BrainStation was overall a great experience! Prior to joining this bootcamp, I was doubtful of my skills in development and was having troubles wrapping my head around complex topics. Starting the experience I felt I was in the wrong place. However, now at the end line looking back- I feel amazing. Can’t believe I wanted to quit when times got tough- looking back I’m glad I didn’t! Completing the course feels so fulfilling and I’ve learned a lot! I’m starting career acceleration now with BrainStation for the next 6 months now- great way to end! It doesn’t give me a feeling that I’m being left alone after the course ends! I would only change one thing- getting a day in between projects to refresh. Otherwise, the course speed was intense but satisfying! -

The data analytics course I took with Brain Station, though short, was packed with tons of practical information. The curriculum was well organized and progressed in complexity incrementally. The instructors were well prepared and had lots of experience in the field. Due to lack of time many concepts were not discussed extremely in depth but we were provided with all the tools necessary to explore the concepts further on our own. I left the class with much better understanding of programs I have worked with for years and with a strong foundation of more complex and versatile programs that I know will benefit me in any job I seek. -

I am a full time Digital Media student who has looked into getting into the UX field. I had done a bunch of self-teaching but Brainstation really allowed me to put my skills into practice and teach me new skills. It was an environment where I was able to realise I was on the right path with my self teaching and helped me understand concepts I struggled with in better ways. The instructors Julian and Lynne was top tier and able to make real-world example as well and answer all our questions about how to progress into the UX field and what the work expectation would be, both from a research perspective and design perspective. I've already told my friend who wanted to try Brainstation to go through with it as it's incredibly worth it -

as a self paced learner, i don't think i really like bootcamp study, but the courses provided by Brainstation do meet requirments of industry maket which is helpful, and i just personally hate seating in a classroom with a lot people, generally the experience is good, some of educators and TAs are patient, some are not unfortunately, overall highly recommand to people who need strong support when they are learning new knowledge. -

I had a great time during my experience with BrainStation for the digital marketing course. Our teachers, Davide and Shanni, were incredibly knowledgeable and well-versed in the industry. I would have benefited more from hands-on demos of the platforms and crafting demo campaigns together, rather than solely listening to instructions on how to set them up. Despite that, I thought the course was great overall, and I would definitely recommend it. -

Where to begin, on one hand my experience with the education team was incredible. The teachers are all very unique and incredibly intelligent, it was a pleasure to learn from all of them and I feel like a completely different person from when I started. On the other hand, the career experience team is very lackluster. You don't really deal with them very much until the end of the course so it doesn't really affect you all too much but the stark contrast in quality is jarring.
Overall, if you're looking to transition careers or upskill I do think BrainStation is worth it. In particular my cohort was full of excellent and exceptional people. I would like it if there was more communication between the different teams for a more seamless experience when integrating among the disciplines but overall it was very fun. As for job assistance I can't really comment on that at this point as we've just begun that aspect and it seems more like a solo experience with check ins. -

After a lot of research, I decided on a tech bootcamp experience because I needed not only the new skills/knowledge but also career support in transitioning. I had pretty low expectations of what the teaching part was going to be like and expected I was going to have to supplement a lot on my own, but I was happily surprised by the pedagogy. I have a background in education so feel really clear that we received a good educational experience--our educators held high expectations while being very supportive, the curriculum was well-considered and focused, and the assignments (while taking all of my free time for 8 out of the 12 weeks) were really well-designed to practice our skills and received thorough, meaningful feedback. The career support mostly kicks in after the program so I can't speak much to that part of the program yet, but as someone who had never had to market myself inside of a competitive job market, I already feel much better prepared on how to tell my own story authentically via a resume and linkedin while aligning that story to a job I'm seeking. -

My Datascience bootcamp experience with brainstation was great. I learned so much and expanded my skill set tremendously. The instructors were knowledgeable and all working in the industry which gave us a lot of insight into what a potential employer might be looking for in terms of our skills. There were a lot of long hours involved and the projects were challenging, but I came out the other side with so much. At the end of the bootcamp and afterwards, there has been a lot of help and support trying to find a job. The whole process has been a great experience and was worth the money and time commitment. -

Brainstation is a great online and in person digital school. I went through the 12 weeks Software Engineering program and learnt so much. It's fast paced but I promise these hard weeks are gonna be so rewarding at the end when you look back at how much you were able to learn in such a small amount of time. I was able to build my own capstone project to present at the end of the bootcamp with complete full stack skills. I made my own database, I could have never imagine being capable of such thing back in November.
In terms of educators, Brainstation's team is gold. Our teacher were so knowledgeable, every lecture comes with it's own demo and every time we have questions, they go back over the topic and make sure we understand the whole concept. After each lecture we also had labs to ensure we were able to apply everything we just learnt.
Again, I can't recommend Brainstation's bootcamp enough, what an experience! -

Great intro experience

Before joining the boot camp, I was skeptical as I had to forgo 3-4 paychecks of my career. But by the end of the first week, I realized I had to play catch up as they delivered day after day, week after week, highly structured, academic-industry relevant, highly technical content. Their project-based learning is highly effective, and this is what gives us confidence in our transformation. The time-bound nature of the assignment submissions was ruthless, leaving me scrambling for the last few minutes before the deadline. I have never had so many sleepless nights in one quarter, and I don’t think I have worked so hard on anything in life with such intensity. The feedback on those assignments is useful. The Synapse and Slack platforms are state-of-the-art. The lead Educators are highly skilled and have been very supportive, patient and friendly. The other educators effectively complemented. Overall, my stint has been nothing short of magical. I highly recommend this boot camp. -

From the Python and Statistics prep material to actual course materials, everything was carefully selected for industry relevance and for the fast learning pace. The instructors made sure we understood everything before moving to the next concept and also, interaction amongst the students were a great help in grasping difficult concepts. I took BrainStation's Product Management course which lasted for 8 weeks, one class (3 hours) per week. Although this course is geared towards those interested in starting a Product Management career, I felt that the course was much more expansive! The course is structured in a way that you learn how to build products from 0 to 1 -- great for those also interested in becoming a founder or even understanding a product's life cycle (helpful if working in strategy x tech).
I really enjoyed the small class size (~6 students) and that everyone brought a unique pov to discussions coming from varying career backgrounds. Beyond course content, learning from my peers was really insightful. To other BrainStation instructors -- definitely try to foster dynamic class discussions!
