best decisions I have ever made. After being inspired by a group of students to jump back into programming, I decided to look into coding bootcamps. After endless research, I came across Nucamp. Nucamp's curriculum, flexibility, class size, and prices are unbeatable. The instructors truly care and it is a great community to be a part of. I am truly grateful to have joined Nucamp and to have completed the Web Development Fundamentals Bootcamp. I am super excited to be jumping right into the the Full Stack Development Bootcamp and continuing my education. -

I chose Nucamp not only for its affordable pricing, but because of the syllabus and the intensity of the curriculum. The instructor is a veteran in the space, approachable, and an all-round great guy. I particularly liked the group breakout activities on Saturday's which enabled to collaboratively work alongside other students to arrive at the solution for the workshop. For anyone seeking to learn how to code, who does not know where to start and appreciates a personable instruction, Nucamp delivers! -

I just wanted to get an idea of how Nucamp works so I took the HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPT course and learned a lot. I loved the challenges and the exercises that push you to do research and go further to become a good programmer. The instructor at our disposal was great. In the end I signed up to become Full Stack Web Developer. -

NuCamp is amazing! I specifically did the online bootcamp, (mainly to take advantage of my home office ,) and the experience was so much better than i expected.
The weekly expectations are filled with challenges and learning exercises. Just enough to keep you engaged but not enough to be overwhelming.
The projects keep you personally involved with the ability to use your creativity to make it your own.
The weekly workshops are very informative and hands on. You work on a workshop assignment together and can share your screen if youre stuck to troubleshoot.
Overall i enjoyed it and am looking forward to the next part of this bootcamp. -

I LOVE Nucamp!
I am VERY satisfied with my experience with the Bootstrap course. Our instructor Ariel was attentive, personable, knowledgeable, and approachable. She takes great pride in answering all of your questions in detail, doesn't make you feel bad for not knowing the answer to something, and clearly is a great instructor. It was great to work alongside fellow classmates and make connections with folks who are dealing with the same challenges, and are at the same stage in their career transition. I've only just finished week 5 of 22, but as someone who skeptically spent money on this course, questioning what kind of value I would get out of it, I am so far SUPER impressed. I'd recommend Nucamp to anyone interested in programming who either wants to get their feet wet, or is seriously considering a career change with little-to-no programming experience. As long as you take the material seriously, ask questions, and use google a lot, you will get a lot of value out of this course. If you are the kind of person who needs a LOT of hand-holding, I would either recommend taking a Udemy course or using another set of inexpensive courses in addition to this material, or do some self-learning before deciding if you want to spend the money on a bootcamp. If you decide to spend money on a bootcamp, choose Nucamp.
----Loving Suggestions/Things I would change----
There are already tons of free and inexpensive resources online for individuals to learn how to program. Nucamp's real value potential comes from a community of students/fellow learners, mentorship from instructors, and interaction with people who are familiar with the material. My loving critique is that I think Nucamp can better leverage this potential.
- Currently, students are given a set of online lectures & exercises, then given a 4 hour window of time once per week (Saturdays) with the instructor. Our instructor Ariel was FANTASTIC, and answered any questions that I asked over slack within one day. I would never impose or want to ask for unpaid time from our instructor - but I think offering of 30-60 minute 1 on 1 sessions with students during the week would go a LONG way in creating a WOW experience for your students/customers. If that was available to me, I would feel even more delighted and more likely to recommend Nucamp than I already am.
- Peer mentorship/coding buddies? It would be REALLY nice to have been paired or connected with someone in the Slack channel who has undergone the classes I was taking. It's a great networking tool, and would give even more value to the Slack community.
Overall, great value for the money. ESPECIALLY considering what other bootcamps are going for.

NuCamp is a Win for Flexibility

The NuCamp Boot Camp titled "Web Development Fundamentals" was a very positive experience for me. I already had some background in HTML and CSS going into the course, but had had several years since I had last used the concepts. The course gave me a very helpful refresher course on those two building blocks as well as introducing me to JavaScript in a way that was easy to digest. The ability to reach out to the instructor 1on1 at any point throughout the course via Slack was super helpful as was the availability of my classmates to bounce ideas off of. Perhaps the most invaluable part of this course was the flexibility. As a graveyard shift worker, being able to not only keep my job while completing a boot camp but completing it on my schedule was crucial. The 9 am workshops were a bit difficult on Saturdays for my schedule, so I would recommend that for future boot camps NuCamp offer an afternoon workshop option, but other than that I have no complaints. I look forward to continuing my coding journey with NuCamp in the Full Stack bootcamp! -

NuCamp was a model that worked really well to take a class that was structured enough to keep me on track, but flexible enough to fit within my existing work and personal schedule. The added Saturday workshops were very helpful in working in an actual class format with a live instructor to answer questions and provide guidance. The other students attending were also friendly and helpful to classmates that needed help. There are always improvements that can be made and this bootcamp isn't always perfect, but it delivered on what it promised from basic setup and HTML/CSS to more complex interactive JavaScript assignments that challenge me each week. The instructor was new to the roster but did have a strong grasp of the content being delivered in the live workshop. Don't be mistaken that this class is just a breeze every week, as it required some discipline to complete the weekly coding activities and materials (video/readings/challenge questions). It will take anywhere from 5-10 hrs a week at least to get through all of the weekday activities before the Saturday live workshop (which is another 4-6 hours depending on how long it takes get the assignment done). And finally, the class was reasonably priced compared to other bootcamps offered in the area. It was a good value and the content was very good nonetheless. I'm wrapped up as of today with Week 4 for the HTML, CSS, JavaScript Fundamentals class and will be moving on to the full stack course with confidence that I understand the basics enough to keep going. If this was helpful, please use referral code 0680QL if you end up registering for the upcoming class.
