After 11 years of loyal learning with Edureka, I am disgusted by what this platform has become. Following the Veranda Learning acquisition, the company has completely collapsed into a hostile, money-grubbing scam.Their customer service is nonexistent and aggressively rude. Their support phone numbers (+1 833-429-6325 and +1 833-274-4321) are completely broken—they either fail to connect or deliberately disconnect you after one minute. They completely ignore emails.Worse, they are actively violating their own policies. I tried to re-enroll in a course per my structural rights. Instead of honoring their agreement, they pulled a blatant bait-and-switch: they discontinued the Agentic AI course, rebranded it under a new name, and are now trying to extort more money from me to access it. Eleven years of trust completely destroyed by toxic, ill-mannered customer support and corporate greed. Avoid this sinking ship at all costs. -

I’ve been using Edureka for around 8 years now and have done two trainings — Informatica and DevOps. Both were solid. The instructors are experienced and explain things really well. My DevOps trainer was an architect with 20+ years of experience and made sure no one left with doubts, even if they were from previous classes.I liked that the focus was on hands-on learning, not just theory. The course material was good, and they also give you prerequisite content which helps. I had to miss a few classes once, and since I didn’t want to go with just recordings, they shifted me to a new batch without any fuss — that was super helpful.Support is there if you need it, but in live classes, the instructor usually handles all your questions. Overall, a great experience — helped me build confidence and crack interviews too. -
