Overview

A 280-hour CAD certificate built on AutoCAD, running from foundational tools through advanced construction documentation with a consistent emphasis on accuracy, organization, and file standards. Coursework covers 2D drafting and technical design, efficient workflows, and practices for managing layers, annotations, and files.

The program includes a CAD project management course, elective courses allowing specialization in Revit fundamentals or SketchUp, and a capstone project. Students receive one-on-one feedback from an AEC industry professional along with resume and portfolio guidance. It is approved for veterans' education benefits and includes a year of AutoCAD access.
