It was an amazing experience, I was able to attain a Certified Scrum Master certificate on the first attempt. It was a difficult exam but the training helped a lot in clearing it well with more than 90 percent. The trainer, Gaurav Sir, was so clear and on the point. He made the training so easy in a fun and interactive manner. Not only we enjoyed it but gain ample knowledge from this course. During the training, we were divided into various teams so that we can understand better about scrum artifacts. We did the whole training in 4 sprints and carried sprint retrospectives too after every sprint. It helped us to understand better and now we know how we can relate it to our personal experience and implement scrum and agile at our workplaceWe completed the course in 2 days with 8 hours of training on both days. It seemed long initially, but Gaurav Sir carried the training in an interactive manner so that we could hold track of time. This training is so beneficial for our future prospects and definitely, the learning will guide us throughout our professional life.

After ITIL Foundation and Scrum Master Certification(SCM), I am very happy and proud to say that I have achieved one more certification today i.e. Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from SCRUM ALLIANCE®. related to Product Management. Now Certified Scrum Product Owner®. Special thanks to Naveen Nanjundappa for the conducting 2 days sessions. He is a fantastic trainer! His ability to bring Scrum and Product Owner concepts to life through his drawings, process flow charts, grouping into teams for detailed discussion/key takeaways on each concept whether preparing Vision statement, Roadmap, Product Backlog, User Story, Sprint Review kept the course engaging and easy to learn with real time products example. Now I am more confident to tackle my responsibilities lined with the PO and help Business in achiveing Business Goals. The best and most engaging workshop I have ever attended. I look forward to taking more sessions related to Product Owner! I highly recommend attending his class.
