Phase 1: Praxis Incubate

Praxis is an online college alternative for young adults, and Incubate is the 6-week first phase. It is a fast-paced career kick-off that builds the habits, mindset, and foundational skills of a self-directed career, think of it as your professional operating system before you specialize. Incubate is open enrollment with no application required. It is also the prerequisite for anyone desiring to continue to Phase 2, Accelerate, where students receive training and are prepared for entry-level positions in sales, marketing, operations, and customer success, all backed by a job offer guarantee for eligible participants.

• Before You Learn / Who This Course Is For

  • Young adults, typically 17 to 25, exploring a serious alternative to college

  • No high school diploma required, minimum age 17

  • Self-motivated people who want to direct their own career instead of following a set track

  • A fully online program at about 10 hours per week: one live workshop each week with your cohort, plus self-paced projects, readings, and short videos
