I took the Interview Kickstart program in August 2022. I have had a 2.5 decade career and have interviewed many a candidate during my time. The course not only was a great refresher to many of the concepts I had learned in Engineering School and as a Graduate student of Computer Science, but it also taught me a whole lot about interviewing and gave me skills that I can use in my job. One stop place to nail coding interviews
Before joining IK, I struggled to identify pattern to solve algo problems and no idea about how to start my preparation for Tier1 companies. Even solved problem seemed to be new when I tried to attempt again, due lack of knowledge on different algorithms.
Interview kick start helped me to overcome above problems, I saw improvement in me to solve problems on my own using techniques and methodology provided by IK foundation materials and live classes.

The interview Kickstart program has been very useful for me to cover gaps in my knowledge as I navigated myself through a career change. They start from the fundamentals and help work your way up. In general, it is expected of you to work independently however the course structure and tutors help organize yourself as you will have to be the main motivator behind the effort. IK - Highly recommended
I have taken boot camp training sessions with IK in 2021/2022. After being with the same company as EM for years, my tech skills started softening out, and I wasn't ready to face interview questions in management and tech areas. Though I went through the route of self prep, I lost a few interviews as I could not provide answers that interviewers were expecting.
With that experience, I researched a few companies who could provide me the training to update skills ...I have taken boot camp training sessions with IK in 2021/2022. IK coaches are from reputed companies including FAANG, they are their own domain experts and each person covers different areas of the training. It's great to chat with Managers from FAANG and other big companies and get their perspective on the management. Don't miss joining the orientation session with Soham Mehta, he provides values tips to get started, sets right expectations on the outcome of the course.

IK is a fantastic foundation for not just people who are looking for jobs, but also for people who would like to perform well in their current job. Interview Kickstart helped relieve me from all those issues and helped me finally snag a top offer for my level. I am really thankful to the Interview Kickstart team.
At first I was skeptical about IK because I thought that they would take my money and leave me in the dust, but I was wrong. Ever since signing up, I have felt like a valuable customer and that the team is out there cheering me on to succeed.
The staff includes various veterans from FAANG companies as coaches and instructors and some regular staff and interns who run the operation side of things.
The staff at IK make me feel very comfortable. They are very accommodating to my needs and gave great feedback both technical and non-technical. The staff is absolutely wonderful.
This camp will teach us 3 different skills: algorithms, system design, and behavioral/soft skills.
Algorithms: very typical Leetcode stuff. I think the benefits of this is to go through each topic and to understand deeply on how it works. They have a portal to do some handpicked hackerrank questions. After each class, with a bit of work, it is easy to start completing the medium Leetcode questions. After a bit more work, hard questions will be easy to come buy. They will assign homework problems that are pretty much leetcode questions.
System design: teaches you how to perform a system design interview. This is mainly for individuals with a bit of system design experience at least. I didn't have any experience designing systems so I fell a bit behind. I highly suggest looking at Grokking the Coding interview to supplement your studies along with the system design if you haven't done system design before.

100 percentage Uplevel
I am a veteran Hands On Engineer with more than a decade of experience. Hands down Interview Kickstart program is the real Uplevel curated for all experiences to "actually" take a Software Engineer(or wanna be) and put him/her through a program to Uplevel the practical Software Engineering skills.
The skills no University/School teaches and most Software Engg. job experience does not necessarily builds those.

The course is well curated and is intense so personally I’ll recommend this course only and only if you are willing to put a considerable amount of efforts.
