The last 6 months of Data Anlaytics Bootcamp has been the best learning experience in my life so far.  Although I come from an IT background, the instructors taught everything so very clearly from scratch. The weekly assignments kept me practising what I've learnt that week, which also helped to progress very well throughout the course. I am amazed how skilled and confident I have become, working with data, analysing and approaching unknown territories, with confidence that I can find my way, with the solid base I have got from this course. I wanted to stimulate by brain in a field of study using computers (< $50G and had 3-6 months to dedicate to it), the UWA Data Analytics Bootcamp appealed to me.
This course is led by exceptional online teachers, who know data analytics through their work experiences and can promptly answer and help solve questions. The support with tutors and 24 hour online assistance is also a very high standard. Zoom lessons are clear to follow, with a pdf presentation of content, demonstration of code and then a student activity to practise what was presented. I am becoming proficient at using Excel, Python, JavaScript, Tableau and so much more.
My favourite aspect is the opportunity to demonstrate what I have learnt with the weekly challenges and seeing the score I have achieved and the feedback markers provide.
