After completing the 3.5 month bootcamp at BrainStation, I can safely say that I walked away with a wealth of knowledge and new skills that will prepare me for a career pivot into tech. The course itself is intensive to say the least since it will require late nights/early mornings and working 50 hour weeks in order to absorb and correctly apply the material. If you plan on joining and do not come from a traditional CS or coding background I highly recommend getting a head start with familiarizing yourself with SQL & Python. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend BrainStation to anyone looking to further careers! Educators are absolutely top notch! -

It was a really amazing experience, I can't believe I learned so many subjects in such a short period of time. The feedbacks on the assignments and projects were great. The instructors and HAs were very helpful and responsive. They have multiple work shops that help with not only learning the knowledge but also learning how to get a job and write your resume/linkedin. However, it is very intense so for that three months there is no time to have fun or hang out with friends and basically no weekends. But I think it was worth it! highly recommend -

Compelling, Awesome, intense
This UX design bootcamp is the best education experience I have had so far in my life, everyone is very supportive, especially the educators, strongly recommend Brad as the instructor, he is very inspiring and nice. -

It was a great experience going through the UX design bootcamp. The course covered a wide range of topics, from user research to prototyping and UI. I appreciated the hands-on approach to learning, which allowed me to put my newfound knowledge into practice. The instructors were knowledgeable and approachable, and they provided valuable feedback and guidance throughout the course. It is challenging for sure but I learned a lot of valuable lessons. I also had the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students with different backgrounds, which added an extra dimension to the learning experience. -

The digital marketing course with BrainStation is a good all round course covering all aspects of digital marketing. The course only skims through social media paid advertising, but gives a good in-depth look at Google Ads. If you want to know more about paid socials then perhaps look at the Social Media Marketing course. BrainStation don't enforce cameras on, so there is limited opportunity to develop relationships. Being sat in a breakout room with others with no camera on is not very collaborative. The instructors are second to non and have plenty of relevant industry experience. -

This course is a great foundation for those wanting to break into the Product Design world. It covers a wide range of topics to help students get a deep understanding of the end-to-end design process. Each class is live and interactive, providing many opportunities to learn and collaborate with other students. Students work on their final project throughout the duration of the course to apply learnings by designing a real product and fully interactive prototype using Figma.
Elizabeth is a wonderful instructor who is very knowledgeable. Her expertise in UX design is demonstrated in every class. She's quick to respond to questions and always provides great feedback. -

Great jumpstart into UX Design
This class was awesome for dipping your toes into all things UX Design in the course of 10 weeks! It is not great at deep diving into each individual subject matter within the course but I thoroughly enjoyed learning a little about all of the different topics and feel I have a much better understanding of the subject matter. -

I'm so happy being a Data Science student in BrainStation bootcamp. There is a friendly and supportive atmosphere. A special thanks to my highly professional educators for practical lectures and useful insights. I couldn't imagine that with my business background in 3 months I'll be able to work with Data, analyze and visualize this using different tools, work in Python and R, realize how Machine Learning works and do my first Capstone project in Data field. Bootcamp's really worth doing it in spite of sleepless nights and daily hard work. Moreover, it's a place where I met so many data enthusiasts and new friends. -

BrainStation was recommended to me by a friend. I found the course to be informative and to the point. We were taught what was current and given tips for advanced Data Analyst reports.
I found some details to be missing and I had to do a lot of work on my own to understand Tableau. If you're having trouble starting a career in Data Analysis with an online course like Codecademy, I really recommend the group environment and industry professional audited course. -

AMAZING Data Analytics Crash Course
I took the Data Analytics crash course for 10 weeks at Brainstation. I learned alot about Tableau, SQL and more tips/tricks about Microsoft Excel in order to harness more skills for myself. Very excited to have gone on this journey and excited to learning more! -

It's a very intensive 3 months. A grasp of all the necessary knowledge about DataScience. My classmates are all smart and hardworking. I enjoy staying with them everyday. This cohort's hackathon is a disaster. Instructors are helpful and knowledgable. You'd better prepare the capstone project, especially topics and dataset) the earlier the possible.
Job support during study is barely helpful. first two round of resume reviews are too general and students have no time to focus on fixing the resume. I hope the career support after the study is worth the tuition. -

I enjoyed very much the Data Science Bootcamp, have learned sooo much from Data Analysis basic tools, such as SQL, Tableau, Python(Pandas, Numpy), as well as the basic statistics(Hypothesis Testing, Linear/Logistic Regression) needed for Data Science. Also, I have learned advanced machine learning and deep learning tools, such as sklearn; various ML models, such as KNN, Decision Trees, SVM, and more advanced methods such as ensemble, unsupervised learning - clustering. We also touched upon the foundation of building neural network using keras. I also had chance to work with different types of data, numeric data, text data, image data etc. The educators and TA are very supportive in learning and Capstone guidance. Strongly recommend to choose BrainStation for the Data Science Bootcamp!!! -

It has been a good journey for me in BS DS bootcamp. I learned a lot of stuff in 3 months which I could have learned in 1 year. The instructors are good, I learned a lot from them. Borna has been amazing as well as Arti and Fallyn.
The only thing I did not like is it's way more expensive. 16000$ is too much for 3 months.
Talking about content it has been super amazing, starting from SQL, then ML techniques and there production. In improvement I would say BS can work on foucusing SQL and other relationship databases as these are the things which matter the most in a entry level job. Also I have not learned anything about MS excel which actually most companies actually require for analysis. -

A high level introduction to Product Management

my experience with the Brainstation product management course was fantastic and I had a great time being introduced to the tech industry and specifically product management. The instructors, Andrea Karrys and Giuliano Delfinis were extremely well spoken and conveyed the course content in a very easy to understand manner while including personal anecdotes and examples from their careers in the industry. I found the content to be engaging and would recommend taking it if you have an interest in moving into this field. -

Really good experience! The instructors are very qualified and the campus is amazing. I met some great people in class too. Not sure about the job assistance after the program. I know that that's a major part of their boot camps but not the certificates. -

The experience with BrainStation for the Product Management course was great! I got what I needed from this which was diving deeper into the Product Management space, which I had some prior knowledge in. Both Khaled and Parisa were great instructors - super flexible with their time, feedback and patience in answering our questions. My only development feedback would be how much emphasis this course places on technology vs not. For some folks in the class it was pretty clear that the concepts may be hard to put into reality and that came down to how much of a technology background they had. Spending some time generalizing these concepts may be helpful. Additionally, considering a longer duration for the course may be better as I think more time would have been valuable to go through certain topics e.g., MVP. Overall though I have nothing but gratitude for BrainStation. Thank you! -

The course content was excellent -- it teaches you everything you need to know in order to start your journey as a product manager. You will, however, need to do much more learning to truly become an expert. Parisa and Khalid were incredible instructors who were available outside class hours to support us in whatever we needed. They've both reviewed my resume and given me advice. You should prepare yourself and set the right expectations: this course will not get you a job. As a matter of fact, in every role I've interviewed for, no one has asked me about this course. You may choose to use it to leverage your classmates for connections, however, the best thing you can do is to enjoy the learning opportunity. -

The pace was a bit slower than I would have liked - it felt like the curriculum didn't have enough for instructors to fill all the time. Content itself was interesting and it sparked an interest for me to pursue product management as a career. -

I loved my UX course experience at BrainStation. The instructors are all very experienced and currently working for leading companies. That means they have tons of examples to help you go through your struggles and worries. The course is comprehensive and covers all aspects of UX design, so if you are new to UX, it's absolutely a great course to get started. If you have some experience, you can also bring your questions and ask instructors in person which is super helpful for you to better understand what can be improved. It's always good to go through the fundamentals and consolidate the knowledge. I highly recommend the course and I think it's designed for everyone. -

This class was overall very engaging and helpful in introducing new tools for data analytics. I am fairly well-versed in excel, but hadn't used Tableau or SQL before, and I now feel comfortable using all of the tools for analyzing data. My instructor was very helpful and engaged, and truly seemed to care about ensuring we all understood everything. Working with classmates from around the world with different expertises allowed us all to learn from each other.
The one thing I would say though is that this class isn't really for beginners. It tends to move fairly quickly. In our introductory excel lesson, one of the students realized they were not going to be able to keep up with the course because they didn't know enough about excel to understand the first lesson. Even having been fairly well-versed on excel prior to the course, the introductory lesson was quite intensive and not particularly intuitive compared to the excel work I am used to. If you do not feel comfortable with some basic equations in excel you might struggle with understanding exactly what each new formula is teaching you.
Overall, if I knew someone was interested in learning an introductory data analytics course, and that they were comfortable with excel, I would absolutely recommend they take this course. -

This course was exactly what I was looking for before starting my first job. Claudio, the professor, and all of my classmates were amazing and dedicated people who were very committed to learning. The last 10 weeks were filled with new concepts, and there was never a time that I lost hope. Everyone was always willing to help, and the group activities allowed us to interact and participate remotely. The skills we learned in this course will undoubtedly help me move forward, and I hope that goes for everyone else. -

Great UX Design courses and content
I highly recommend UX Design Brain station. I have gained useful information. The instructors were knowledgeable and gave detailed information.
The course is designed with up to date information and software. Through out the courses every content is explained thoroughly with informative feed back and detailed insight.

Instructors are very well qualified and a great resource
Although the curriculum is probably very common to what you'll find in other programs, I was impressed that the instructors seem to be very established in their field. One worked in digital marketing for Adidas and having that resource definitely made the class feel more like a guided class than just a series of powerpoint slides. Highly recommend! -

I think it's hard to get the content right for such a diverse level of experiences in the room, so didn't find that all the lessons were all that relevant or helpful for me, but managed to always come away with at least one good learning. -

After taking Brainstations ten week part-time web development online course I can most certainly say that it has been a great decision. The lessons were easily digestible, the instructors always within reach, the support team has been outstanding and the entire experience was very educational. Would definitely recommend. ***** After some recent instances, I would like to update my review. While the course instructors are great, the curriculum is very light for the price it has attached to it. The majority of the first lesson is dedicated to introductions and course run-downs. The last lesson is just presentations for the most part. Also, one fact that bothered me was that a company employee in charge of their marketing team I guess, hopped on the video call of our last class, and asked us to leave a nice review online, and said that she would give us a few moments to do that. Then she proceeded to wait while the class left those positive reviews. The biggest thing that has bothered me was the sort of way they draw students in only to change their behavior once they are in. My learning advisor was pestering me with calls almost every week, till I signed up for the course, and then he just stopped answering my calls and emails. They also recently stopped doing in-person bootcamps unless you have a college degree which is weird because most of the people attending a bootcamp are probably not going to have one. Another murky thing is that they don’t really provide scholarships like they say for the bootcamps, because if you attend their course then you only get the price of the course discounted even though you paid for that while a scholarship would be a reward. It is a good school, but beware of small things like this, because they are going to come up, and this review just gives a better picture of the place. -

I took the web development bootcamp at BrainStation a very intensive twelve week experience. The program is very intensive and fast paced if you aren't fully dedicated you can quickly fall behind and either quit or continue the course but not get as much as you would have hoped out of it. If you are planning on being dedicated for twelve weeks and attempt to get everything you can out of the course then you will end up having the experience and knowledge to achieve what you want. -

I really enjoyed the course, especially the interactive portion of each lesson. Irfan and Nick were very helpful in explaining the topics well and staying engaged. I do wish there was a grades component to the course because anyone and everyone can pass the course with minimal effort. -

Amazing Experience
Being a student at BrainStation was a great experience. Over the course of three months, I learned so much and got to demonstrate these skills through all of my projects. The educators and staff at BrainStation was very helpful and supportive. The cohort as well was so great - every student was friendly and a pleasure to collaborate with :)
