JUMP is designed for college graduates with some prior programming experience who wish to enter the tech industry. During the application process, applicants will be screened to gauge their basic level of comprehension of relevant technology. Candidates will then do an in-person or webinar interview. Before being officially allowed into the program, applicants will take an aptitude test to showcase their problem-solving capabilities.
Students are given practical exposure to real-world tech scenarios, to prepare them to hit the ground running on their first day of work. Ultimately, the goal of the JUMP program is to place every student with one of Cognixia's clients – mostly in the financial and technology industries.

I had no idea what would happen when I entered this program; all I knew was that it would be similar to other bootcamps on the market. If you want to start a career in technology, this is the place to be. Beginning with the recruiter who informed me about this program and provided me with all the details regarding the class and topics. The Jump program has some of the most skilled and experienced instructors, and they will do everything they can to ensure that you learn all topics. The Jump program has some of the most skilled and experienced instructors, and they will do everything they can to ensure that you learn all topics. My instructor was Matthew Truelove; he is extremely patient and knowledgeable, and the way he taught JAVA was so simple to understand. The course is set up so that if you put 100% of your effort into it, you will get 100% of the results. This is not something that every bootcamp on the market can provide. For the non-technical portion of interviews, they also provide training on establishing a digital mindset (thanks to Sierra White for all the sessions and exercises). Finally, the most significant aspect of program is job hunt( They will do it for you). A special thanks to Paula Marchis, my deployment manager, who assisted me with my interviews and on-boarding process and helped me land my job. Thanks to the whole team of Cognixia.

No Interviews to Full Time Developer!!
I went to college for CS and graduated in 2020. I was applying to every single entry level developer job out there but got very few call backs for an interview. Without having industry level experience, I could not get an entry level developer job. I ended up working at a help desk and hated it. Great way to start your career!
An amazing program with even more amazing people. I went through a “hire, train, deploy” phase that basically went over the basics of programming and what is expected in a modern tech role. After that I had a few interviews lined up by Collabera. Speaking from experience of having interviews outside Collabera, these ones were much MUCH easier, Collabera has often placed many other people at these companies so they give you great knowledge of what to expect and what Qs may come your way. ...An amazing program with even more amazing people. Speaking from experience of having interviews outside Collabera, these ones were much MUCH easier, Collabera has often placed many other people at these companies so they give you great knowledge of what to expect and what Qs may come your way. Ending up getting signed on to a great company and one of the biggest financial institutions in the USA. Although I initially wanted to sign on full time with this company, I was told I would have to move across the country to do so. This is where Collabera came in clutch and signed me back on for a generous sum, this also meant I don’t have to move because I am still a contractor! These “bootcamps” may not be for everyone but I cannot imagine where I’d be if I didn’t sign-up for the jump program over 2 years ago.

During my time in the program I learned so much, from front-end development technologies like HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript, and React, to back-end technologies like Java, Spring Boot and Spring Cloud, to the AWS offerings like deploying our projects in the cloud. This program covers enough technologies in detail to make you feel accomplished and ready for full-stack software development. In addition, the instructors are all very knowledgeable and can help answer all of your questions or at least point you in the right direction. These instructors are teaching you the most current, job specific training, so you can get out there and get a job as fast as possible. Also, not only do they train you in software development, they also focus on developing your soft-skills, that employers look for in all candidates that they would typically hire. Which is huge, and gives you a leg up on candidates that don't have soft-skill training.
Once you graduate they provide a service called JUMPlus, which is where they assist in paring you up with their clients. That is where you have an interview for a job position with said client. The best part about this service is the interview prep they provide, may it be a quick technical refresher, soft skills practice, or mock interviews. In addition, they do provide a chance to further your knowledge by assigning projects to encourage self study and working in teams.

Cognixia Training and Deployement
An efficacious curriculum for recent graduates, with little to none, prior work experience searching to enter the competitive full-stack development workforce. After graduating, I was struggling to enter the workforce, with only 6 month worth of barely software-related internship experience. Having been found (via LinkedIn) and recruited by Cognixia, I was stationed in the Bellevue offices, with a team of 15 to 20 additional graduates. I was able to learn a significant deal of JavaScript...An efficacious curriculum for recent graduates, with little to none, prior work experience searching to enter the competitive full-stack development workforce. After graduating, I was struggling to enter the workforce, with only 6 month worth of barely software-related internship experience. Having been found (via LinkedIn) and recruited by Cognixia, I was stationed in the Bellevue offices, with a team of 15 to 20 additional graduates. I was able to learn a significant deal of JavaScript concepts, CSS, HTML, VSCode tricks, and React development, while being provided paychecks and a nearly free hotel stay in one of the most expensive cities in Washington state. This curriculum not only allowed to develop the necessary skills in a nice and calm environment, but also allowed me to develop a social network with the co-recruits and Cognixia employees. Furthermore, the training isn't only focused on the technical side but also on the soft skills. Throughout the curriculum, I was mentored on soft skills and practice interviews. Upon completing the curriculum, I was placed on an interview for a great company, aced the interview, and got a well-paying job!
