I had a genuinely fruitful learning experience with Great Learning. The AI and ML course was quite practical, several case studies were included, which gave a lot of practical relevance. The videos were well designed, small and easy to understand. Loved the fact that almost all the experts in the videos were PhDs, and could simplify complex concepts with excellent metaphors/examples. The weekly mentor sessions were great and gave a lot of practical insights from the industry. Loved the overall design of the curriculum and the LMS, it was self paced without being unstructured and flippant. I began the course with some apprehension, since this was a code heavy and math topic, and was not sure how it would be delivered online but it turned our very well. A major highlight of the course was the exceptional program management, Surya - Program manager provides invaluable support through out the course and very flexible understanding & scheduling the program for working professionals. The curriculum was well-organized and structured. The recorded content was detailed, clear, and came with useful examples and additional reference materials. Weekly live classes every weekend provided a great platform to clarify doubts directly with mentors and professors, who were always knowledgeable, patient, and quick to address any questions.

Thus far, I’ve had positive experiences learning tools like RapidMinor and KNIME, as well as techniques for building ML models in various scenarios. The course structure is well-suited to my learning style, consisting of pre-recorded video sessions that can be completed at my own pace throughout the week, along with a two-hour mentored learning session and a two-hour hands-on session on the weekend. The pre-recorded videos, delivered by esteemed professors from MIT, effectively convey the core concepts and theory behind the weekly topics. These videos are concise and clear, making them easy to follow, especially for someone with a background in mathematics. The mentored learning session addresses any questions that arise from the video content, while the hands-on session allows for deeper exploration of the tools used in modeling and problem-solving. This blend of self-paced learning and interactive support is, to me, an efficient way of mastering AI/ML using the NO Code approach. This is a very complete program on Data Science. My initial knowledge was very basic and now I am confident on my foundational skills. If you have the time, be prepared to spend 12 to 16 hours a week if you really want to complete all of the exercises and course material. The good thing is that you will still have access for 3 years after completing the program so you can go over any topics you might need to reinforce. Teachers are marvelous and mentors are very helpful and knowledgeable. My program manager was always very understanding and supportive, and he helped me with different situations that came up.

The approach is unique and very effective for all types of learners. There is plenty of optional materials to help better your understanding or practice any of the topics covered at your own pace and are all well done as well. I can't thank the Great Learning team, my program manager, the MIT Professors, and my weekend mentor enough for all the work they put in to delivering an incredible course. The PGP-AIML program has been a great experience! It can be fast-paced and intense at points, but it provides great learning opportunities through numerous case studies and projects. The professors are knowledgeable and provide great insight into real world applications of the learning material. I began with minimal coding experience, yet the course allowed me to learn the foundations of Python necessary for me to keep up with the core learning material. This is a course where you get out what you put in. There is plenty of additional learning material for one interested in diving deeper into the subjects. The Postgraduate Program in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning was an excellent learning experience that I would highly recommend to others.
-The program did not skimp on the curriculum or the mathematical fundamentals. I walked away from the program with a firm understanding of the mathematics and concepts underlying AI/ML. As a result, I would rate this program as fairly challenging.
-The program’s instructors did an excellent job breaking out highly challenging and/or abstract concepts and topics. The program’s instructors did offered the right mix of self-directed learning, student support/guidance, and instructor-directed learning and case studies.
-Each module ended with a hands on project applying AI/ML techniques to real world problems. These projects were very time consuming and challenging, but well worth it. -
