Avocademy’s core program is an 8-week UX/UI Foundations course. Each expert-curated lesson in the curriculum builds on the previous content, helping students gain the knowledge and skill required to land a Junior UX/UI Designer job in a relatively short time frame. The UX/UI Foundations lessons consist of video and reading material. After learning key concepts and best practices, students test their knowledge by completing activities rooted in real-world UX/UI deliverables. Throughout the 8-week course, students complete an entire UX/UI project from research to high-fidelity prototyping and testing.
Students receive unlimited one-on-one mentorship each week to gather feedback on their project work and to ensure they have a strong understanding of the course material.

Overall the experience is great! you can work on your timeline when you please, and the learning process is straightforward and easy to comprehend. Foundations Course
The Avocademy Foundations course was an amazing place for me to start. Coming from a healthcare background, I wasn't sure if I'd be able to learn how to work in a whole new industry but Avocademy has made it a piece of cake! The information provided was very digestible and super actionable. You have access to mentors every day of the week, which is such an incredible resource. The assignment revisions/approvals may take a bit of time depending on what it is. However, this can be a non-fa...The Avocademy Foundations course was an amazing place for me to start. I loved it!
Honestly, Avocademy is exactly what I needed! The mentors are all hands on, its very structured and it really helped me to stay organized and learn in a controlled setting. Effective and informative UX design bootcamp
I completed Foundations of Avocademy in July and jumped right into their CJ program. I enjoyed the curriculum and they did a great job of assigning you real life clients to add substance to your portfolio. The only struggle I really experienced was with team members sometimes not holding their own in the projects. They do a phenomenal job prepping you for job applications, interviews, and negotiation. I landed a job after 28 days of applying. Overall, I would 100% recommend this bootcamp...I completed Foundations of Avocademy in July and jumped right into their CJ program. I enjoyed the curriculum and they did a great job of assigning you real life clients to add substance to your portfolio. I was able to work on real client projects in teams, which taught me a lot about how to collaborate and derive accessible design solutions for actual users. Avocademy foundations and Career Jumpstart has been life altering! I was extremely unhappy in my field and came across Avocademy. The bootcamp is extremely comprehensive with so much mentorship help from designers themselves. Once I graduated from the boot camp, I was able to join their agency to get real client experience and continually learn about UX Design. My experience with Avocademy has been all positive! In the beginning, I was a little iffy because they are one of the newer UX design bootcamps but I'm so happy I chose do to their bootcamp. The course is broken up into parts that make it so easy to learn and you get to go on your own pace. The unlimited mentor calls is what really helped me. No matter what my schedule was I could always find a mentor to help me with coursework. I had an overall really great experience with Career Jumpstart. The main motivator behind why I went with Avocademy over other programs was the price. Typically when something is significantly cheaper, it shows. But not with this program. I was able to learn so much as a designer and land my dream role. It definitely wasn't easy, especially working full time. But I am happy to finally be here after so much hard work. I never felt lost as I always had knowledgeable mentors helping and gui...I had an overall really great experience with Career Jumpstart.
