The program equips aspiring BDRs and SDRs with the knowledge, skills, and mindset needed to pursue real opportunities in tech sales. But what stood out most to me was how hands on and personal the experience was.Shout out to Shelton Banks for creating this platform and to my instructor, Jason Canady, for being incredibly present throughout the program. Even with multiple people in the cohort, they made the effort to build real relationships, provide one on one guidance, and make sure no one felt like they were just another name on a Zoom call. And the fact that this program is free is honestly insane. The level of practical, go to market focused knowledge, support, and mentorship we received is the type of value people would normally pay THOUSANDS $$$ for.Somebody has to start charging for this eventually because this type of game should not be free 😂Seriously though, I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and excited to apply everything I learned as I continue my journey into tech sales. If you're looking to break into a BDR or SDR role, Re:Work Training is definitely a community worth knowing about.Thank you, Shelton, Jason, and everyone in Cohort 56!Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job support5.0Instructors5.0 -

From the beginning, re:WORK has been a vessel in helping me discover my true identity. Whether it was building relationships with the staff when the organization was still led by just the founder, connecting with fellow candidates, or gaining exposure to companies, re:WORK taught me that authenticity is your brand—and that brand must be nurtured with a growth mindset.Over the years, re:WORK has supported me through job placement, self-discovery, and even personal hardships. I am proud to be part of this community and extremely grateful that the door continues to remain open for alumni. Thank you, re:WORK Training, for providing the tools, support, and community needed to get the work done. #GTWOverall5.0Curriculum5.0Job support5.0Instructors5.0 -

I did not previously have an affinity toward tech sales; however, my interest was piqued when a friend enrolled in a previous cohort said it would provide a competitive edge to my job search, possibly placing me in a role upon completion. Even if I leave this program with no interest in a BDR role, the tools I have gained for making my skills marketable across industries and increasing my overall hiring potential have made it truly valuable. Not to mention, the instructors really care that you "walk away with something". With that said, I think the cohort is well worth the investment — it will reciprocate the energy you put into it. Enroll if you want to gain knowledge that will elevate your job search above the rest.Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job support5.0Instructors5.0 -

I had been flirting with the idea of getting into tech, but honestly didn’t know how to break into the field. A lot of programs wanted major upfront payments, and as a freelance professional, I pay attention to every penny I earn. What I appreciated most about re:Work was the no-cost opportunity to learn real, transferable skills. Yes, we’re learning how to become BDRs, but the training goes far beyond sales. The communication, networking, confidence-building, and professional development skills apply to almost any career path or job search.I’m truly grateful to Shelton Banks and Jason Canady for the level of care, honesty, and knowledge they bring to the program. They’re not simply teaching people how to land jobs. They’re helping people become stronger professionals moving forward.Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job support5.0Instructors5.0 -

The level of value they provide is incredible. I’ve paid for sales training in the past that didn’t come close to what I received here—this is truly top-tier.
What stood out most was the way they transform the job search into a sales process. That shift in perspective is powerful, and honestly something I never would have thought of on my own. The skills and frameworks I learned are things I will use for the rest of my life.
After updating my LinkedIn profile and following the re:Work GTM framework, I was actually contacted by a foreign company expanding into the U.S. market—and I’ve now accepted a position as part of their founding team.
I’m confident that opportunity would not have happened without re:Work.
I can’t recommend them enough to anyone looking to break into tech sales or level up their approach. If you’re serious about “getting this work,” re:Work will absolutely give you the tools to make it happen.
