The Satellite Tech Sales Career Accelerator is a free 3-week, part-time and fully online, sales training and job placement support program. The program prepares learners with the skills necessary to ramp quickly and be successful in SDR, BDR, MDR, and other entry-level sales development positions. The training introduces learners to fundamental sales skills, including how to research prospective companies, craft cold emails and cold calls, handle objections, and utilize tools from the sales tech stack. Learners are also taught key business skills, including collaboration, resilience, communication, and how to manage performance. The weekly training sessions include a mixture of independent study and live simulations facilitated by sales leaders who've led successful careers in the tech industry. During live simulations, learners get to put their new skills into practice, which leads to a greater level of confidence and mastery. Upon completion of the training, learners gain access to job placement support in the form of career coaching, resume building, interview prep, and access to high-growth companies actively looking to fill open sales roles.
