Summary

A 100-hour survey of how buildings are actually assembled, covering the materials, systems, and vocabulary used across the industry and how trades hand off to each other from early site work through turnover. The first courses cover site preparation, soil conditions, utilities, earthwork, foundations, heavy equipment, and structural systems with their load considerations.

Later courses cover the building envelope, including moisture control, roofing, cladding, windows, and wall systems, then interiors and finish work, and finally MEP systems, fire protection, elevators, commissioning, and post-occupancy turnover. A construction materials course rounds out the sequence.
