I have been waiting more than 6 months for a refund of a large exam fee. I have sent many follow-ups and spent countless hours trying to get this resolved, but the issue is still not fixed. Communication has been poor, delays have been endless, and the whole process has wasted a huge amount of my time. I am now preparing to lodge complaints with Pearson VUE, NSW Fair Trading, and any other relevant authorities until this matter is resolved. Based on my experience, I would advise anyone considering Simplilearn to be very careful, read the refund terms closely, and keep records of all communications. What should have been a simple refund has turned into months of frustration and stress.Overall1.0Curriculum1.0Job support1.0Instructors1.0 -
