from Rails Girls to a developer

It all started with Rails Girls Tampere in May 2016. WebDev.camp had a presentation there about the opportunity to become a web developer in just 8 weeks, living in the beautiful Finnish countryside where participants can focus on studying and learning how to code.

Although I had worked as a software test engineer for almost 15 years, I had never done any coding. I have always been a tech savvy person, but I have never been good with mathematics and I thought p...

    Learn to code in nature

At WebDev.camp we had the amazing experience of working on an open-source app that will be genuinely useful to people in the Ruby community. We learned Ruby, Rails, Javascript and how to use Github, as well as CSS, HTML and Haml. We worked extensively with APIs in our app and learned about different methods of deployment. It makes such a difference to work on real problems, and it was great to be able to look at and work with real open-source code right from the start of the course, as wel...

A life changing experience at Web Dev Camp

Since I was a child I have always wanted to build something that count. Like Paul Shane Spear says, I know that “As one person I cannot change the world, but I can change the world of one person.”

My story with programming started this year when I finished an on-line course of foreign language. Because is hard to learn by yourself I used an application for more help. I was amazed how a team of programmers, scientists and coaches can create an application with such gre...

    Intense experience

It is an intense bootcamp with great teachers and students. The learning materials might need a refurbish, but other than that, I can only recommend it.
The amount might be overwhelming at the beginning, but the teachers will support you and there to assist you when you are struggling. You will be rewarded with a great time at the end!

    Unforgettable learning journey

My experience at Le Wagon’s Web Development bootcamp was intense but incredibly rewarding. The program’s well-structured curriculum and hands-on approach helped me build solid technical skills in a short time. What I valued most was the collaborative environment—working in teams and connecting with diverse, motivated people made learning more dynamic and enjoyable. The instructors were knowledgeable, patient, and always ready to help. Their clear explanations and supportive att...

    Newbie Recommends this course!

Enrolling in this course really opened up my mind to web development and what it really entails! It was fun to build something as well as challenging figuring out where mistakes in code were happening. I would definetly reccomend this course to anyone who isn't quite sure what they want to yet!

Best experience of my life !

Joining LeWagon has been one of the best choices I've made in my life. I have absolutely no regrets and would definitely recommend doing it aswell if you're looking for a bootcamp Tech course.
The training is hard, really intense, but it's worth it. Loved the teachers, loved the community, and all the people that helped me go through the course.
I worked on two group projects in the end, and I presented one during the DemoDay. It was a great experience. Go for it, 100%.

    Amazing learning experience

Started with zero knowledge and progressed to building a full app from scratch. Very steep learning curve and very intense but so worth it in the end. It requires a lot of patience and hard work, it is definitely not easy ride. A lot of practical knowledge, a lot of real life coding, working in teams in the end. I wish i did it in person as can be a bit isolating but remote is convenient as well so depends what you are after. The help from TAs was incredible every step of the way. Great ...

Very happy I went with Nucamp

Nucamp has been instrumental to the introduction of coding for me. I have learned so much in such little time. These last 4 weeks gave me the foundation and confidence I need to take the next course in Front End Development.

    Amazing experience

Great professional experience at the Wagon, where I discovered and learned about the world of fullstack development.
I spent 6 months training part-time and remotely. The pace was intense but rewarding. I met a great teaching team and students from all walks of life.
