In the past year, I purchased a course that I found to be unsatisfactory. After only a few weeks of use, I discontinued its application. I attempted to contact Day 0 customer support for a refund, but they declined to process it. Furthermore, they had previously issued me a $50 Amazon gift card as a reward for my 5-star review. To this day, this purchase stands out as one of my most regrettable financial decisions. I had informed them of my discontinuation of the program and my financial difficulties. I am skeptical of the authenticity of many reviews on this platform, as they often provide a $50 Amazon gift card as an incentive for leaving a 5-star review. I am currently knee deep in the Day0 Courses.  So far I am loving it.  It was easy to get started, my mentors are easily accessible, and my success coordinator is always keeping an eye on me and keeping moving in the right direction.  The courses have been easy to follow along.  I love that they are taught by cyber security professionals that gives you the ins and outs of how it really is.  Looking forward to getting my certs and taking the next steps to succeeding as a Cybersecurity Professional. So far I love how every course and or module gives a great breakdown of what you use. The interface is easy and user friendly, hopefully more people catch on to this program before the prices skyrockets. I have started with day 0 a couple weeks ago. I feel like the coursework and the bootcamp for CS is well structured with ample mentor support on the self paced journey for anyone who is just new to the space. I have to talk about how the mentor’s explain topics with more simplicity and still cover major technical aspects of the space. They stand out in guiding students on where to focus more pin pointing areas of importance and provide virtual lab environments for practice. I started the Day0 CyberSecurity online course 2 weeks ago, and I am very happy I made this decision. So far, the course offers a very in depth overview of the many subjects covered regarding computers, the behind the scenes of how they operate, and an in depth understanding of cybersecurity, all the way from intro to expert level. The course becomes more advanced the further through it you go, and I love that I was able to go into it knowing very little about computers and NOTHING about cybersecurity, as that is not my previous background. By the end of this course, however, I am confident I will be an expert in both. I like that each lecture video comes with a set of downloadable pdf notes, and that the whole thing is self-paced so I can do it around my schedule. 

The payment plans are very flexible which was one of the biggest green flags for me, along with how low the cost was for the amount of value it offers. The promise of an internship at the end of the course, along with assistance in finding and applying for jobs after that was what fully convinced me to join this course. And I do not regret it. The advisors are very helpful and students can reach out to them at any time with help or questions. If you are wondering if you should sign up, I absolutely would recommend it. I never thought learning cyber and computer science would be so easy, but this course made it doable for me. Thank you Day0!

I have only cracked the surface but the structure of the courses is highly conducive to learning in a way that sinks in conceptually, rather than simply throwing information at you, to be regurgitated on a test somewhere down the road. I like that there is a quiz after each module, however short they  are, they help confirm that you took away the most important aspects of the lesson. The lessons themselves are clear and well put together but i wouldnt mind some more real world anecdotes or stories from the working in the field. Great job so far Day0! Read less

After 2 weeks of being in the course, I can genuinely say Day 0 is the best way to learn. The informational videos and short quizzes at the end of each chapter help me stay on track. It also helps that each lesson can be printed. Reaching out to mentors along the way is also very easy and helpful.  Read less

Thus far, Day0 cyber security bootcamp has been a very rewarding experience. I am learning a lot, even though, I'm still in the beginning stages. I really like that it's at your own pace. They give a plethora of information and explain things very well. It's also great that we have mentors, who are just an email away if you need more help. I am enjoying my experience so far. The Day0 online course in Cybersecurity is fantastic. I am still in the middle of it but it's moving along smoothly. The mentors are readily available (within reason) to answer questions and guide me through my journey. Compared to other "bootcamps" out there, the price point of Day0 is by far the best option, and with a guaranteed job at the end, you literally can't beat it.  Read less

I am one week into my Day0 courses and I gained a ton of clarity and confidence. I have worked in the technology industry and a recruiter and PM, however never just sat down to really learn technology. In my first week, the insight and knowledge that I have gained so far really increased my confidence that this is my career field. I joined Day0 earlier in the summer of 24 with little to no experience in cybersecurity, as of fall 24 i have completed there analyst + course and passed CompTIA security + on the first try. As someone that isnt great with school or test I found this course very easy to follow, educational and relevant to the material and end exam.  Read less

The Day0 Cybersecurity Analyst Bootcamp has been a very pleasant experience for me since I began several months ago.  Aside from being self-paced, the instructional pace is very accessible to those new to the field (the fundamentals section is effective for catching up those with no software experience whatsoever and a helpful refresh for those with some experience).  The lectures are concise and well-summarized, rich with real world examples to aid understanding.  The quiz format highlights key concepts and students are reminded to review terms beyond what is asked in the quizzes in preparation for the CompTIA+ Security exam, so all the learning materials are at the student's fingertips.  The advanced course goes over more specific concepts and is noticeably more challenging, but retains the familiar and effective learning format.  After this, the lab series is a well-designed section which gives the learner the opportunity to apply previously-taught concepts in hands on format with tutorials meant to be watched after completion to check for understanding; this I found particularly effective and fun.  To round out the experience, the connection with mentor experts in the field has been very useful to get past the stick points we all run into sooner or later.  Awesome course and a bargain for the price of enrollment!
