Digital Vidya offers live online or self-paced, 12-, 16-, or 28-week, full-time or part-time Masters courses in Digital Marketing, Data Science, and Data Analytics. The Digital Marketing and Data Analytics courses are designed for beginners. The Data Science course is designed for students with a background in programming. Classes are fully remote so students can learn from anywhere.
The Digital Marketing Masters course covers a variety of essential digital marketing topics like search engine optimization, social media marketing, email marketing, web analytics, and lead sourcing. The course includes over 140 hours of hands-on assignments and case studies to give students real-world experience in digital marketing. The Data Science Masters course covers important topics like Python programming, MySQL, statistics, machine learning, regression, and natural language processing. Students will complete at least one capstone project using the skills they learn in the course to build accurate models in relevant industries.
The Data Analytics Masters course teaches students how to use tools like Microsoft Excel and PowerBI as well as covering topics like data cleaning, data manipulation, data visualization, and SQL. Students will complete a capstone project to demonstrate the digital marketing skills they acquired throughout the class.

I enrolled in this course in December 2024, and from the very beginning I faced multiple issues. The session recordings were not provided on time, and despite raising this concern several times, I received no proper response. The situation became so frustrating that I had to seek help from the consumer helpline. Even after discussions and withdrawing my complaint in good faith, nothing was resolved.I continued with the course because I had already invested my time and money. After completing the SEO module, I joined an internship to gain practical experience because the institute did not provide the internship or capstone project that had been promised after the module. Before joining the internship, I clearly informed their support team that I would be pausing the course temporarily and would resume it once my internship was over.When I tried to resume the course after my internship, and later again after almost a year, I was informed that my course validity had expired and that I could no longer continue. However, at no point before or during my enrollment was I informed that the course had a one-year validity. I was never provided with any document, agreement, or terms and conditions mentioning such a limitation, nor was any expiry date ever communicated to me.To verify their claim, I emailed their support team requesting any document or signed agreement that I had received before enrolling which clearly stated that the course was valid for only one year. I also asked them to provide the terms and conditions that were applicable at the time of my enrollment showing this policy. Despite multiple emails and follow-ups, they never responded or provided any evidence to support their claim.Overall, my experience was extremely disappointing due to poor support, delayed responses, unfulfilled promises regarding internships/capstone projects, and the refusal to let me complete a course I had already paid for based on a policy that was never clearly communicated to me.Overall1.0Curriculum1.0Job support1.0Instructors3.0 -
