I joined Dibimbing.id because I wanted to change my career to Human Resources. At first, I didn't know much about HR, so I wanted to learn from the basics and understand how HR works in a company. After joining for about 7 months I learned a lot. The mentors explained the materials clearly and also shared their real work experience so the classes were not only about theory. We also worked on many case studies, assignments, mini projects, and a final project. These activities helped me understand the job better. The Class Managers were also very helpful. Whenever I had questions they replied quickly and always tried to help. Even when the class schedule changed, they informed us clearly, so it wasn't a big problem. I also liked the career support especially the CV and LinkedIn review. The feedback was useful, and I could improve my profile before applying for jobs. Now I have finished the bootcamp and joined the job placement program. I hope I can get my first HR job soon😊 If I can give one suggestion, maybe the LMS can show our grades more clearly and it would be great to have more HR practice or interview simulations. Overall, I'm happy with this bootcamp. It gave me new knowledge, more confidence, and made me feel more ready to start my career in HR. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to learn HR from the beginning. -

Thank you dibimbing! -

Joining Dibimbing's Digital Marketing Bootcamp was one of the best decisions for my career switch from Hotel Management to digital marketing. The curriculum was comprehensive covering organic content, performance marketing, SEO, and CRM and what I appreciated most was the oral placement exam at the end, which pushed me to actually understand the concepts instead of just memorizing theory. The most valuable part was getting hands-on with a real campaign for a brand, through that, i can get a real work experience so it felt genuinely applicable to real work, not just a class assignment. The mentors were supportive too always gave practical, easy to understand the insights. Coming from a hospitality background made me a bit insecure at first, but this program helped me translate that client-facing skill set into a strength for marketing work. Highly recommend this for anyone pivoting into digital marketing who wants a real portfolio, not just a certificate. -

I come as a social science graduate and aspired to enroll in the Business Intelligence and data-related field with zero experience and knowledge about it. This Business Intelligence bootcamp taught me the fundamentals of statistics, SQL, analyzed general data, sales, and customer performance, and explored data visualization tools. I gained a lot of knowledge and built a portfolio from the tasks and case studies that were given by Dibimbing during the bootcamp period. Besides, the Talent Support team was fast in responding and helpful when I required guidance for applying for jobs whenever I needed it. They reviewed and gave feedback for my CV and LinkedIn profile, held a mock interview in Bahasa Indonesia and English, and arranged the schedule for 1-on-1 mentoring together with the mentor to prepare and face the user interview. Those experiences, including the feedback, help me to find out the area of improvement. -
