The course is good, the instructors are extremely nice, responsive and helpful, BUT the course is ALLLLLL over the place. examples are extremely confusing (seem totally misplaced or irrelevant) and include things you haven't even learned yet in the example code, which makes it way more confusing. I found there was no flow of content its here and there then going back then too far forward and its overall an extremely hard course due to this reason. 

I absolutely love altcademy! Not only is it affordable compared to other bootcamps, but the self-paced learning style allows me to fit coding into my busy schedule. The comprehensive curriculum is beginner-friendly and the mentors are incredibly responsive and helpful. Plus, the fact that it's 100% online and remote makes it even more convenient. Highly recommend altcademy for anyone looking to learn coding without breaking the bank!

This course has been an absolutely amazing experience so far. The curriculum is comprehensive and well-structured. The instructors are very knowledgeable. The interactive online platform makes learning engaging and enjoyable, with plenty of hands-on exercises and projects to reinforce the concepts learned. Altcademy is on the cutting edge of teaching people to code, moving forward this model will make all others obsolete. This program has surpassed all of my expectations. The curriculum is deep, yet straightforward and easy to understand. There are so many exercises and assignments to help solidify the concepts. The most enjoyable part is the support I am getting from my mentor, oftentimes helping me break through mind blocks that last for hours. This is an amazing program.

Overall, I am happy with my experience at Altcademy. There have been a few sections that have been difficult for me, but everyone was very helpful and supportive. Mentors are very knowledgeable, helped me get past my issues, and usually responded within a few hours of me asking for help. If you are not looking for something fancy, then this is a good place to start learning web development. They have recently launched an AI code debugger, it would have helped tremendously in my early days. I don't think any other bootcamps have this feature yet. So for this alone, it is a great differentiator.

The Full-stack program at Altcademy is a really good balance between theory and hands-on practice. It provides a solid foundation in web development, and leaves enough flexibility for you to design and build the kind of websites you want to build.I finished the program with a strong working knowledge of the RoR and React stack. After the program, I joined an internship program at a local company, where I gained a lot of hands-on experience working on the front-end and back-end of a production project. I got a lot out of this program, and I would definitely recommend it to other aspiring web developers. If you are looking for a program that will teach you all the ins and outs of web development, and provides mentorship, this is the right program for you.

Altcademy is a bootcamp that allows its students work remotely and, on their time, and pace. The material is quite comprehensive and challenging at the same time, but it is worth learning. There are a lot of assignments and projects that you can use to improve your skills as a programmer and as an overall thinker. I think this bootcamp is best for people that want a career change without having to make any significant changes to their life. The Full-stack program from Altcademy provides incredible value. Their mentorship is what sold me, and it didn't disappoint. There were many times when I would be stuck on a problem and ask for help, and my mentor would solve the problem quickly and provide me with detailed explanations. They went beyond just helping with coding, they also covered other topics such as job search, resume reviews, mock interviews. It was the full package, and I found their advice to be very helpful. The program is well balanced as they help you build a full picture of how frontend and backend work together. The materials they provided were in depth, easy to read, and provided a lot of practical examples and exercises. The assignments were hard, but not so hard that it would drive someone crazy. There was a lot of learning involved, but it is worth it.
