    Be careful.

Signed up for the full time class. Had a life event that prevented me from being there. They would not switch me to a part time class or to a due start date. They instead say you have a year from the course end date. You don’t get a graduation certificate or job assistance, just will grade your stuff. Now I had surgery and then a medical emergency and asked if I could just cancel everything to get a partial refund so I can help pay for medical bills since I am out of work and they said n...

We appreciate your feedback. We regret your experience did not meet your expectations. Throughout the boot camp, we do our best to work with our learners and provide necessary assistance or accommodations to help learners succeed in the program.

Our refund policy is noted in our enrollment agreement, stating that refunds are not possible after the drop period ends, and we strive to be communicative and transparent about this policy throughout every step of the admissions process to ensure that learners reservering a seat feel confident in their decision to enroll. This is important since that seat will not be available to any other participant that may be interested in the program during a specific time frame. However, we understand that you were dissatisfied with this procedure and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused.

Learners who successfully complete the boot camp do receive a Certificate of Completion from Georgia Tech Professional Education as well as access to a dedicated career services team for professional development assistance. While we want all of our learners to stay with us for the entire duration of the program, if a learner chooses to no longer actively participate in the course, they become ineligible to receive the Certificate of Completion or career services.

We sincerely care about all our learners and always want them to feel valued, supported, and happy with their experience in our programs. If you would like, please give us a call at (404) 369-3107 so that we can further address your concerns.

    Not worth my investment

I took this bootcamp in hoping to Full Stack Developer. No one in the industry takes this certificate seriously if you don't have experience. While GTech people market this as -if you do bootcamp, it is simiar to 1-3 experience. It's not true at all. Recruiters only hire you if you do have relevant experience. Hence many people I know from this cohort are jobless even after 5 months of completing it. Instructor always seem unprepared. He always tried to be nice to people and joke around so...

Thank you for your feedback. From your review, we understand the program did not live up to your expectations.

We vet our instructors carefully, hiring practitioners with a minimum of three years of experience in the field in lieu of traditional professors in order to simulate real-life working environments. Throughout our courses, we analyze both their performance and levels of engagement in the classroom, providing feedback to help them further develop their teaching skills. Our instructors work to facilitate a productive and collaborative environment for all participants throughout the entirety of the course, but we understand that instructors and learners are not always a perfect match. We sincerely regret that you felt your instructor did not provide satisfactory support.

While we work hard to prepare participants to step out into the job market, we do not secure direct employment. Our career services help learners become employer competitive through a variety of resources and tools, optional weekly workshops focused on behavioral interviewing and other career topics, as well as 1:1 coaching with a dedicated Career Director.

We sincerely care about all our learners and would welcome the opportunity to further discuss how else we can support you at this time and help meet your expectations. If you would like, please reach out to us directly at (404) 369-3107.

    Excellent Curriculum!

I was really pleased with the curriculum while attending this boot camp. This program is perfect for a novice in Web Development to learn the skills required to be a good developer. I was impressed by the quality of education provided by this bootcamp, kudos to the instructors and TAs ! I wish that the pace can be reduced to allow students more time to master a topic before moving to another but I understand the nature of bootcamps, they are supposed to be rigorous for a short period of ti...

    Flex Full Stack Web Development

This coure took me for almost no experience with web development to landing me a job two weeks before the course was over. I have since moved on to a better job at a larger company but I would not have been able to do this without the bootcamp. I came into the program with a little bit of self touch knowledge on HTML, CSS, and a tiny bit of JavaScript. I had a little bit of knowledge but was unable to do anything with it. Upon completion of the course I was able to create fully functional ...

    good course bad career services

While I enjoyed the experience of the full time bootcamp I wish I went through the 6 month bootcamp to better absorb the information with more time as there were times in class that the instructors couldn't even take questions because we were speeding throught the lesson so fast.  I also was dissapointed with the career services as the were little help I thought with just a monthly phone call with no job leads to provide us with that was partly due to the fact that the person who had been ...

Hi Mike, thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed your boot camp experience, and we congratulate you for all of your hard work! Like you mentioned, Georgia Tech Professional Education has partnered with Trilogy Education Services (TES) to offer the Georgia Tech Boot Camps. TES is a leading workforce accelerator in the United States and works hand in hand with more than 40 top universities to expand access to skills-based education for working adults. Georgia Tech is deeply involved in the curriculum, instructor selection, and outcomes of each of our classes, and routinely meet in conjunction with TES to monitor participant experiences and performances. Both Georgia Tech and TES are completely committed to transforming learners' lives.

We understand our programs are intensive and fast-paced. As you noted, our part-time course offers a longer time period to absorb the curriculum and is a great alternative for those individuals who are managing multiple priorities outside of class.

It sounds like the change in career services leadership during your cohort impacted your journey. We truly appreciate the insight you've shared. Our professional development services are built on the principle of empowerment, and while we strive to make it clear that we do not secure direct employment for our learners, we are frequently looking to improve our career planning assistance. Your learning experience does not end upon completing the program; we look forward to providing continued career services support during the initial stages of your job pursuit as you work 1:1 with your career director. We would love to speak to you personally to see if there is anything else we can do to reinforce your employment search. If you would like, please reach out to us at (404) 369-3107. We wish you all the best as you go forward!

    Great course and amazing experience

I decided to make a career change and was searching for a coding bootcamp, I came across GA tech's program since Ive heard a lot about them, and I must say I couldnt be happier!

Be prepared for hard work and a fast paced environment. The first two weeks I was in shock, but the amazing instroctor NEVER let me quit and never gave up on me, as well as the TA's. Also, the student success manager always was there to help or answer any questions that I had.
