After having difficulties in landing a graphic design job, I decided to switch over to coding through the Frontend Simplified Bootcamp. With David’s tutorial videos you learn that consistency is key! If you just initiate a video you’ll find that hours will just fly by as you lock in. For me, I’ve found that taking note and pausing videos while coding has been the most efficient way to retain everything learned. It gets overwhelming at times, but as learning goes just trust the process and most importantly, SHOW UP EVERY TIME. -

I have learned more in just a couple months at FES then the few coding courses included in my bachelors degree at a local university. This program provides a wonderful community, mentors, job assistance, any many more resources to anyone willing to put time and effort into learning coding. The mentors work 24/7 to ensure that you don't get stuck on anything. I personally found out about Frontend Simplified through an ad in social media.
At the time I had recently moved into the United States and have been trying to figure out my life and what would I want to do as a career, sort of a fresh start.
Signed up for the waitlist and couple of months later I got the call for an interview.
"We would like to offer you the opportunity to join our program!"
Throughout my life I've been constantly in contact with technology, through videogames, computers, and even working professionally in projects for autonomous driving vehicles for major brands.
I wanted to dive deeper into the tech side of things and create a career out of it, so I decided to join the program!
Having a degree in Graphic Design I've had some early contact with web coding, but nothing seemed to make sense at the time.
The program is a self paced learning program, and all the mentors are super relatable to your achievements and difficulties.
The program is built in a way that makes it very easy to understand the major coding concepts for frontend development such as HTML, CSS, JS and even React with a focus on preparing a good personal portfolio and for the real world side of it.
The mentors are available 24/7, knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help on our darkest difficulties. Would definitely recommend for anyone interested in improving or learn new coding skills.

While going through this course it has proven to be very fast-paced. So much so, that you may feel, as I have, that you are not capable of getting to the finish line.
But with the mentors that they have like:
Frank, Khosro, Kat, & Victor - getting that certificate at the end will seem more tangible than not.- These mentors have helped me countless times, at all times of the day and night, with problems big and small, in many ways than one, as well. They have gotten on Zoom calls with me, circled back to a question I may have had while they were teaching a class, or even sent voice memos, screenshots, and an immeasurable amount of chat messages back and forth for me to be able to understand something.
These mentors are fantastic - and while David (the main course guide is great, as well, witty and blunt, too, which I am a fan of) is the star of most of the lessons. The mentors are the backbone - unable to get through the course without their help.
So, grateful for all that they do. Can't thank them enough. -

This is by far the best place to learn developing. I had some lessons from my previous school, but the courses had HTML, CSS and JavaScript all combined in every lesson, which was very confusing for me to understand the codings. FES, however, so far they had an entire module on just HTML, and then a module on CSS and one on JavaScript. The way they have their curriculum makes it much easier to understand HTML and then CSS and so on.
Oh yea, the mentors that are available 24/7, are there for you to help guide you and support you as you go along.
Looking forward to finishing up and utilizing my new knowledge and skills.

I have enjoyed this experience to be able to learn certain details of code that I generally understood, and I enjoyed following along in the videos that are present. The experience feels very grounding when you can see the mentor is actively doing the demo and he's coding in real-time of the video, so we get to see some of his thoughts as he types as well as the flow of how he works. It gives a great showcase of what you'll eventually become and you get to see that mistakes happen and get to see the troubleshooting of these mistakes that may be common when moving so quickly. You also pickup a lot of shortcut tips as well that may speed up the productivity, if one cares to know shortcut keys. Bravo. -

I enrolled in Frontend Simplified coding bootcamp in the middle of December, even with the Holidays and a nagging cough and flu, I cannot believe how much of the material I have picked up on in less than 6 weeks.Each of lessons can be reviewed numerous times for better absorption. Frontend Simplified has been wonderful with 24/7 mentor support.I know I have probably tested their patience more than a few times and they do not hesitate to go the extra mile.Would highly recommend. -

FES is a great way to jump into the tech world. They offer an interactive course curriculum and mentor and peer support available 24/7. I just finished Project 2. Looking back to the beginning, I couldn't have got to this point without the support and encouragement of the mentors and peer connections. -

So far, the experience has been quite rigorous but enjoyable being someone transitioning from the Biology field to the tech field. Coding itself wasn't 100% new to me, I already had a little experience with Python and R coding languages, so that helped me understand some of the basic aspects of coding. I also really appreciate the Mentorship chat channel which basically provides help in under 5 minutes 24/7, its easy to get stuck trying to understand or fix code so having multiple mentors who can each help you is very useful. Not to mention the AI chat channel which is also very very useful for small tips and tricks. I would genuinely recommend this program to anyone feeling stagnant in their life, especially if they know how to use a computer. -

I have to say that Frontend Simplified is a great place to learn. I'm very much a "learn at your own pace" kind of person and the courses are very to-the-point yet informative enough that it promotes a great learning experience. The greatest aspect of this experience to me is the mentorship. Their mentors are right there with any help when you need it and always lending encouraging words to cheering you on at every turn. It's just a GREAT environment to learn and thrive in if you really have the drive to do the work! I'd recommend it to anyone aspiring to walking this path. -

The experience at Frontend Simplified has been great. Having a framework and step-by-step process has made learning Frontend development so much easier than other attempts I have had in the past of self-taught programs. The mentors are always available, extremely knowledgeable and respond within just a few minutes to help with any issue I have encountered. They will walk through step-by-step what the issue is, how to fix it, and why the error occurred. For more complex problems, I have had Zoom calls and personalized videos sent to help walk me through until I was completely satisfied with the results. I would highly recommend this bootcamp to anyone looking to learn frontend development. -

I have been working this bootcamp for a couple months now, and I'm loving it! It's fun to see the progress I'm making every step of the way. They have made the courses super simple and easy to follow along with, even if you have zero previous coding experience like myself. I have had a passion for web development for almost 20 years, even managed to get a degree in web development using the .NET framework. Despite my efforts, the curriculum didn't quite teach me what I needed in order to land a job of the same field... let alone allow me to develop projects independently. I couldn't quite grasp JavaScript and to make matters worse, my degree path was more so geared for backend development instead of frontend, which was discouraging.
FES, Frontend Simplified, has allow me to solve this problem by providing me with a practical approach to bridging the gap in knowledge that has plagued me for nearly two decades. Due to this, my pursuit towards my dream job, as well as my passion in doing so, have been reignited. I now have the drive to make my dream a reality, an ambition I thought had been lost to time. -

I learned a lot from this bootcamp. I never had any HTML nor CSS experience prior to FES, but I learned a lot, the projects can be frustrating, but it's very satisfying to see the payoffs. The mentors were extremely helpful, so if you are stuck on something, they can put you on the right track. Javascript was a breeze for me, because I have python and VBA experience, but also learned new things, such as how to connect it with HTML in order to make the sites function. They don't just teach, they make you do, and being hands on makes learning these skills very engaging. -

I've been a student of Frontend Simplified for a few months now, and it has been a fantastic experience, I've learned so much in very little time. The programming languages are taught in a very intuitive and practical way. The modular style in which the bootcamp is formatted is a great way to keep track of your progress. The shortform videos that are provided as part of each section of the modules allow for easy re-access in case you need a reminder on how something is done. And there is always a mentor available to help you at any time of day, and they will generally get back to you in a very timely manner. -

I started my FES Institute boot camp on 02 Dec 25. I'm almost 4 weeks and have completed module 4. I have some coding background, but this course has been a great refresher and learning new best practices. HTML, and CSS are relatively bot too difficult, JavaScript is taking a more concerted effort to learn, but with most things, practice makes perfect!
I've enjoyed the course material and overall projects. I get tot pause video tutorials and follow along at a self-paced tempo and learn the "why" behind the "how!" As of my current progression, I can say that this is a good boot camp. Looking forward to the paid Ai Internship and eventually finding a great job as a remote Front-end Developer! -

I'm a current student at FES and can honestly say I've learned so much during this course! All of the information is easy and clear to follow, the projects are all challenging but also fun, and my mentors are always available within minuets whenever I've run into a problem or just had questions. Don't get me wrong this course is a TON of work. Its going to be frustrating at times, but just put in the work. You'll get back what you put in! I recently started frontend simplified maybe like 2-3 weeks back now and honestly overall its super solid there isn't to much I can complain about mentors are always available to answer questions help solve a problem help you determine a problem etc.. and they are all very friendly haven't came across a single one who wasn't helpful or wasn't able to determine a problem or whatever was needed for a student to progress. even the lessons and modules itself and broken down nice and easy and best all of all not overloading and everything is at your own pace so u never have to worry about being behind or feeling left out AS LONG AS YOU DO THE WORK. there is also an an accountability partner program u can opt into if ur into that -

The course materials are conveniently laid out and it assumes that you have no prior knowledge or experience regarding the technologies they discuss. Coaches are available 24/7 so you can ask a question at any time of the day and they will get back to you pretty soon. It has a nice community and events tab that you can consult as well. Overall, they give you a lot of resources to ensure you succeed in the current tech market and land a role through their program. -
