Excellent, project-driven AI Engineering bootcamp — great content, just plan your time

The program is well-structured, practical, and high quality overall. The pacing was clear (module timelines were defined), and the guidance/checklists made it easy to know exactly what to do next. The most valuable part for me was the project-based approach. Completing real projects that I can publish and keep in my GitHub portfolio is by far the best outcome—tangible, motivating, and directly useful for career growth.I completed about half of the program, mainly because I started during a very busy season at work (December) and didn’t consistently give it the time it deserved. That’s on me, not the bootcamp. The good news is that the curriculum gave me a solid roadmap, a lot of high-quality material to keep studying in depth, and several new ideas for my own projects/startup. It also reinforced that transitioning toward an AI Engineering profile is realistic and achievable. The only downside I ran into is platform support for WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux). I’m a long-time Windows user, but my development workflow relies heavily on WSL because it’s closer to a Linux/Mac environment. Not having WSL support meant I had to work strictly in Windows, which was limiting for me. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Who I’d recommend it to: anyone serious about moving into AI Engineering who wants structured, hands-on learning and portfolio-ready projects—just make sure you can commit consistent time and effort to get the most out of it.Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job supportN/AInstructors5.0 -

The program is well-structured, covering everything from core concepts like Kotlin, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL to testing. It was particularly effective at taking me from a total beginner, starting with basic syntax and core data structures, all the way to tackling real-world, hands-on projects.
The projects, especially the collaborative "Project from Scratch" activity, were the most valuable part. I gained a huge amount of confidence in my coding and teamwork skills. The expert mentors were always there to give advice, review my code, and answer all my questions. The projects are great for building a portfolio and showcasing my skills.
The final "Building your career" module was also super helpful, providing a step-by-step guide to building a great CV and offering mock interviews with HR experts, which really helped me prepare for the job search.
Overall, it's a 10/10 bootcamp and I highly recommend it for anyone looking to build real-world backend skills.Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job support5.0Instructors5.0 -

The course content was well-structured and easy to understand, making it suitable for beginners as well as students who already have some basic knowledge. The lessons were explained in a simple and practical way, which helped me understand the concepts more clearly. One of the best things about Skillilearn is its focus on practical learning. The course included useful examples and activities that helped me connect theoretical concepts with real-world applications. The instructors were knowledgeable and explained the topics step by step without making them unnecessarily complicated.I also found the learning platform convenient and easy to use. The course materials were organized properly, and I could learn at my own pace. It helped me improve my technical knowledge and gave me more confidence in applying what I learned.I would recommend Skillilearn to students and beginners who want to develop new skills and improve their career opportunities. The course provides a good combination of theory and practical knowledge. Overall, it was a valuable learning experience for me, and I am satisfied with the quality of the course and the knowledge I gained from it.Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job support2.0Instructors4.0 -

The program can be roughly divided into two parts. The first part covers the classical applications of ML and LLMs, such as LLMs with tools, RAGs, data filtering, embeddings into vector databases, LLM evaluation, LLMOps, and more. The second part is more advanced, focusing on model architectures, fine-tuning, and model compression.Recently, there was an AI/IT conference in my country featuring lectures on AI and LLM applications. Looking at the program, I thought: “Come on, I know and have practiced every single topic!” Besides the strong learning experience, the Hyperskill team also helps you polish your CV and prepare for interviews.Hard study, but a wonderful experience!Overall5.0Curriculum5.0Job support5.0Instructors5.0 -

I definitely reached the goals I had in mind before start of the ‘AI engineer bootcamp’ of Hyperskill .
The bootcamp is organized in sprints. Every sprint is treated a different subject. Subjects are built up gradually and give a good overview on how the concerned subject works technically.
The assignments are regular Hyperskill projects, or submissions to Github which are then reviewed. The difference compared with the normal Hyperskill project execution is that you can ask questions to a technical expert.
I placed my assignment results on github for later usage/review.
There is an ‘Open hours’ session every 1-2 weeks at end of a sprint. Here you can pose more general questions. The technical expert explains more info regarding the subject treated or provides additional weblinks. Afterwards you get summary notesfor further reference.
At end we made a graduation project. It was very useful to apply the different concepts of the bootcamp.
The set-up with a technical and non-technical contact point works good.
Although I have an IT background I did not have recent programming experience. It took me definitely more time then the mentioned hours/week, for me more then the double. Nevertheless the projects were feasible.
As a side-effect I also learned to use much better AI tools itself (chat to genAI tools, improved reporting with AI, AI coding assistant,..), which will be useful in my day-to-day work.

The modules were well-structured, and the sprint-based workflow was well-organized and enjoyable. The frameworks used are closely aligned with current market trends, which makes the program very interesting. I found the variety of products and the focus on operating an AI application to be particularly effective.
