The tutor showed excellent teaching skills. All concepts were appropriately covered with a predefined road map of the course. Interactive sessions helped everyone to clarify their doubts. The practice of breakout room discussion with different team members every time and homework assignments were enough to do self-analysis. Free practice tests provided by the knowledgeHut were one more helping hand to clear my CSM exam on the first attempt with 98%. -

I enrolled for A-CSPO certification 1 months befor scheduled time, paid certificate fees, a day before i received a email for training cancellation due to trainers personal problem. Since it was cancelled by them i requested them to refund the money, first of all they tried to push to select another date and time slot, when i disagree to select other date for training they said okay then you would get your refund after 2 month, which was unethical. They said they would send it to accounts and they would take another month to process your refund. i did follow up for 2 months to get refund but they just keep saying its in process and never processed my refund. I had to raise dispute with Bank and get this settled.
Moral: They need Agile training more than anyone else.
Knowlegehut People involved in all this mess was below:
1) Kiran Thakkar -Trainner
2) Chethan R
3)Anisha Gautam
4) Mehek Pahlazani
5)Dilip Kumar
And there was a lady who called me to assure for redund which i was not going to get ever, i dont have her name but i will update as soon as i found it

Have very good set of trainers and conducted in good location. Easily approachable trainer with great subject knowledge. Would recommend to others.I attended CSM (Certified Scrum Master) training session by Knowledgehut. The entire learning group had a mix of veterans from different industries and companies from TCS, CTS & GE etc which really helped us understand how Scrum works in different teams and how ideally things should be. The trainer did an excellent job of incorporating everyone’s experience and his knowledge to give us practical real life examples from businesses which we would not get in an online training session. All this knowledge is augmented by videos and excellent hands-on sessions with the people attending the session. -
