In this introductory course, you'll learn how AutoCAD can be used to create drawings that represent real objects. You'll learn the basic techniques for drawing and modifying to create quality drafts that can be used to build real mechanical and architectural objects.
This is the first day of our AutoCAD Level I 3-day class. If you'd like to learn more about layers, plotting (printing), properties, measurements, text, and other subjects, these topics will be covered in days two and three of the Beginner AutoCAD class.
Note: This course is designed for PC users, and our in-person classes are PC-only. Mac users may attend online, but should be aware that the Mac AutoCAD graphic interface is different from the PC version, which is what the instructor uses and what the class focuses on.

This is the first portion of our AutoCAD Level I material. If you'd like to go further, topics like layers, plotting (printing), properties, measurements, text, and more are covered in the later sections of the Beginner AutoCAD class.
