I'm currently completing the MIT No-Code AI and Machine Learning program through Great Learning, and so far the experience has been outstanding. The course provides a solid foundation in AI and machine learning, even for those who don’t come from a coding background.
What I’ve appreciated most is the focus on the mathematical and statistical concepts behind the models. Even though it's a no-code course, understanding the theory is critical and this program explains it clearly and thoroughly, with just the right amount of detail.
The support from the Great Learning team has been exceptional. A special thanks to my Program Manager, Twinkle, who has been incredibly helpful from the very start, whether it was navigating the learning platform, setting up the necessary software, or answering questions along the way. Everything has been organized, timely, and smooth.
I'm looking forward to completing the course soon, and I already feel much more confident in applying learnings in a business context.

The No Code AI and Machine Learning program offered at GreatLearning.com has far surpassed my expectations. I have always wanted to learn about AI, but did not have time to learn coding at the proper level. I wanted to take a course that could turn my interests into something meaningful, and I could apply what I learned from this program in my professional environment.
Like I mentioned before, this program’s curriculum has a systematic approach that begins with the theoretical aspects, and it goes through various practical applications in a stepwise manner. It covers the important aspects of AI and Machine Learning and ensures that learners of all levels can gradually build their skills. With a balance between theory and practice, the coursework was both enjoyable and valuable.
I was able to focus on what is really important in AI, including the concepts and models at its core. I was free to learn and apply AI through the no-code platforms introduced as part of the course.
The mentors and instructors possess great overall knowledge and excellent skills. Their insightful explanations of complicated ideas and prompt constructive feedback bolstered my learning. As for the support team, they were equally diligent in responding to questions and facilitating a seamless journey throughout the program.
I am already able to confidently use AI and ML techniques to solve business problems at work. It is more than just a course; it is an accelerator.

The AI/ML program offered strong foundational content with well-structured and engaging material. The concepts were clearly explained, and the supporting resources were effective in reinforcing learning.
The mentors, especially Aditya Maheshwari, were great in leading the classes and explaining the topics thoroughly. Their guidance helped make complex ideas more approachable. The project coordinator, Simran, and Arshia also did a commendable job managing any hiccups during the course and were quick to assist with technical issues.
That said, the program felt a bit fast-paced at times. Slowing down the delivery slightly would give learners more time to absorb and reflect on the material.
Lastly, the final two modules, Model Deployment and Computer Vision, did not feel as well aligned with the rest of the curriculum. Replacing them with additional ML coursework could better support the continuity and depth of learning.

I finished the MIT Professional Education Applied Data Science Program: Leveraging AI for Effective Decision-Making. I started with a STEM and coding background, but the course is also designed for individuals with basic math knowledge. The team provides pre-course material that helps you catch up before you start.
Before starting the course, I had some ML knowledge from other scattered courses and from applying it to some of my projects. This program is well-designed and structured, and helps put everything into place. I loved that it was comprehensive and covered topics from basic exploratory analysis, network analysis, ML, DL, and recommendation systems. It even touched upon Transformers, which I am now applying to one of my projects.
What I found particularly helpful were the tutorials and the hands-on projects. In this program, you need to study and learn by doing. It can be challenging at times, especially if you have a full-time job and a family. But working on the projects was rewarding, and the team is ready to help in case you need more time.
Finally, the MIT professors were extremely knowledgeable, clear when explaining complex topics, and kind in answering all the students' questions. The program manager and mentors were supportive and understanding. I highly recommend this program.Customer Support of Great Learning

Extremely disappointed with the overall experience at Great Learning, especially around their "Refer and Earn" program. They heavily promote this initiative, but in reality, once you refer someone and they enroll, you're left chasing them endlessly for the referral benefits. Despite several follow-ups via email and messages, there has been no proper response or resolution — not even basic courtesy to acknowledge communication.Ironically, during the enrollment process, they will call you even at midnight with urgency, pushing you to enroll to avail limited-time offers. But once the payment is made, their support and accountability completely vanish. This is not how a professional or corporate culture is supposed to function. The process is opaque, frustrating, and borderline exploitative when it comes to honoring referral commitments.I feel compelled to share this experience so that others don’t fall into the same cycle of mental exhaustion and wasted time. The program emphasizes practical projects, including full-code assignments and real-world case studies. Students praise the mentorship, peer collaboration, and program management. Even those juggling work and family found the structure manageable with weekend dedication. It’s a 12-week program that demands consistent effort. If you’re balancing a full-time job teaching at a higher education institution and parenting (like me), it can be a real stretch on your schedule. I feel like…I did it! I managed all, and I feel good about this. Very time-consuming, but what you can learn compensates for it. I am the vice coordinator of a Master's degree in Data Science for Social Sciences, and I just wanted to learn more to help my students. I did not want to be a data scientist, but I hear all the time that this course opens lots of doors. Yours can be the next!

Their willingness to clarify doubts and provide insightful suggestions for further learning significantly enriched the experience. The mentors review sessions also offered unparalleled guidance and reinforcement.
The course masterfully covered a wide array of topics, demonstrating how machine learning and deep learning can be applied to solve real-world business challenges. I just completed the Applied Data Science Program: Leveraging AI for Effective Decision Making conducted by the MIT Professional Education in collaboration with Great Learning. Right at the onset I would like ro say that the Program was very well paced, structured and managed by Great Learning. The MIT Professors were, well, brilliant.The Program has a preparatory period with instructional videos and live sessions led by industry professionals to help learners get familiarized with Python and concepts in Statistics and Probability. I had decided that I would do the full code version, meaning that I would use Python to complete all projects and assignments. Initially, I was apprehensive due to my lack of experience with the language, but the preparatory period helped alleviate these concerns.The Program is well structured into different modules covering various aspects of Data Science, Statistics, Machine Learning, Neural Networks, Deep Learning and Recommendation Systems.The weekday live sessions with the MIT professors covered various topics, and these topics were reinforced with practical case studies in the weekend sessions with the mentor.The learners are divided into groups and each group has a mentor. I particularly enjoyed these sessions with the mentor.Another highlight of the Program was the Capstone project which helped me delve deeper and consolidate my understanding of the Convolution Neural Networks.I would highly recommend this program to anyone eager to explore Data Science and AI. It provides a strong foundational understanding, making it suitable for both developers and decision-making managers. As a developer, I found it particularly insightful.

I recently completed the post-graduate certificate program offered by UT Austin via Great Learning. I started the program with a lot of enthusiasm, but very little knowledge regarding AI and Machine Learning. Program was structured very well, starting at a manageable pace with the basic concepts including basics of Python programming that are necessary for learning Machine Learning. As we went through different modules, the complexity and the workload were manageable. With completion of each module, I felt I was learning new skills that had direct relevance to practical applications. Additional learning material was very helpful when I wanted to go in more depth with certain topics. All in all, by the end of the program I definitely feel confident in my skills and feel like I have grown from novice to someone with practical skills in Machine Learning with utility in real world applications.
