Before doing Frontend Simplified I never thought that I would be able to code and coding always felt overcomplicated to me. Frontend simplified gave me the opportunity to get started in tech and be able to learn all the components that it takes to do frontend development. The course is really especially good for beginners and helps you to really be able to understand HTML, CSS and JS and more. When I first started this course I never thought I would be able to code a functioning website but here I am now able to properly code functioning websites. There is so much support at any time you want wherever you are across the world. The course really helps you to be able to build a strong portfolio and job ready. If you are interested in getting started in Frontend development Frontend Simplified should be your number 1 choice. I don’t think I would have been able to make this career switch without Frontend Simplified. -

Frontend Simplified is an amazing program. I am blown away by David's knowledge, story, and ability to distill years of coding experience into digestible lessons a beginner can understand. FES teaches you everything you need to know without any of the confusion or fluff that keeps you spinning for years. Most importantly, the mentors are available 24/7 to support you, and they are all warm, encouraging, and patient. I was initially a bit apprehensive because the course is very self-guided, and sometimes interactions with other instructors felt more like AI responses, which affected my trust. However, Kat at Front End Simplified completely changed that for me. She went out of her way to hop on a video call and help me work through an issue I was stuck on. She was patient, clear, and genuinely invested in making sure I understood the material. After talking with Kat, I feel much more confident and supported in the program. Also, instructors like Khosro and Victor are very knowledgeable, quick with responses, and supportive. I must state that I have never used VS Code before this course, so I would just say beginners should keep in mind how self-guided it is. -

As someone with very little coding experience, I was skeptical about being able to complete this course. However, in a matter of weeks, I have learned more than I ever thought was possible. The lessons are approachable, as they are divided into short, easily digestible segments, and they are comprehensible even for the most novice of coders. Additionally, there is practice built into each and every lesson, so you can be confident that you are actually able to apply the concepts and skills you are learning. Although, what really sets FES apart from other courses and makes it worth the investment, in my opinion, is the support you receive from your mentors. Someone is available to answer your questions at any time of day, no matter what time zone you're in, within minutes! Not only that, but they are super kind and encouraging as well. I am excited to continue building my portfolio and start applying for developer jobs with the guidance and support of my mentorship team. So far my time with Frontend Simplified has been excellent. From the 1-to-1 training with the mentors to the live sessions, there are so many opportunities to learn from in such a direct, intimate manner that is not achieved through the standard classroom experience. Additionally, the actual learning modules are in a very simple format, that has the teacher present the material in a very direct, to-the-point manner that is very easy to understand. I began this bootcamp as a beginner, knowing very basic Python that was taught to me through university. From only 4 modules in this course, I have learned so much about frontend development also because the modules provide real-world scenarios in which the material is used so you never feel like the material you are learning is fluff or useless. So far I am very thankful for my time in Frontend Simplified so far and I really appreciate the effort that was put into the modules for making the material feel so transparent and easy to learn as well as being able to ask real software engineers any questions to better prepare myself. I have learned so much from this course and I plan to finish strong! -

Disclaimer: I took waaay longer than most students because of my former situation. With very little time due to 2 jobs, mortgage, 2 kids, 4 pets, and other extracurriculars, I spent about 30minutes to an hour a day to learn from their courses.... but I was consistent. Everyday.
Because of their superior program and insane support (mentors are on 24/7 even on Holidays and they are responsive), I was eventually able to accrue a budding clientele and land a job as well!
I remember during Christmas, midnight... after the parties were done and the kids were asleep, I found time to code on a complicated project and got stuck. Reached out to the mentors thinking, ah, they'll probably answer me in a few hours, it's the Holidays... Nope, a few minutes later, they helped me with a solution and that allowed me to finish my project which I used for my portfolio! Wonderful Christmas gift.
Program worked for me and my time was pretty much non-existent. It'll work for you if you think you don't have time. It will REALLY work for you if you do. Just put in the work.

My experience at Frontend Simplified has been very positive. I am a single mom of 2 girls and work part time and this bootcamp fit into my life seamlessly. I was able to work at my own pace and go back and review the materials as needed. There was 24/7 support from mentors when I got stuck with any problems but I was expected to work through the issues and think it through. Everyone was very kind and helpful and I hope to find a job very soon and provide a stable future for my children! -

Intense because when you start from scratch, you’re truly learning—guided by structured videos but forced to think and build on your own. It pushes you fast, and it’s uncomfortable in the best way. Transformational because I went from knowing absolutely nothing to being able to build a full website, frontend and backend. That shift didn’t feel gradual—it felt like a switch flipped. Addictive because once you see what you can create, you don’t want to stop. Now I actually crave learning new tools and building more beautiful, more advanced websites. -

From the very beginning of the program I was well supported to understand frontend coding. There are multiple ways to obtain answers such as an AI tutor. The instructors review your projects to make sure you are understanding the programs and what it's like to do day to day coding on the job. There are lots of projects in order to get a good amount of practice. As well as, a detailed prep for obtaining a job in coding. It seemed that one of my projects was approved, but later was not showing up on the instructors side to open up the next set of projects. Overall, the program gave me a highly supportive team in this learning process. -

I have been with FrontEnd Simplified for over a year now and I can confidently say I have grown so much throughout the program. My overall experience with FES has been pretty good. The biggest aspect of this bootcamp that I like is that there's always a support team there for you. The videos are mostly easy to follow along and code with but may be difficult for brand new beginners. There is also a lot of extra resources they provide and opportunities to join hands on in the community. I'm satisfied with the classes and the knowledge you gain from these courses. -

For me, Frontend Simplified has been a game-changer. Before I started, I had no experience outside of one hw assignment my mom had, and job hunting was...unsuccessful to put it lightly. That's when she suggested I should do coding, and then a Youtube video ad played advertising FES, and here I am now. While I still haven't gotten to job interviews, I am getting very comfortable with FES as a whole. It may be intimidating at first, and the modules are a little overwhelming. To the point where it can take you longer than expected. But the good trade-off with that is you have a patient support team that's always there to help you with any errors or questions you may have. Always figuring stuff out is very satisfying to me, even if it takes you a bit to remember. I also appreciate that they tell you the best practices, as well as give you hands-on experience for what you'll expect going into a career. That way, you're not blindsided. Updating information has also helped with that as well. It's still a bit scary, but it is still an experience that anyone should consider if they're having trouble in their own career paths! -

I've completed most of this course and graduated, and I still have some extra materials ahead of me. I don't come from a tech background, but I was looking to get into an industry that'd allow me to work remotely and learn a high income skill. Frontend Simplified seems to be that gateway, at least for me. There's a lot to learn and you get a lot of help learning here, and you get round-the-clock support from the instructor/mentor team.
There have been some inconveniences along the way, such as multiple instances of the website (where your learning material resides) being down, and sometimes, I didn't feel like certain concepts were explained very clearly and I had to go my own extra mile to figure things out, but that's also part of the growth journey – doing things on your own.
You get pointed in the right direction for some great resources for practice and learning, and you get taught the setup for projects very well. There's a lot of applicable and practical things you learn as well that'll help you in the real world and in your tech journey. I've done some free material learning for frontend development and the material I come across out there seems very broad and not very precise. It feels overwhelming, and like it's too much to learn all at once. But Frontend Simplified is precise in what they teach you and they go deep, and they cut out the fluff, and I appreciate that greatly. -

FrontEnd Simplified is a great way to learn frontend development fast. I love that it's all at my own pace, I can pause and rewatch videos when I need to, and I can take the time that I need on my projects. I appreciate they have mentors for support 24/7 and quickly respond if and when I get stuck on take home projects. Sometimes it is daunting to have to do work all on my own, but there was a section they paired us up with a buddy in the course who was on the same project as us, and me and my partner have stayed in touch asking questions throughout the course. Sometimes it's easier to ask other students for help than mentors but the mentors have been patient and have talked me through all of the questions I have had so far. -

This bootcamp I find very over my expectations. Whenever a question arises, they will have mentors for you to ask away whatever you are dwelling on. I honestly can't recommend Frontend Simplified enough if you're serious about getting into web development. I became extremely confident in my skills with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript very quickly, and I'm sure I will also do the same when I start learning React. The way the curriculum is structured just makes sense; it's a clear, step-by-step path that never left me feeling overwhelmed. The best part was building actual projects that I could put in my portfolio, which made a huge difference when I started job hunting. The mentorship is also amazing, no question is left unanswered and they encourage me to push passed my boundaries wherever possible. I still have not gotten to the career path portion of the class, but it seems great as well. -

I joined Frontend Simplified back in May 2025 after trying to learn coding in many different ways in the past. I've taken a good number of coding classes at university, and I've tried other online programs such as Coddy and some other non-mentorship course-based programs. But I always felt overwhelmed by the sheer number of languages to learn, and I always felt like I was behind because I didn't really have a clear roadmap to getting where I wanted to be. Frontend Simplified was exactly what I needed to both bring up my confidence and my skillset - and I needed both. Their attitude toward coding changed how I view coding and made it possible for me to pursue it. I think part of the reason why coding never stuck with me was because I never settled into the right mindset of consistency and "getting better at something daily that I might not be good at right now." I think this program truly accelerates your progress. If you don't want to waste time "sort of" learning something for years, and you want to get right down to everything you need to succeed and work toward the goal of becoming a frontend developer, this bootcamp does exactly that. You still have to work hard - coding is about solving problems and challenges, after all - but you have a great system plus guidance along the way. -

I also enjoyed the fact that I was able to gain real world experience through a virtual internship. The staff was available 24/7 as well in case I didnt understand a certain concept. I've been in FES for 2 months now and I have learned quite a bit. They revamped the first module covering HTML and CSS and the new videos are awesome. I hope these get implemented into the rest of the course. Some of the videos are 4-5+ years old, so there are sections where the narrator will cut into the video and go over the update. While it's good that they are editing these so we don't get completely lost, I think they should recreate some of these walkthroughs. David goes really fast through some parts of the videos and it's hard to understand what he's doing sometimes. Especially during the JavaScript courses - one in particular was going over promises. David had a few good suggestions of YouTube videos to watch that cover promises. But when I'm paying over $10k for tuition, the videos should made to more understandable and I shouldn't have to go to YouTube. The JS promises video is chaotically hard to understand: I went through it multiple times and never got easier. I am still new and just finally passed Module 4.1, so I still need time and practice. Overall I think FES is great, and there is 24 hour support which makes life a lot easier. It's still a new(ish) program so there are some kinks to work out. But what I would really love to see is the entire program looking like the new videos for module 1.
