Satellite is a 3-week, online tech sales training program that prepares professionals for entry-level sales careers through independent learning, live simulations, and job placement support. Satellite is free to participants that are accepted into the program. Satellite Learners are introduced to fundamental sales skills, including how to research prospective companies, craft cold emails and cold calls, handle objections, and utilize tools from the sales tech stack. Learners are also taught key business skills, including collaboration, resilience, communication, and how to manage performance. Learners participate in weekly training sessions facilitated by sales leaders who've led successful careers in the tech industry.
No prior experience is necessary to apply to the Satellite program.
Upon completing the program, learners receive job placement support in the form of coaching, interview prep, and resume building. Learners are also promoted to Satellite Hiring Partners, which are high-growth companies looking to add entry-level sales talent to their teams.

The amount of knowledge I have been able to soak up in such a short amount of time is absolutely incredible. Mentors and coaches are with you all the way through the course answering any questions you have while teaching you new strategies to make you a pro within the SaaS industry. The community they have created is immaculate, being able to pick the brains of multiple individuals within the tech sales industry really allows you to get a grasp of what the SDR role requires and how to be successful. Twice a week simulation lasting two hours each may not seem like a lot, but there is so much more than that. Pre-work is assigned to each student, and this is where most of the learning is soaked up. Along with large group learning, there is small group learning and creates a comfortable environment to grow, learn, and practice.
