My profession is teaching. I continue to teach at the university and privately, but there came a point where I believed that to grow economically and develop in this new world, I needed to pursue a career within the IT universe. That's when my wife, with whom I undertook the bootcamp, discovered Henry and changed our lives exponentially. This new stage allows us to share not only life but also our profession, thereby spending quality time together.
My experience at Henry was enriching in every sense. I knew absolutely nothing about Data Science and programming, and it opened the doors to a whole new and incredibly dazzling world for me.

At the beginning, I was seeing everything new since I had no experience in the field of programming. Their way of working with projects and classes is very good, and they provide a lot of information and materials for you to study asynchronously. At the end of the course, you look back and understand everything you learned, and you know that it is a path you have to follow in learning and practicing! I never had a problem, and if I did, management responded correctly. Accompaniment is based on telling you what to do or giving you advice, but the credit is yours; you have to make an effort, and you will see the achievements! -

Aunque hoy en día existe muchísima información disponible sobre programación y desarrollo, creo que e necesario participar en un curso formal y bien dirigido como el que presenta Soy Henry para estructurar adecuadamente los conocimientos, las habilidades y las últimas tendencias de la industria. Con más de 800 horas de cursada es un programa solido que ha dado un impulso importante en mi carrera profesional. Sobre la forma de pago, solo tengo que decir que es un modelo que permite a cualquiera que le entusiasme el mundo IT beneficiarse. -

Para mí fue un gran reto intenso estudiar en Henry, después de trasnochar mucho viendo vídeos tutoriales, documentación, blogs y pair programing pude lograr aprender mucho del mundo de la programación, pero apenas es un pequeño trazo de un largo camino de aprendizaje, errores, triunfos y mejora continua, en esta industria la tecnología avanza muy rápido, hay que intentar llevarle el paso, es decisión de cada quien.
Durante mi estancia en el bootcamp aprendí muchas cosas pero la más importante fue que apesar que no sepas nada al principio, el que persevera, tiene ganas y tiene disciplina, puedes llegar a ser muy bueno en algo que no pensabas que llegarías tan lejos, los límites te los pones tú mismo -

Having been at Henry was a great experience; they support and guide you at every step, always with the best instructors. The methodology they use to apply everything you learn is excellent. They also allow you to simulate a real work environment so that by the end of the bootcamp, you've already gone through the experience of working in a 100% remote team using the Scrum methodology. Moreover, they are always improving because they highly value the opinions of their students. The Henry community is invaluable; no matter how much time passes, they are there to support and help you. I am very happy to have been part of the Henry bootcamp. I started with no knowledge of programming in July 2023, and by January 2024, I had landed my first job. Highly recommended -

I used to be wary of bootcamps that promised you'd learn to program in a few months... I always thought you'd end up losing money and gaining little to no knowledge. Until HENRY started to resonate amongst my Software Engineering friends, who mentioned how surprised they were with the people they'd hire that graduated from HENRY. I had to try for myself... I am still amazed at challenging this bootcamp ended up to be. In only a few months my whole mind and logic structure was turned upside-down. I will never stop recommending HENRY and I am proud to say that I graduated from here. -

Although they were stressful and challenging months, Henry allowed me to acquire the necessary knowledge to start my career in programming, I always saw javascript courses on youtube but I didn't understand what it was even used for. Henry came to give me not only the use of js, but the whole web development package and showed me what, how and why it was used, closing the idea in my head of a functional product and not just a programming language.
I put all of myself and Henry put everything so that today I can happily say that I have a job doing what I am passionate about! -

Antes de entrar a Henry estudiaba Ingeniería en Materiales y trabajaba cargando camiones de Mudanza, si bien siempre me había gustado la informática nunca había programado antes, Henry fue para mi un antes y un después, porque pude dejar de estudiar algo que no me llenaba y de trabajar en un trabajo que no me gustaba para ser Henry Hero y ser parte de un equipo de programadores en una empresa y trabajar en un lugar que me apasiona.

An excellent experience. I signed up on Henry course with the objective of learning some programming skills, and ended up changing the direction of my life, deciding this is what I want to do for a living. I entered Henry bootcamp without any programming knowledge, so the bootcamp was incredibly intense. It started at 9 AM, and after classes, I would continue studying until midnight (sometimes even later) because it was challenging for me to absorb the vast amount of new information.
The thing I value the most about Henry is the BEAUTIFUL group of people I found. Since Module 1, I formed a lovely study group and pair programming team that helped me tremendously in navigating this time in the best possible way. A group that stayed together even until the final project.
Great instructors and professors.And I don't want to forget mentioning the brilliant Career Coaches who are there for any doubts that arise when we are in this dark moment of job searching. -

I have completed the full-time BootCamp at SoyHenry to become a Fullstack Developer, and the experience was excellent. That doesn't mean it's easy or 100% enjoyable; it requires a tremendous amount of effort every day. However, the end goal is too good not to pursue. Once I graduated, I had a personal career coach who helped me secure a good job quickly. -

Altough the first 6 monts of theory are poor and you only learn very very very basics things, laboratories are very good and job preparation is better. It is a very good bootcamp if you have experience in the topic, if you have even a few experience as software developer or anything and you want to improve your career applying data scientist. But only if you already have a professional career. If you will look for your first job, I don't think so it would be the way. The true value of this bootcamp is in improve your softskills and all about job preparations; Linked In profile, looking for a job, interview preparation, etc. -

Like any learning process, it has details to improve. I would like to start by listing what I liked the most, the instructors, especially Gonzalo and Jorge during the prep, the tasks to be done most of the time, community experiences such as being a TA, the tools that are learned are the most used In the market for the most part, the rhythm, although it is intense, I think it can be carried out without a problem. Aspects to improve: the writing of the readme, balancing the content of the modules since module 5 is very easy and light to carry but modules 4 and 6 are quite extensive in information, teaching how to use tools in the cloud should be something fundamental we can all create free accounts and do some labs. In general, for me, the experience was more positive and I can complement the details in a self-taught way and putting more effort. Now that I'm working, I know that being self-taught is essential to continue improving, although I think there is still a lot to improve in the bootcamp myself. I continue to highly recommend taking this great opportunity if you are interested in this world. -

En general fue una experiencia muy buena, cave aclarar que siempre depende mucho de como uno se desenvuelva durante todo el bootcamp ya que es una de las claves de apoyo para todo, desde la motivacion hasta el conocimiento y asi poder avanzar en cada etapa. Los contenidos son acordes a las tecnologias que piden como base en el mercado laborar actual y la posibilidad de ver otras clases hacen que sea mejor la experiencia a la hora de repasar los temas por ejemplo. -

In my personal experience, the bootcamp offered a very complete education with an excellent awareness of what the job market is asking of developers. The instructors and learning staff prepare their students for a competitive environment and help them obtain a job and develop themselves as professionals.
My only gripe would be a bit of a chaotic situation with the job assistance portion, where we had to wait over an additional week to have our profiles be published to companies. -
