Hey Kevin - Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We appreciate your feedback and are always open to finding ways to improve.  We are sorry to hear that your educational experience did not meet your expectations. We truly are. With that being said, we are still very much here to offer support in preparation for your job search. I will be reaching out to you directly to introduce you to our team members who can help as you look for your first software developer role. I would also be open to speaking with you directly to learn more about your experience if that is of interest to you. While people have different learning styles, the environment in which we instruct students, both online and in-person, is designed to be challenging and current. We pride ourselves on creating a supportive environment, which is core to our values. Our operations team, student success team, instructors, and leadership continue to be focused on preparing students in the classroom, and for life after class. Lastly, I know we sent you an updated certificate already, and we apologize for this oversight. Please do not hesitate to reach out – I am happy to further discuss your experience with you.Jake
