I took CSM certification from Knowledgehut in March. The certification classes were so interactive and knowledgeable. For not a minute during the two days of the workshop, I felt bored or if the class was meaningless. If I faced any issue, the support from the faculty and the tech team was pretty instant. The certification was so smooth that I again enrolled for CSPO certification with KnowledgeHut only. Thanks for holding out such interactive, valuable sessions. -

I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation for the CSPO certification program facilitated by upGrad though Jaya Srivastava Mam. The course structure was well-designed, comprehensive, and perfectly aligned with the needs of aspiring Product Owners. The curriculum not only covered the core principles of Scrum but also provided practical insights into the responsibilities and mindset of a successful Product Owner.Jaya Mam’s deep knowledge of Scrum principles and real-world product management examples made the learning experience incredibly valuable. Her teaching style was highly engaging, ensuring that even complex topics were broken down in a way that was easy to understand and apply. The practical exercises and case studies helped bridge the gap between theory and practice, allowing me to grasp key concepts that I can immediately implement in my role. Her guidance has not only enhanced my understanding of the Product Owner role but also inspired me to take a more strategic and customer-focused approach in product development. The online platform was easy to navigate, and the resources provided, including study materials, quizzes, and group discussions, enhanced the learning process significantly. I’m grateful to upGrad for their continued commitment to providing high-quality, industry-relevant education, and for creating an environment where learners can gain both theoretical knowledge and practical skills that are directly applicable in the workplace.Thank you, upGrad, for facilitating such an impactful certification program! -

I took the PMP training session by Dr. Subramanyam conducted by KnowledgeHut UpGrad and it was a great learning experience. We were taken and explained through the entire course, process via vis-a-vis session. The trainers were very sweet, kind hearted, punctual, friendly, skilled, highly knowledged and experienced in their field. Pleased to have this training done. One small expectation would be if they could also offer free PMP handbook, study materials also in the form of hardcopies, that would really be very great and nice of them, thank you :) -
