Summary

A 60-hour introduction to Revit built from the introductory and intermediate courses. Students learn BIM modeling tools by building architectural models, including existing buildings, partial demolition, new construction, and site topography with landscaping.

Coursework also covers preparing construction documents, managing project phasing, generating plan, section, and elevation views for sheet layouts, and producing renderings for presentation and documentation. Tuition includes three months of Revit access.

What you'll learn

BIM Modeling Tools: Apply BIM modeling tools to create an architectural model, including existing buildings, partial demolition, and new construction
Construction Documentation: Prepare a set of architectural construction documents incorporating the site and building models
Topography and Site Planning: Build topography for a project using existing external files and develop a site plan, including hardscape and landscaping
Project Phasing: Graphically differentiate the phasing of a project from existing construction through new construction
