Summary

This 180-hour bundle pairs document reading with cost estimating, on the theory that the two jobs are really one. Students work through residential, commercial, MEP, and structural drawing sets, then move into estimating fundamentals and estimating in Bluebeam, with a construction materials course alongside.

Coursework centers on working from plans, elevations, and sections to determine material quantities and overall project cost, so document analysis and budgeting are practiced together rather than in sequence. Tuition includes 30 days of Bluebeam access.
