I regret trusting Intellipaat with ₹1,90,000 for a training program that was sold through aggressive pressure tactics, false promises, and complete lack of ethics.

Here’s exactly how the scam unfolded:

❌ 1. Lied About Course Quality & Instructors

Before payment, the sales team boasted about IIT faculty involvement and in-depth Python content. None of this was true — once I paid, the agenda I finally received had no advanced content or real expert involvement. It was a bait-and-switch.

❌ 2. Agenda Hidden Until AFTER Payment

They refused to show the course content before payment. I received the agenda on 9th June, five days before the supposed start date. I immediately realized the mismatch and sent a formal email to step back the same day. But of course — no refund.

❌ 3. Manipulative Late-Night Pressure

At 11 PM, I was pushed to pay urgently, being told the batch was about to start and the discount would expire. I now see this for what it was: deliberate psychological pressure. The batch didn’t even start on time.

❌ 4. Refund Promised, Never Delivered

Despite repeated verbal and written commitments, the ₹1.9 lakh refund has not been processed. I was even asked to remove my honest review in exchange for action — which I did. Still no refund.

Their escalation team, especially Mr. Anand, has been completely unresponsive and dismissive. It's a shameful reflection of how Intellipaat treats paying learners.

They actively encourage learners to post 5-star reviews by offering money or early access. When you post an honest review — they either ignore you or ask you to take it down to get support.

Went through IIM Indore and IIT Guwahati both faculty and leaning was speechless.

I enrolled in the Digital Marketing Master course in October 2024, and more than a year later, my course is still incomplete due to several modules that remain unscheduled despite continuous reminders. My emails regarding this delay have gone unanswered. Session timings have been repeatedly changed based on trainer availability, with little regard for students. The internship offered was not as promised; I did not receive the stated stipend and was given only Rs. 2,000 per month. The SEO internship provided no meaningful learning, as the tasks were limited to basic copy-pasting. Although the trainers themselves are knowledgeable, post-session support is almost non-existent. Additionally, I have received irrelevant placement emails and have not been given any update on the partner internship that was assured to me. I recently learned that the YouTube video recordings provided as reference material have been compromised. While I was told this would be addressed, my confidence in the institute has already been severely affected. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend their courses to anyone I know because of their unprofessional approach and the way they handle people. Read less
