I believe that the approach to learning a new subject quickly varies from person to person. It also depends on whether the goal is to pass a test or to apply the knowledge practically in real-world scenarios. The MIT course I took through the Great Learning platform was well-structured and fulfilled both objectives. It offered numerous materials on data fundamentals to repeatedly practice and reinforce Python basics It also included three challenging projects that applied these skills to real-world cases.
Through this course, I was able to start my data career in a way that was both enjoyable and strengthened my foundational knowledge and expertise. This was a key difference from other programs, which often focus on theoretical approaches that require a longer time to adapt to practical data applications. The most important aspect of this program was that it sparked our interest in data, reigniting my motivation and providing a strong incentive to continue studying in the future. I was looking for a course that would provide me with an in-depth understanding of AI/ML models as someone with a non-technical background. This course was perfect and very well run. It has just the right amount of depth without getting crazy complex (there is a decent amount of mathematical theory, but mathematical skill is not required) and had left me with a much sharper understanding of what goes into the construction of the ML models that are increasingly powering our world!Customer Support of Great Learning

Though I was aware about Data Science / AI/ML but I was looking to study formally the Data Science and Machine Learning from reputed institute/faculty. After thorough search & deliberation, I found & joined "Data Science and Machine Learning: Making Data-Driven Decisions" course by MIT IDSS. I had enrolled in the same in May, 2024 and course is expected to be finished by 14-Sep-2024. I thoroughly enjoyed this learning. One thing is sure, I would have not learnt so much myself, if I had not enrolled in this course.

It is not hat important the background in Computer Science or in Mathematics, because the tools do the heavy processing for you. However, this course is also aimed to seasoned programmers and Data Scientist because it shows how to profit the no code tools and save programming time and effort. In other words, it allows students -both with or without background- to quickly get results and reports that can be further shared to business executives.
The “No Code AI and Machine Learning” course provides just the needed theory to understand the concepts behind the Data Science, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence concepts and combines them with hands-on exercises that consolidate these concepts, allowing to put what was learned into immediate applications. I wish I have studied this course before, it would have saved me countless hours of Python programming.

Course Content: This course gave me foundational level to advanced level Machine Learning models theory and practice. The newly included modules on Large Language Models and Prompt Engineering introduced to the latest developments in AI.
Course Delivery: The course covers all the topics with MIT Professors Lectures which will provide very good understanding of all AIML concepts.
Great Learning provides weekend reviews on the course topics with industry experts and go through the Lab Practices. This will enforce and enhance our learning and prepare for weekly evaluations.
Great Learning Platform: It is a great learning platform I ever used. The platform delivers all the course content in very organized way. It tells me what to read, what to accomplish every week. Very easy to navigate course modules. It provides all in one platform features. It prompts me always what is happening and what I need to do. Great platform.
Program team: I can’t expect better program management team than this team. They have a good introductory Kick Off session to explain about whole program and we can be successful in learning and completing the program. Always good follow ups and reminders by great staff to students what to learn, when to attend the classes and when to finish the evaluations. They created a group to share ideas and ask questions to help each other. Whenever we need help from Program Manager, we always got help immediately.
Finally, I sincerely appreciate and commend all the efforts by Great Learning and MIT team for making this wonderful course available to AI Knowledge seekers.

I'm a newly arrived immigrant to the U.S., having been here for six months, and my last class was ten years ago. It was the first time I had been exposed to coding, so I struggled with Python's syntax and errors at the beginning of the course. However, with the guidance of the Program's experienced industry mentors and MIT professors, I gradually became accustomed to coding. I am much more comfortable coding and fixing errors as the course ends. I can handle complex projects, including electives and capstones, and even participate in hackathon competitions.
Even though I don't rank high among other learners, the hackathons have allowed me to identify my shortcomings. Since then, I have continued to sharpen my algorithms and coding skills. I am incredibly thankful for this Program, and one of the most important points I want to highlight is the excellent support from the program managers. The practical support helped me and other learners overcome many difficulties throughout this journey.
My determination to become a professional developer in the tech industry has only grown stronger through this course. The foundational knowledge I've gained here will be the bedrock on which I'll continue to build my skill set.
