The Data Analytics course at BrainStation is a really useful intro, covering the basics of Excel, SQL and Tableau. It was really well taught by our instructor, Ana, and she was very good at explaining concepts when people needed extra support. Best decision of my life. I'll say right off the bat: You have to REALLY want this. I was nervous at first because I was making a career change and wasn't sure if this was where I absolutely wanted to go, but learning all the concepts, skills and processes made me realize that this is exactly where I'm supposed to be. It was also lots of hard work and short deadlines, but it never felt like a "chore" like in my previous schooling and work. The instructors were great and really help also, I wish I used them more! Having previously attended a part-time bootcamp, I can say that this program goes above and beyond. This program fully prepares you from 0 to being able to secure a full time job in 3 months. It’s tough, and it’s called a “bootcamp” for a reason, but it is absolutely worth it. And it true, you get out what you put in. Their career assistance, is amazing. I've attended the Product Management course at Brainstation, London.
The course was 8 weeks long, one evening per week.
The instructors work in important companies as PMs, therefore very experienced and knowledgable.

The course involves a final presentation about your product idea - expect to spend an extra two to three hours a week for this.
During the class, students are provided with real industry examples as well as feedback and suggestions about their projects.

I personally enjoyed learning how to identify problems and validate hypothesis and solutions through professional frameworks.
Overall, it's a great short course for those who already work in the industry but want to transition into a product management role. Read less
