The two most important factors determining the success of any online service according to me are - Product Quality and Customer Support.
As of July 2022, I've been with Edureka (as a learner) for quite some time and so far have been exceptionally satisfied with both their content and customer focused approach.
Firstly, speaking of their product quality, it's probably the best in the market. Any technical person who spends time on the internet has undoubtedly been exposed to innumerable ads from various educational platforms; but Edureka's content stands out. Not only is their material unique, it's extensive, detailed and crafted with perfection so any person following their courses knows exactly what they're pursing and how they're progressing.
Secondly comes their top-notch customer support. When they write 24/7, they actually mean it. There have been many scenarios where I had to deal with issues and there was always someone to provide a prompt feedback to my queries with the most humble attitude.
Lastly, I really hope Edureka keeps up their excellent environment and more people seeking such organisations are made aware of their presence. A huge appreciation and shout out to the Edureka team, you're definitely changing lives. Please never change. -

I got the opportunity to learn at Edureka and I was part of Big data PGP program. The initial part of program was not good as there were lot of changes in terms of guidelines and we all were confused but later on after the change of instructor and program coordinator, things went pretty smooth. The training was conducted in an awesome online environment. The training was carried out by subject matter experts from the industry. The classes were conducted in a very learner-friendly way for ease of learning. All the instructors are highly knowledgeable and we were always encouraged to ask more questions.
Their goal was to make everyone in the class understand every topic. The trainer can make anybody understand the given topics. He quotes examples from his own experience. It made me understand the real-time use of the topics.
The Support team is always willing to help with any questions during the course. They have always been very responsive and cleared the queries as quickly as possible. All the above-mentioned features of Edureka make it the best place to learn from. -

AWS Solution Architect Certification Training course is well-structured, covering all the AWS services. The instructor had good explanation skills and we could follow him easily. He was prompt enough to answer our queries during the training sessions. The focus was more on doing the demos in the AWS console rather than going through the presentation slides. I found it very helpful and really learned a lot about AWS services. The trainer also gave us enough study material at the end of the course to prepare better for the AWS Solution Architect Associate Certification. -
