Norwich University Bootcamps
Norwich University offers full-time, live online Software Development (12 weeks) and UX/UI Design (12 weeks) bootcamps. Norwich University also offers a part-time, live online JavaScript (10 weeks) bootcamp. The bootcamps are aimed at beginners, and taught by professionals. Bootcamp students will gain industry experience by collaborating with peers on practical, project-based learning.
Software Development students will learn a full stack curriculum. The bootcamp covers how to build, test, and deploy software applications using JavaScript. Bootcamp students will learn through pair programming, weekly projects, lab exercises, code reviews, and a real-world capstone project.
UX/UI Design students will learn design thinking, content strategy, prototyping, user research, interface design, and information architecture. Students will create a portfolio of projects throughout the bootcamp.
JavaScript students will learn coding fundamentals through project-based learning. Bootcamp students will create a final project.
No prior coding or design experience is required to apply for Norwich University bootcamps. Pre-course materials will assist students in bootcamp preparation. Applicants will be asked to complete an evaluation of their logic and problem-solving skills as well as interpersonal and communication skills. An interview with the bootcamp admissions staff is also required.
All full-time bootcamp students will receive 1:1 career coaching, job search strategy assistance, and access to an employer network. Part-time bootcamps do not include career services.
All bootcamp students will receive a certificate of completion from Norwich University. Scholarships and grants may be available for Norwich University bootcamp students. Income Share Agreement plans may also be available.
