Refactory offers a 12-week, full-time, online mobile development coding bootcamp. Refactory wants to help students learn programming regardless of their background, gender, or religion. In order to be eligible for Refactory's bootcamp, one must be an Indonesian citizen, have a strong will to become a programmer, and have basic knowledge of programming which will be tested through an online skills test. Sudents will undergo mobile programming training co-operated by professional mentors to ensure every graduate is ready to work in an international setting.
Throughout the program, Refactory has adopted an internship system as part of their learning methodology. Students will learn modern technologies and have a chance to earn a real salary by working on real tasks and projects from partner companies. Also, by utilizing Hack Reactor's Standard Student Outcomes Methodology (SSOM), Refactory focuses on transparency around compiling student graduate data.

Work at Refactory as a Freshgraduate
I start with Intensive probation program for 3 months. First I get many project especially in story point base (SP Base). End of the months and i pass in my probation, I get contract to Software Engineer for 1 year. With 3x meal facilities, mess, coffee breaks, high speed wifi, and a fairly high salary for the Jogja area. Highly recommended for fresh graduate for get the experience.

You must have a basic programming language. As engineers, we still depend on the project we are working on, for example, we get a project that is not good or very difficult, so it is difficult for us to develop, with the same salary and benefits. There is no adaptation time when using the new stack, expect it to work right away and get the job done - lots of people drop out - very hard for wfh, intensity over quality. We can explore more about programming in here. But we not just learn, we also do the real project. There is pairing, but the pairing didnt fully can help when there is problem cause the pairing has own task to finish. There is no curriculum when i join, is just do the real project and you got feedback every day. Also there is daily activity like typing, duolingo for english, stackoverflow participate and more.
