Maestro
Maestro offers a 7-week intensive Product Management bootcamp offered on campus in Paris, France and online. From discovery to delivery and alignment, Maestro's pedagogy is entirely focused on practice with daily case studies based on real world problems. Maestro’s program is co-designed with experts like lead product designers, lead software engineers, public speaking coaches, heads of product, and startups, such as Openclassrooms and Blablacar. Maestro's training provides students with all the soft skills and hard skills, career coaching and portfolio creation necessary to find and excel in their next Product Manager job.
The first five weeks of the Product Management bootcamp are 80% practical learning and 20% theory. Maestro students will build a real-world web or mobile app that has users and generates revenue. The final two weeks are devoted to group development of a product from scratch that can be used in students’ portfolios. The Product Management bootcamp will culminate with a demo day during which students will pitch their product to a panel of judges.
All applicants are welcome to apply, including students, those seeking professional retraining, or those already employed as a junior product manager, product owner, designer, developer, or user researcher. Maestro students must complete approximately 10 hours of prework prior to the start of the Product Management bootcamp.
Maestro bootcamp students receive personalized career coaching and opportunities to learn from more than 30 industry professionals who will speak on various topics. Maestro mentors will help students establish their job search strategy and improve their CV, LinkedIn profile, and cover letter. Maestro trains Product Managers, Product Owners, Product Designers, Product Marketing Managers, Product Operation Managers, and more broadly ambitious talents for the tech ecosystem.
Maestro Product Management bootcamp is certified by OPCAs, so students may utilize the Pôle Emploi for financing. Funding may be available through employer programs. Payment may also be spread across four installments.

Excellente formation
Excellente formation ! Clairement au dessus de mes attentes ;) Des intervenants d’un grand niveau ( Senior PM, VP product,etc.) venants de grandes startups (Qonto, blablacar, Payfit, etc.). Toute l’équipe est d’une extrême bienveillance et de très bons conseils, sans oublier que j’ai développé un super réseau PM.

Apprendre à gérer un produit de la discovery à la delivery en 7 semaines
J’ai énormément apprécié me former avec Maestro. La courbe d’apprentissage est suffisamment bien pensée pour que même lorsque les notions peuvent sembler floues en arrivant, tout devienne très clair en sortant. Le projet final en groupe sur deux semaines nous a permis de nous mettre dans la peau d’un PM Payfit et de mobiliser les compétences acquises tout au long de la formation. Je me sens désormais à l’aise pour décrocher un poste de Product Manager et ...J’ai énormément apprécié me former avec Maestro. Best Product Management Bootcamp in France
Un bootcamp vraiment au top, les gros plus viennent des intervenants qui sont vraiment extraordinaires et surtout tous en poste dans les meilleurs Sacle-up française, plus d’une vingtaine d’étude de cas en exercices et une en situation réelle qui dure 2 semaines.

Powerful training in product management
For me Maestro had been a real immersion in the product culture. Professionals speeches are captivating. Small group is a perfect model to get a privileged and closed contact with the speakers. Maestro m'a permis de rencontrer chaque jour des intervenants de qualité issus de grandes boîtes tech françaises, qui ont proposé une immersion dans leur environnement Product : un peu de théorie, mais surtout de la pratique grâce à des études de cas réels d'entreprises.

I was very excited to get into this bootcamp and now I am excited for the next students. Be ready to learn and be challenged. Le bootcamp a duré 7 semaines, les intervenants étaient tous incroyables ! J'ai été vraiment impressionné par la qualité des cours et par le suivi sur les projets de groupe et la recherche d'emploi.
Nous avons appris tellement de choses; voici une petite liste de ce que j'ai pu y apprendre :- créer une roadmap,
- gérer un backlog,
- prioriser mes tâches (méthode KANO, RICE, ICE, MoSCoW, etc.),
- définir des KPIs, des OKRs et une north star met...
