Springboard's Data Science bootcamp has a great curriculum and excellent community and mentorship support. This course is well structured and provides great materials for ML, statistics, Deep learning, python etc. I really enjoyed working on all the projects in this track as it helped me understand the concept really well. I will 100% recommend anybody looking to switch their career or upskill in Data science to join this track.

 The Springboard Data Science Career Track provides a thorough introduction to data science, covering foundational skills before moving into advanced topics. The curriculum includes programming in Python, SQL, and machine learning techniques, as well as mentorship with industry professionals. The course is self-paced, which is ideal for those balancing other commitments, and includes project-based learning, allowing students to build a professional portfolio. 

The Springboard program gave a great survey of the entire data science process before going into various topics. I gained a good handle on Python programming and SQL by the end. The projects were organized in tiers of difficulty which gave me the ability to complete them at any level. By far the greatest part of this program was my technical mentor. She had incredible industry knowledge  and guided me in my capstone projects so I didn't deliver work that was too simplistic or get lost in overcomplicated projects.The one thing I'd like to see in the future of the program is more time spent on the 'software engineering' side of data science. How do you deliver in the broader context  setting up models and product for commercial use within a company? I think this could be a differentiator in the future. I am very glad I chose the Springboard Data Science Track as my first introduction into Data Science.

I had a good experience with the curriculum content, which offers a variety of resource types and levels. There are also optional materials that enhance the learning experience. At times, the pace of the curriculum can feel a bit fast, especially if you're balancing work or studies, but there are options like pausing the course or getting a free extension after completing a certain percentage of the content. Overall, it was a positive experience, with the technical support and mentor calls being some of the most valuable aspects.

Whenever I encountered issues, the support team was responsive and helpful. However, sometimes the response times were longer than expected, which could be frustrating when working on time-sensitive projects. The program’s flexible schedule is a major plus for those who are working or have other commitments. Being able to learn at my own pace was crucial for me. However, this self-paced nature requires a high degree of self-discipline to stay on track.Springboard is an investment, but considering the quality of education, mentorship, and career support, I found it to be worth the price. There are also financing options available, which can make the cost more manageable. Overall, Springboard’s Data Science Career Track provides a well-rounded education with solid support systems in place. The hands-on projects, personalized mentorship, and dedicated career coaching make it a great choice for those serious about pivoting into a data science career. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in response times and mentorship consistency, the strengths of the program far outweigh the negatives. I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to break into the field of data science.

Pros: overall is fine. Cons:Would be better if NLP would be as an important topic, not optional. A had Vishal Ratra instructor  who took a coding mock test, in my opinion, he was not a professional, as he did not want to answer to his own question, when I asked him. I believe, if you ask a question, you need to answer and show how to solve it if a person whom you ask doesn't know the answer or needs some guidance to answer it.

The overall experience at Springboard Data Science Career Track is good, especially the curriculum content and the 1:1 mentor directions. The curriculum content difficulty ranges from easy to difficult and it is very good for practice and sharpen your skills, even for me who have already learned python and data science by myself for almost two years. About my mentor, for my questions, he always ask me to try my own ideas and see the result, not just tell me to do this or not do that blablabla. My mentor likes to ask me questions to deepen my understanding and then explain, which is helpful for my learning. The most important drawbacks of the camp is its career support, it doesnot provide any internship with the partner or any internal referal, especially for me who want to change the career focus.

I took the course and spent countless hours after trying to get a job and it did not help. I followed every detail and every recommendation they gave, and it was mostly a waste of my time. The mentors and career service staff will show up to your meeting 5-15 minutes later IF they show up, and will rush you providing no details. After my job search period, I reached back for the job guarantee, and when I provided all the info they asked for, they stopped responding to my emails for over a month. Extremely frustrating experience. Not worth the money

While most of the learning material is readily available online, like on YouTube or DataCamp, what set Springboard apart was its structured program and well-designed projects. Additionally, having a mentor who offered valuable guidance and support throughout the course made a significant difference in my learning journey
